Easily the best AC game in the franchise! sailing around on your own ship, plundering treasure and boarding enemy ships, while upgrading your ship to fight forts, and become the greatest pirate… so much fun! I could play this over and over again. 10/10 would recommend :)

The Executioner
What a terrible experience. I have beaten this game well over 25 times trying to get achievements. (Currently at 82% complete, more on that below)
They might as well call this piss poor excuse of a game “The Head Lice” It has so many bugs it’s almost unbelievable. But I assure you I’m not joking. You have to change the language settings every single game play to Russian, then to English, for it to display properly. Even then sometimes it will still display text in Russian. In 7 separate game plays, an area I needed to click on to progress was grayed out, forcing a new game start. If you’re really lucky you make it to the end with little life, mental, and stamina, forcing you in a perpetual loop of failures not allowing you to even complete the game. Start over at this point, because you’re not winning. At least 2 achievements are broken. “Bluebeard - The Orphan was murdered” Every single time in 3 games when this has happened it does not register. “Milgram 12 - Refuse to torture the scribe” Which is literally impossible to do under the current version of the game, because it’s part of a TUTORIAL where you’re FORCED to torture him. “Conclude” is grayed out until you torture him a little bit. Even if you skip the tutorial, no achievement.

Lets say you’re willing to put up with some poor translation, lets say you’re willing to deal with entirely chance based conflicts that ultimately do not affect the story, lets say you’re willing to tolerate under-developed mechanics… how about the fact this is “chapter 1”?
OH yes. This is not a complete story, you’re paying for an unfinished project. I thought I was just at the start and then the game fucking ended.
