this is a very long and entailed game- you need patience and timing for those puzzles but well worth the effort if playing on normal - graphics are great as are the characters themselves. Hardest part - getting through the prison without getting caught- this game is intriguing in its concept about good verses evil. would recommend it to serious players that like a long and intense game. BTW the guide is very helpful and you certainly can use it throughout the game

It’s an old game but still a great game, never gets bored of the gameplay and stories, bought the deluxe during the autumn sale 50% discount. The new HD graphic looks good, main characters and some mobs now have voice acting, also now we can choose skills we need when fusing demons which is convenient. It was a pain and time-consuming before on PS2 that we had to keep shuffling until we get at least some okay skills. Hey Atlus, I wish you guys add Persona 5 Royal on PC too, yearning for that game so badly since a lot of us are unable to get a console.

Light Fairytale Episode 2
MUSIC
well…it has one great song. i’m not sure if there are more. generally i don’t pay attention to this aspect of games.
STORY
though i enjoy what we got, i would agree with others that it’s barren. not a lot going on here.
more world building would be nice. the elder could have gave some good exposition on the region which haru knows nothing of. instead of just asking a stranger for help and mentioning someone that just happened to be right there. where do these people sleep anyway? too cold to sleep outside.

this only the demo and ive already put 12 hours into this game. i really like it and am looking forward to buying the whole game. the only annoying part of the game that stands out to me is the crappy vision, but thats very minor and a personal peeve XD.

Rising Spire: Prelude
From Roguelikes to Darksouls to Skyrim, I have played many RPGs. This is one I am extremely excited for. The are style is great, the music is catchy, and I am anxiously anticipating what new moves and attacks future combat has in store. If you havn’t seen the trailer, give it a look on youtube. The hype for this game is real and I am excited to see what else is in store!

Not a huge fan of jrpgs generally, but I was looking for something short and this is also free, so I gave it a shot.
Quite fun to run around and kill / avoid enemies - story not long enough, but it’s still an early access title, so I’m looking forward to find out more about Atlas’s journey. Also a map would be really nice so I don’t get so lost hehe.
Visuals look cute, I dig. Will most likely come back after a couple of updates. Give it a try.

The Dream is Coming…
“The Dream is Coming…” is a vibrant walking simulator that has you explore an empty Schoolyard and its various building as you find notes, diary entries and clues to follow.
The notes contain little bits of lore surrounding your character and his group of friends. Your character will also have memories revealed when he enters rooms or comes close to certain objects. A text to speech voice will read a sentence or 2 about some mundane thing he remembers about Chemistry class or the first time he met a friend. I honestly didn’t mind the text to speech voice, it’s actually not a bad sounding text to speech program. The main issue is the translation, it’s not translated the greatest. It’s hard to understand the relationship between certain characters when all you have to go on is little bits of choppy lore translated poorly. You are able to get a grasp of the overall story but the little details get lost and with a game like this, that is kind of important. A game like this is nothing but story and visuals (which isn’t a bad thing) but you’re really only left with the visuals as a completed piece. The bits of story you can gather tell a simple tale of a group friends and their after school club. The various memories of simple times and the struggles some face, it fits the atmosphere well.

I was intrigued by the description as I wanted to know how in depth this indie game would go into the lives, thoughts and struggles of students. But I was left most disappointed.
Pros:
→ The music is beautiful.
→ Half of the graphics were unexpectedly brilliant for an indie game; the sky, the breezy grass, the pavement and some items indoors, especially the signs and writing.
→ The afternoon setting sun set the tone perfectly.
→ Songbird ambience in the schoolyard was very relaxing.
Cons:
→ ‘Interesting stories’ in the description is misleading.
! For example; at one point we pass a bicycle in the schoolyard and the ‘story’ is legit: “My father’s bike. After he drank, he stopped using it.” And that’s all we get. It’s more like random facts being spewed out that has no meaning to the story at all (?).

Crystal Project
Explore the world, find Crystals, and fulfill the prophecy to bring balance to the land of Sequoia.
…Or maybe you’d rather spend your time collecting neat equipment and artifacts? Or tame strange creatures and fill out all the entries in your archive? Or perhaps you’d rather hunt down every monster and conquer the world’s toughest bosses. Or maybe you’d rather travel to the farthest reaches of the land and uncover the world’s greatest mysteries.
The choice is yours, as it should be! Or is it? They say that those who stray out of line will be punished, killed, or worse. Maybe it’s for your own good that you stick to collecting Crystals, just like everyone else. But where would the adventure be in that?

The Village
The art direction is beautiful.
On the other hand the difficulty is not well proportioned… The mazes are very hard, the shadows are too strong compared to the number of life points, the objects are too well hidden. And the game does not give much information about what to do.
(I don’t see any solution on internet…)
Nevertheless I recommend the game for the atmosphere !

The game is really beautiful: the maps, the music and the texts. On the other hand, we are a bit lost in the main story. And the dark areas are very very difficult.
