Streets of Fury EX
This is the most fun I’ve ever had with a beat ‘em up.
Streets of Fury EX certainly doesn’t have the ambiance of Dungeons & Dragons: Chronicles of Mystara, or the soundtrack of Streets of Rage, or the visuals of Capcom’s Alien vs Predator.
But what the game lacks in artistic and technical prowess, it makes up for with its zany humour, large cast of playable characters, and awesome gameplay depth.
Each character feels very unique, and though a few can feel underpowered, they’re still interesting in their own right. The combo system is super flexible - way more than I ever expected! Chain combos, special moves, dash and jump cancels, juggles, OTGs, and the coming update even adds parries to the mix. Hell we’re still finding new ways to do amazing, super damaging combos!

I sunk a huge amount of time into the original Xbox 360 version of the game, and Streets of Fury is one of my favourite indie games from last gen. I was pretty amped to discover that they were planning on doing a PC version of this, so I’ve been patiently waiting…
Streets of Fury is a throwback to late 80’s - early 90’s arcade style beat-em ups done in the style of games like old-skool Mortal Kombat using digitized sprites. Streets of Fury sports a very competent and deep combo system that is simple and pick-up-and-playable for beginners, while more experienced players can string together ridiculously long combos that look like something out of a high level MvC2 or Skullgirls match…

Brawler
A classic-style beat em up made by a small team. Impressive! I enjoyed the three heroes and great variety of enemies. They looked realistic; almost like digitized actors. The music was catchy, and stages were fun. The cutscenes with the reporter, hero, and the ending were a nice touch. I felt it could use voices for landing hits, continue, difficulty setting, and maybe free lives, But well done on this indie game.

CYNOROID GAIDEN
This is a hidden gem. I highly recommend this. Especially for players who are into games like Broforce or Butcher.

The Short of it: A fun throwback to NES era 8-bit run and gun action, but with a modern control feel that makes gameplay fast and responsive. Feels like a side-scrolling Doom in a good way; fast and dynamic play style.
Reminds me of: If you like games like Metal Slug and/or enjoy retro inspired indie titles, there’s a good chance you’ll like Cynoroid Gaiden. Also obviously reminds me of the original Cynoroid, which this is a general improvement of (still check it out if you enjoy Gaiden).

Blood Red Fists
There’s only one way to solve problems in a crime ridden city and that is by punching everything in sight. You are boiling with rage and ready to leave your horrible life of poverty behind you. Original review: This is a short game, but it’s solid fun if you like throwing bricks, molotovs, and bombs at cops, mutants, and giant capitalist robot mechs and making things explode. I’d say it takes 1-2 hours to just complete all the levels depending on how fast you go, took me 3-4 hours to beat the game since I was trying to get all the unlockable riot gear along the way. It’ll take a few more hours if you want all the achievements and riot gear, and there’s an endless mode (which is technically endless but for most people ends at around wave 62). The soundtrack is punchy, the pixel art is really detailed and stimulating, the enemies are quirky and varied, and the gameplay is varied and exciting. The game is very overtly, on-the-nose political, which is something you’ll probably either love or hate depending on how you lean. (Personally I love that it’s a leftist game.) The game is also pretty funny at times, it’s a very light-hearted game that doesn’t take itself seriously and has a lot of crazy, bombastic moments.

Pros
- Unique gameplay. While on the surface the game seems like a simple sidescroller the gameplay has a bit more to it thanks to its crowd mechanics, while you only directly control a single character you’ll almost always be followed by crowds of workers, the bigger your crowd the stronger you are as they’ll throw projectiles in unison with you and act as your lives system, as long as you have more people in the crowd death just means switching to another worker, you’re incentivised to care about your AI collective as they give you power and health.

Bounty Battle
After a few post-release patches, Bounty Battle is now playing smoothly. It aims for Smash Bros’ simplicity: normal attacks are varied by holding a direction with a button press, special attacks function the same way, and that’s it. No combos, no counters, and no secret special moves. The problem is the game couldn’t stop itself there. The additional systems are all certainly well-meaning: an energy cost for special attacks to encourage mixing in normal ones, spamming punishments to discourage button mashers, and a bounty system to keep the pressure on whoever is doing the best. Sadly the latter, which the game takes its name from, makes the best case for why these extra systems are superfluous.

I’ve put almost 10 hours into the game which I feel is enough to write a review fairly. So first off yes there is a lot of issues that need to be addressed (the discussions says it all) But! that doesn’t mean the game isn’t fun. I was able to look the other way with all the issues and actually enjoy the game fully and I have to say it’s actually good! A lot of people may not agree with me but i’m not here to argue i’m here to say that this game does have a lot of potential and even though it got released with high expectations for a lot of gamer’s and was not delivered at launch does not mean you should look the other away and ignore this game. I realize that the developers are a small crew and that it will take time to address all the known issues but for the mean time I support this game fully. I’ve enjoyed the content it has at the moment and I am happy I purchased this on day one, this way I can see the game grow and evolve into something even more amazing then it already is! If your hesitant on purchasing the game definitely wish list it and keep an eye out for upcoming updates otherwise I recommend it. Be patient as in time the game will slowly become what everyone wanted.

Okey primero de todo la saga de juegos de andy la formo parte de mi infancia y era bastante entretenido en los tiempos que uno iba al cyber a pasar el rato y probaba los juegos flash en pags como newgrounds,armor games,etc.
Pero sinceramente este “port” esta muy mal hecho la resolucion es 800x600 y no se puede cambiar,la musica no es la misma aunque seguramente sea para evitar problemas de autor(asi que podemos dejarlo pasar),cuando uno inicia el juego es un menu con los juegos de 2 al 5(al lado de cada uno podemos ver la lista de trucos para usar)y elegir entre los idiomas ingles y chino,(cabe destacar que faltan algunos juegos como runner x)desgraciadamente uno al iniciar en cualquier juego tiene una unica resolucion,se traba seguido y literalmente es como jugarlo en una pag de juegos flash solo cambia la musica,espero que mejore en varios aspecto en el futuro(de ser posible) ya que esta saga fue muy querida en mi infancia y me apena que haya envejecido para nada bien,ojala se pueda mejorar como tantos otros juegos que empezaron siendo gratuitos en pags flash para despues acabar en steam con un juego bastante mas pulido que su version flash.
