Battle Map Studio
Decent map maker considering the fact that it’s early access. Would love a way to make custom assets. And an option for steam remote play would be amazing as my players have no need to make maps, only play on them. OR make a heavily discounted version of the program that only allows playing.
The UI is garbage as of now, hopefuly it improves over time. Will probably just use it to make custom top down 2d maps until it gets usable. Will rewrite the review when/if i test this thing out a bit more.

Eternal Warfare
I have been dabbling in this game for a few years now and I have watched it develop and improve with the developer happy to listen and take on boards ideas and suggestions. Whilst it easy to describe it as a turn based Command and Conquer it is more than that and what is important about it is that it is simply great fun. Different game modes cater for your mood- you can battle through the various campaigns (which vary in challenge from winning through sheer force to more subtle and stealth scenarios), fight off waves of enemies in the invasion mode or conquer the world in huge skirmishes against an impressive AI which cannot be bargained with and which has had me on the ropes more than once when I let my guard down. The graphics are fun, the selection of units is interesting and all for a bargain price. What more do you want?

Evil Genius
Underrated, Under-The-Radar Game of the Decade - Just the way an Evil Genius would like it.
Imagine to my surprise when Rebellion revealed that, after so many years, Evil Genius is getting a sequel! Who woulda thought? Let’s just say that this news snuck up on me like the sneaky under-the-radar original ended up on store shelves.
For an impulse buy in boxed form when it first came out 16 years ago, this game has received more playtime than any other game in my possession that I also impulse-bought. It is clever, hilarious, and surprisingly challenging.

An old favorite of mine. I distinctly remember just seeing this on an EB Games shelf when I was 14. I loved the box art at first glance and upon further inspection, I discovered that this game involved the building of a secret island lair, from which countless dastardly schemes could be unleashed upon the world. “Perfect,” said young Myself. The only reason I really remember this experience was because the oldest woman I have ever seen working at a video game store tried to get me to show her some form of ID because it was rated Teen. I told her I was fourteen years old and I didn’t know of any kids my age who had IDs who weren’t sheltered because I didn’t know any of these kids because they were sheltered and sat at home playing games about learning and stuff and living life like an inspirational poster, only to dream secretly at night of escape and perhaps even breasts or penises or whatever body parts they learned to like.

Heroes Must Diee
You have been living a peaceful life in a small village but once every fortnight these so called “Heroes” come into the village and un-apologetically break in houses and take what does not belong to them. Tired of this rampant menace you have decided to stop it and regain the peaceful life you so yearn. Build traps in and around your house or maybe buy some land on the outskirts of town to keep bloodshed away. Craft weapons, potions, bombs to be launched at the enemy. Resource manage whatever you have and help your fellow villagers buy buying resources from them from the gold of the fallen “Heroes”.

Age of Darkness: Final Stand
This game is simply a amazing and addictive game for RTS and tactical RTS gamers. By default, there is a pause feature allows you to queue unit actions, building construction, and tech research. You start with a small group of units and a hero. From there, you need to explore, expand, and exploit the land in order to survive waves of nightmares that attack from large dark crystals during death night at which you will suffer a malice during the night. If you survive, you may choose a blessing that will be with you the rest of the match. There are five death nights, and a final stand. The final stand on the highest difficulty is 80k enemies that attack from all the dark crystals. You have ranged, melee, and siege units at your disposal, as well as ballista towers, and flame bellow towers. Your economy management consists of farms to produce food for villagers, which in turn are used for housing income, and resource collection building, as well as units. Your units have a tech tree you can utilize to offers advancement as well. A green fog encroaches the land on death nights, which cannot be removed without building vision, or you survive the death night. Enemies vary from crawlers, slow, weak, but can be a challenge in number, to giant hulking crushers with massive hp and damage.

The Gameplay
Picture this scenario:
The days go by while you’re out exploring the map and expanding your base while those blue dots turn into red dots… one… by… one… And on the last day now with only 4 minutes on the clock you realize that the enemies are attacking from the worst possible spot.
You scramble together some defenses and you’re happy with the towers, their placement but you’re a bit short on the wall department but you’ve got 15 units guarding in front so it’s gonna be fine… Right?

Frozenheim
First, the TL;DR: While the game still feels rough around the edges, it is a fun game if you like games/matches that can last as little as 30 minutes and as long as 3 hours (exploring to get Ragnarök).
GREAT:
-
Aesthetically pleasing with good music
-
Building options
-
Enough maps (4) to play skirmishes, games and 2 campaigns
-
Minor customization (color selection) of your colony
NEUTRAL:
- You colony can expand 3 times, each with prerequisites and materials required, but the expansion is small. Depending on your starting location, it can matter a lot or none at all.

Game, building and personal information:
(Detailed)
- Frozenheim a “serene Norse city builder” that absolutely feels serene when focused on creating a settlement. I begin with just a Jarl’s longhouse and a handful of citizens standing around, and I build a lumber camp, fishing and hunting huts, a gathering station (for stone), and then a training camp so I can begin to create some soldiers. I put down some houses to grow my population, and there are windmills for wheat fields and farmhouses but they won’t generate resources in the harsh winters that cover the world in snow and ice so be aware of that.

Vedelem: The Golden Horde
Vedelem: The Golden Horde is a fun real time strategy (RTS) game where you and your peasant army fight off the Mongol hordes.
You need to gather as much of the limited local resources as you can, to build up your military and your keep.
Also, you should level up your military academy to get better units (because, let’s face it, my half-trained peasant army just wasn’t very good, and needed to be replaced by some professional soldiers).
A good tactic is to put up some walls around your keep to protect it; if your keep falls, you lose the game. (C’mon, let’s build that wall!)

Nice strategic demo project from university students! Fun for a couple of hours.
RTS base defense
You control a base which has a doomclock for when the enemies come in full force. The goal is to survive until the clock reaches zero. At that point the enemies receive a buff to ensure your demise. You have to gather resources by constructing buildings, build defensive units and walls to weather the enemies. Basically a very very very very dumbed down version of ‘They are Billions’.

Unless I am missing something there is no way to start the game. Possibly a bad mobile port? You get to what appears to be the main launch page and there is no ‘new game’ no ‘start’ button just the image of a planet and the name of the game V1.0. I have submitted the only screenshot. Unless this is fixed I obviously can’t recommend this game.
