Alien AI
Keep in mind this is an “early access” game being developed by the good folks at GridSkyGames. This is pretty much a “cat and mouse” game between you and A.I. drones. Having to navigate areas in search for items all the while your food, water and health bar tick down. With limited resources to replenish those bars. At first glance I had issues with some of the mechanics, mostly getting stuck on just about everything. Since the patch game play has felt better, not sure if game mechanics were improved or if I just choose to avoid getting close to anything. The graphic are good complete with atmosphere effects. The voice actress is good but the script still needs a rewrite to pull the player into the story more. This is a game were quick thinking strategy comes into play. You won’t have time for waiting or walking and barely any time for a look around. Be quick enough and you’ll make it to the A.I. base where you’ll lend a hand to the evil A.I. demise.

Neverdark
_On December 24th, 2030 a global blackout occurred. In an instant the world lost access to electricity, and suddenly so many things that we had taken for granted were gone; the Internet, global communications, electronic devices… all gone.
War emerged as governments fell and society collapsed in upon itself. Guns, medicine and food became the new currencies while survival and protection became the sole necessities. Conflicts continued for years as ordinary people battled against famine, disease, the elements, and other humans.
A new world rose from the ashes of the old one. Each survivor enclave had a different idea on how to shape their new society: bands of raiders, religious cults, biker gangs, idealistic democratic communes and organisations built around charismatic leaders. Cities were once again battlegrounds, but it was no longer for survival, it was now for domination._
Neverdark is a pausable RTS game which throws you into a post-apocalyptic world. Following a global blackout, society has collapsed, and it will be your goal to rebuild it.
You lead a group of survivors, and you will need to contend with other factions over the control of the city. Invest resources and expand your influence to take over the city, street by street. Neverdark is as much about politics and social evolution as it is about combat.
In Neverdark you play in a fallen and ruined city. It is in desperate need of being rebuilt, and it will be your task to adapt it to the harsh conditions with makeshift infrastructure. Each map takes the shape of a real, existing city: Paris, New York and Tokyo. You will find yourself leading your citizens and expanding across familiar streets, taking over existing buildings and repurposing them. Perhaps you might want to use the Louvre Museum as the seat of your Black Market, or it might be a good idea to grow your crops on Rooftop Farms in Brooklyn. Building placement needs to be strategic and thoughtful. Where they’re placed, and the consequences of that choice, rests entirely in your hands.
A new type of society has emerged – one without a central government. Your goal is to react to dynamic, random events which force you to decide between doing what is ethically right and what is politically advantageous. New laws must be passed, and edicts must be enforced if civilisation is to evolve and adapt to ever-changing conditions.
One way or another you need to deal with other groups competing for control of the city. Both you and your enemies have powerful and influential agents at your disposal. You will need to send those agents, known in-game as specialists, across the city to perform political and military tasks. A Political Agitator in a neighborhood where two factions are fighting for dominance may help sway the locals into supporting you. But should that fail, and you find the enemy has gotten there first, a good long-range ‘motivator’ with a rifle could be equally effective. Inevitably the streets must turn crimson with bloodshed, and it will be your duty to lead your crew of specialists in tactical, turn-based combat missions.

Ark of Loif
I wanted to like this game, but it is way too difficult for me. And not in a Dark Souls good kind of way.
You pick up an AK at the start with 10 rounds, go to the first level and a spider tries to attack you. First two shots are missing, I think. It is hard to tell, because I couldn’t tell if it actually hit the spider since there was no reaction, like blood or anything like that. I shot 5 times and the Spider died. Suddenly I hear another Spider coming at me, shot 5 times again and killed it. So with my 0 out of 10 bullets another one approached me. “Oh shit what do I do?” is what I screamed before I got killed.

Hideout: Face your fears
I haven’t finished the game yet, however, it seems pretty cool, the graphics is promising, voice acting it perfect, story seems to fit the atmosphere… I’d never say I’m going to enjoy in any stealth game, but here I am.
EDIT: It feels like I’m almost at the end of the game, still no complaints, there was one bugged door which I went through and fell, not a big deal though… Still enjoying it!
EDIT 2: I’ve completed the game today, and I can say that I’m quite disappointed at how the game ended… Looking forward for the updates (if there will be any).

Its a great game! Decently put together, has a lot of potential. The sneaking is a really cool aspect and how you use devises is super sweet. Overall great game! Beware if you go through the door at the end boss (fountain entrance) instead of jumping off it will glitch the game making the robot spin in circles and not see you at all. Got stuck on the end for a solid 1hour and a half lol..

Rekindle
A cute and challenging little game! There were a few bugs/glitches, and I broke the game right before the last section by wandering through a wall and off the course, but was fun enough to try to blaze through the levels again

Remnants of the Dawn
Remnants of the Dawn is fun but frustrating. It’s functional but unpolished. It delivers action but not without headache. As I can be a bit obsessive and nit picky I’ll try to be summary in my critiques.
-
Character Stat Customization (Decent balance of upgrade ability and still fun in beginning)
-
Weapons That Actually Feel Different (melee and range have multiple types)
-
Functionally Sound (Menus, Saving, Loading, Player Prefs, etc)
-
Level Design (Good mix of maze like passages without overly complicated routes)

This is a pretty good first game, an bloody amazing achievement for 2 people in 4 months!
I know there are some things that need fixing, sure some of the voice acting could use work, there are textures that could do with being higher and the AI isn’t super complex but this game is a lotta fun!
I streamed this to my community and they all thought the games was a true testament to the passion and dedication of Developers and incredible achievement to deliver what they have in the time they have done it.
