What a great party game! I love it!
This game is great for some quick matches against your friends on the couch. That is definitively how I prefer it. However, in corona times you can still get your game on with the steam remote play =) Have fun blowing up your friends and family ;)

AXIOM SOCCER
What’s this? A game where you use hoverdrones to shoot a ball into the opponent’s goal? Rocket League with guns?! Oho, I am SO up for that!
Summary
A diamond in the rough, this is a ball game with a clunky UI but extremely fun and satisfying gameplay even at this early access stage. It’s easy to learn but hard to master and the ways to improve your skill go beyond simply understanding how to aim at the ball. There’s massive potential here that I hope the devs can capitalise on, but meanwhile it’s a blast that I’d recommend to any fan of Rocket League or Supraball!

Fun little early access title. I played through Beta and had a good time with it.
Easiest way to describe it is “3rd person shooter Rocket League”, but try not to get hung up on the RL comparisons. Axiom Soccer is still and early access title - it’s rough around the edges and a lot of details (some of them fairly major) are still being worked on. RL is of course far more polished/fine tuned, but bare in mind that RL’s beginnings started over a decade ago - it’s had the time to build a community, acknowledge feedback and grow; Something I hope Axiom will be able to achieve too!

Protoball
If you are a fan of games such as Rocket League and enjoy FPS games (you don’t specifically have to enjoy FPS games) I can recommend you giving this a try.
Before jumping into public games I recommend joining the discord of the game https://discord.com/invite/protoball you can find this link at the bottom of the main menu of the game. There is a Tutorials section that contains guides from experienced players in the game that will teach you things that the tutorial doesn’t get to yet.
Doing the tutorial is also a recommendation but you could encounter a “bug” that isn’t actually a bug.

Protoball,
Oh boy where do I begin here, I’ve been in the arena since the early days of development so I’ve gotta admit I’m a bit biased towards the concept of the game. Given that, it has a high replay-ability and it keeps me coming back to be the best player I can be in the earliest stages of what I see to be a great future competitive eSport. As a person who frequents FPS games like Valorant, CS:GO, Apex and Rocket League, I find this to be of the same repeat-ability and enjoyment to just hop in a game for both fun and competitive play styles. Sure there may be some bugs here and there, but that’s what being a part of the Early Access is for. We’ve gotta smooth out the experience for others to enjoy the underlying game we all love and know can be successful. At this point, I as well as many others are committed to bringing you the best enjoyment out of this game as humanly possible. So join a server and come along for the ride. As for the Dev team, you know I love you guys and I’ll never stop coming back to Protoball, we’re in it for the long haul!
