Beat Me!

Beat Me!

Fast-paced SS Bros.-style party game stylised as a puppet show. Level design is amazing with highly interactive environments. Extremely replayable due to level variable seeding. Intense fun for 1-6p.

This game has had the family gathered around shouting at the TV every night for the last several weeks now. My young fella’s favourite game (even though I keep beating him - NO MERCY!).

In my opinion the best game to play with my friends.

I would still have some suggestions after playing it a few times:

Maybe the golem is a little too fast, and the wizard is much too powerful, to have fun we stopped using them.

We also would have liked a random character selection mode, and why not a mode with a random character in each round?

Those are the “important” points I wanted to give you as a feedback, keep on going, we hope for new maps and new characters as well of course.

Keep it up, great game!

Jelly Brawl: Classic

Jelly Brawl: Classic

Jelly Brawl is the perfect game when you wanna take a 5-10 minute break from whatever and just de-stress. It’s a simple enough game that you can pick it up almost immediately; but the game offers multiple stages, obstacles, challenge rounds, and boss rounds to keep you on your toes.

As a newly released game, there are features such as multiplayer online that are still being finalized behind-the-scenes. So if you’re looking for a fully finished game right from the start, I’d recommend waiting until the full version is released. But if you’re just looking for something fun and lighthearted, give Jelly Brawl a go! :)

Masterpiece. Played across the world with an online friend in Germany. Servers were great, 10/10. The lag makes the the game even more fun and you can always crash the game by breaking a pillar if you’re losing. Such a good game we were laughing like maniacs.

Whiskey & Zombies: The Great Southern Zombie Escape

Whiskey & Zombies: The Great Southern Zombie Escape

Loving this game so far. Super fun top down game, kinda like a slower and more suspenseful version of Hotline Miami. The game is fun but also super hard (almost to the point of frustrating, but I keep coming back for more). Never screamed so much playing a game I think. The zombies sneak up on you and the horde is real!!! A good combo of strategy and fighting.

100% recommended!

Fun as hell, I played it on comic con like three years ago and bought it the other day. The game is still really buggy but I know it has potential.

Big Rumble Boxing: Creed Champions

Big Rumble Boxing: Creed Champions

In short - Fully licensed soundtrack gets the hairs up when you getting battered, for sure. Overpriced, but great fun. Its polished. (Yep Eye of the Tiger)

In Summary - Still think launch price is high but More depth than you think as all secondary boxers have some attention with dialogue and story. Playing as Luke O’Grady the limited Irish scrapper is very enjoyable and the over the hill ‘El Tigre’ with debt to the REAL Canon Rocky businessmen Gazzo are particularly good fun.

Legends Rocky, Apollo Creed, Clubber Lang and Ivan Drago get their due attentions too, so learn that Guard and Dodge button.

Big Rumble Boxing: Creed Champions:

Who could forget the sensational scene of Apollo Creed dancing in front of a packed house at the Grand Hotel to the iconic song from James Brown, "Living in America", while the boxing ring rises from beneath the stage with Ivan Drago in the middle in Rocky IV? A film franchise with 8 movies and the upcoming Creed III (2022), which has sold over 1.7 billion at the box office worldwide. A musical and 9 video games, including the Big Rumble Boxing: Creed Champions. So, who would you fight with to become the next boxing champion? Rocky, Apollo, Ivan or Adonis! Can you hear the theme? Can you? It's time to get them, tiger!

## Cake Bash

I love this game - it's cute and fun! You choose between different cakes and their "flavors" and either play by yourself locally, local couch with other people, or online against others in a series of party games to become the "tastiest." The cakes are so cute and make adorable noises, and it's hilarious to watch them run and throw punches.

To make things easier, if you want to know how to unlock a certain "flavor," you can look it up in the "Collection" section of the main menu screen, and it will tell you what requirements you need to make in order to unlock them. No more looking up walkthrough's on YouTube!

This is absolutely my favorite local multiplayer PC title. It has good controller support for multiple types of controllers at the same time, great games for several styles of competition, cute characters, and smooth easy-to-learn but challenging enough to master gameplay that will make it so your whole family can play, and probably each player will have a few "challenges" they are best in. It's both cute and funny and a bit brutal, but even as a vegan I can't feel too bad for desserts knocking each other around. This is a wonderful release that we have been looking forward to for 2+ PAX events and it has totally delivered.

## Fisticubes - One Button Boxing!

[I've edited my review since the game brought new updates. All small edit notes are like this]

Think "Rock 'Em Sock 'Em Robots", but instead of robots, it's cubes who bounce around in a retro Nintendo 64-like world. It's a game with strong arcade roots - you don't have long cutscenes, no stories, you just get told how to play and jump in. It also reminds me of mini-game classics like Mario Party, a popular franchise back then which birthed many titles on the N64\. If you want quick, mindless fun, it's one of those games. If you're at home with a friend and you're bored, you can avoid a dull evening with Fisticubes.

## Kawaii Deathu Desu

Kawaii Deathu Desu is basically the sum of its parts. It is about as straight foward as a game can get. If there is an enemy to the left, attack left. If there is an enemy to the right, attack right. It really is as simple as that. There has been a lot of comparisons to One Finger Death Punch and I can understand where people are coming from but there is one crucial difference: One Finger Death Punch (OFDP) insists that you don’t button mash. You won’t directly lose if you do, but you will be made vulnerable, and will likely die as a result. It will also damage your score at the end of the level. Kawaii Death Desu does not have such scruples. For this game you will have to break out the old crack hands and go to town as you mash left and right slaughtering thousands before you.

I was expecting something that required a bit of reaction and thinking, like One Finger Death Punch, but instead I found this game to be nothing but mashing. You can beat anything by just killing your fingers.

Then I figured "if it's so mindless, I might as well put up a macro recording to play the game for me." So I did. That was a lot more interesting. I actually got quite a kick out of figuring out some kinks that a macro recorder has.

So after one day and one night just letting this fancy screensaver play itself, I got every character unlocked and maxed, and I have zero interest in doing anything with them because the game has no challenge in it. If you have working fingers, you'll beat it. This isn't the same as simple being fun, One Finger Death Punch was simple and that was a lot of fun because it bothered to require at least some kind of brain chemistry and had variation. A small child might see the amusement in this thing on a cellphone, that's who I'd recommend it to.

3.5/5

This game is a party brawler akin to "Super Smash Bros" or "Nekketsu Kakutō Densetsu"(NES). The thing I like most about Blast Brawl 2 is that this is one of those games that kicks your ass. It's one of those game that forces you to "git good"… sorry but ain't no hand holding here buddy. the first couple of times you play this your gonna get mandhandled for being a noob. You've got to spend hours becoming better, mastering the characters, understanding the importance of dodging, when to use special moves, how to set up baddies for a fall etc.. This isn't some ole button mash... no sir.
