Already play this and try to get different ending. But i have no clue to unlocked 1 image from the gallery, choosing different answer, mostly don’t make any different on npc response and what happen next.

The art is good, it could be scarier and more disturbing. how the story shows the mind of the girl is great, but somehow it’s just reading, there’s no certain option in the game that can make player more understand the reason behind why her mind like that or at least understand how that way of thinking make sense. like when i play this, i just read the anxiety. the story doesn’t drag me to feel the emotion.

It was…okay. It is very short. Is it supposed to have multiple endings? I played through once, and then did so again making the opposite choices. Same ending. Oh well.

It’ll take you less than 30 minutes. It isn’t bad…it just isn’t great either. I personally felt the storyline was a bit lacking, but maybe I was expecting more. The art is good and it doesn’t take long to go through, so give it a try.

Correct Visual Novel. A good work with the Russian dubbing voices. A bit short though.

The Craft of the Samurai

This is a story and not a game, as it says more or less on the tin, so to speak. It is worth your time, you can read it at your own pace. It doesn’t have filler or pointless choices like some games have. The art work is excellent. Nice music. If you enjoy short stories and anything samurai, at this price you have nothing to lose. It took me just over an hour to finish it. I hope the Dev plans on making more stories of the same story quality and using the same artist.

Short and Sweet.

I appreciate the developer providing exactly what to expect with the visual novel, and that it was reasonably priced. I only heard about this game through some indie game YouTube channels, so I’m glad there’s some exposure to this for what may get lost in the shuffle of the many games appearing on Steam daily.

The overall presentation was good. The art, sound effects and most of the music complimented the short story well and fits the homages being paid here. I only wish there was even more art to fit the narrative, but I’d expect it to be a limitation.

Developer: Roomah Gaming

Pros:

1. A matter of guilt and how one moves on with it. “Memories of East Coast” paints a story of how two lives collide with each other after an accident 15 years ago. Two parties with vastly differing ways on dealing with it. It doesn’t try to be the most complex thing out there, it just lets its simplicity show throughout the story. It’s melancholic and can be applied to the everyday person.

Order Road

it’s quite a trip, definitely not for everyone.

I would like the chapters to be better integrated together. Now each chapter feels like it’s own game where you have to do too much of the same thing. Mixing them together in a somewhat coherent story could keep me much more engaged.

Also please add voice acting. That’s what made Kotel special IMO

While I think Kotel ne Gori is a masterpiece, this game is still relatively fantastic and novel. Derevotyan creates some of the most unique FPS games I have ever played and they have been consistently fun. It will be great to continue watching the games and direction evolve.

The Elevator Game with Catgirls

The Elevator Game with Catgirls

The Elevator Game is a ritual that is said to give the player access to another world by following a strict set of rules.

Motivated by a bet made with her classmate, Asahi’s girlfriend Kirin decides to give the game a try, and drags her along for company. As Asahi waits outside of the building that Kirin chose to perform the ritual in, she starts to experience some confusing and unexplainable things…

Kirin fails to return that day, or the day after. Feeling somehow guilty as though Kirin’s disappearance might be her fault, Asahi determines to try and find her missing girlfriend… by playing the elevator game herself.

Where will your choices take her?

  • Many chances to make terrible mistakes

The elevator game is all about following the rules and treading forward in a strictly specified manner. Are you sure you’ll be able to get everything right on your first try?

  • Short sessions with multiple endings

A playthrough may take you a single sitting, but it’s all about exploring different options. Can you solve all the mysteries? What lengths will you have to go to to find some clues?

  • An eerie atmospheric setting

Immerse yourself in the narrative with the help of a unique, sketchy art-style, carefully chosen music, and sound design.

There are situations in this game some might find disturbing or triggering. Player discretion is advised.

The Summoning

The Summoning

My friend and I, played this game together. I didn’t really follow the instructions but they did. It’s not my style but they got scared a few times while playing. As far as it being real and actual ghosts haunting his house, I don’t believe in that stuff period. A few times there were some noises and things that happened but I think it’s just a coinsidence. He on the other hand almost pissed himself when things would happen in the house, but hes a pansy so who knows?

I played through this “Game” twice.

The first time, I just read through it but didn’t complete any of the actual “In Real Life” tasks.

Then… I noticed things started… happening…

Now, I’m a very sceptical person. I typically don’t believe in “spirits” or “ghosts” and the such.

But… I decided to give this game another try and actually perform the tasks as intended…

I can’t explain what started to happen around me and in my home, including experiences my family started to have…

I wish I could explain it, but I can’t…

I don’t typically write reviews, but I genuinely loved playing this game. This is just based off of my experience but I would definitely recommend this to anyone who enjoys:

  • Connecting dots and working a little to figure out the plot. The game doesn’t just come out with an exposition bomb, which I appreciate though I can understand that isn’t for everyone.

  • Psychological thriller/horror elements. Creepy vibe? Check. A dash of body horror and existential/cosmic dread? Check.

  • Puzzles. There are a few puzzles that stumped me for a bit, but it never felt entirely unfair. (Plus, if you really need help, there is a guide written by luna-terra that will help you through the game and get the alternate ending without spoiling the experience)

tomorrow won’t come for those without ██████ gives you the same feeling after playing as all of etherane’s other work. your mind gets foggy, your hands feel numb, and you want to cry but you don’t know how. you lay down in bed, turn the lights down to low, and just ponder.

etherane’s newest game comes with a new story just as surreal and mind-boggling as hello charlotte, seeped deep in low-humming religious trauma and blocked memories. the art is beautiful, and the slow-brewing horrors and states of melancholy make it even more so. i do appreciate the ability to turn flashing images off [which, to those curious, only comes up in one ending, and there are flashes when going between some rooms].

Touhou Gensokyo Visitor

Touhou Gensokyo Visitor

If you’re a Touhou fan, the circular writing and explanations of the setting you’re already familiar with will probably bore you, if the characterizations and canon divergences don’t outright annoy or infuriate you. If you aren’t, I don’t know if this would be a compelling introduction to the series.

The art assets and occasional sparks of animation are quite good, but the VN as a whole is bland and long-winded. The focus is on a relationship that doesn’t have any depth or interest, between a cardboard cutout and an out-of-character Reimu. The game is riddled with typoes to boot, and this is after a typo-squashing patch.

Real player with 6.4 hrs in game

Not really sure what I just played, but I’m not regretting at giving it the time.

What I’ll commend the most is the visuals; the dynamic animations and art that are used with the character sprites and CGs were something that I wasn’t expecting from the get-go. They all look well-made, polished and up-to-date.

The new designs for the characters were mostly solid and pretty faithful to the original designs, save for a few; Not really a fan of Sakuya’s redesign and Cirno just looks … off, for some reason. Lastly, aren’t Yukari’s eyes violet instead of amber? I’m not sure.
