Trajectory Fracture is a free to play VR game with 4 different modes of play. It worked on my HTC Vive system, looked ok, played ok, sounded ok. Has a two sided menu board, with many gameplay options. You can break stuff for fun. Has 18 steam achievements. The bow puzzle mode is hard. Has steam leaderboard. Looks like the steam achievements will keep you busy with this game.

Try this game, you might like it.

Holopoint: Chronicle

Holopoint: Chronicle

This is a well made game that doesn’t make me feel sick. Every VR game I had played previously made my eyes hurt. This game has smooth graphics that feel natural. It is easy to tell that alot of time and effort went into the design for this game. Small details such as ground texture, 3D menues, and even fish make for a truely beautiful game. Any issues that I have had are limitations of the device rather than the game. The game feels balanced and has a good learning curve. This is not to say that it does not get difficult. There are parts where you will fail multiple times. I enjoy learning how to deal with each type of enemy. I highly recommend playing this game yourself before watching a playthrough.

Compared to the original Holopoint

+It’s much prettier

+More areas

+No drawing arrows from quiver

+Active and responsive dev

-Missing options available in Holopoint, such as 1-handed aiming. In fact, there doesn’t seem to be an options menu at all. (1-handed aiming added in beta)

-Doesn’t run as well on i7-4770k@4.4GHz & 2080Ti

-I dislike the music

Light Tracer 2: Bright ambition that needs some more work.

Light Tracer 2 is a Puzzle solving RPG that needs a lot of reworking for its core gameplay loop though conceptually is a great idea for a game.

Gameplay

Starting with the puzzles in game, they are for the most part really clever and well thought out. Some of them get really involved and take some consideration to find a solution, with some benefiting from using this second god type character to get a view of the puzzles and help you see things from a better perspective, other puzzles though are much simpler and often have exploits that weren’t intended by the player to do. While playing you are encouraged to explore the environments to get items for crafting recipes but more often than not it ends up being a redundant task as early on you aren’t a strong character so going out of your way to get these resources means you’ll fight creatures that out number and often overpower you meaning when you do kill the creatures you’ll often end up low on health and your reward is a often nothing useful to recoup the cost of the battle. While fighting enemies and doing puzzles you gain XP/Currency that you can use to level up your player, gain new abilities or progress the games story and that’s where things get bothersome. The biggest issue in the game is that your characters XP/Upgrade points are using the same currency for the progression of the games story, so it becomes a game of “do you want to level up, or unlock the next area?”, because of this you’re often just burning through the game by doing puzzles, getting just enough XP/Currency to progress to the next puzzle, then after finishing 6 puzzles you can either level up your character or go to the next island or optionally do the remaining puzzles on the island to get a small amount of XP/Currency. This quickly becomes a problem as most creatures/items on the map don’t give you anywhere near enough XP/Currency to balance this out. You are encouraged to discard the resources you gather as they all have a value of xp/currency you can recycle them for. Even if you do collect enough items to craft a health potion it will cost you 50 points of the xp/currency to craft instead of being a free crafting system it costs the resources and a fee. This seems like something that can easily be fixed just by adding a secondary currency for the main gameplay progress separate from the player xp/currency so hopefully this is something the developer can look into in the future. The combat in general is not that satisfying and seems more like a after thought rather than something that was fleshed out. Enemies attack patterns are just annoying and you’re often interrupted mid combo more often than not resulting in a a very unsatisfying combat system. Normally this would be remedied by blocking or dodging and using something like invincibility frames but this games block feature is locked behind upgrades meaning your only option is the dodge feature which is just a normal dodge with no invincibility frames and normally that would be fine but most creatures have at least one attack that you can’t space yourself far enough with the standard dodge. I think in general terms of gameplay there needs to be some QA as the core gameplay outside of the puzzles is just not that enjoyable when it could be fixed really easily by adding invincibility frames to the dodge feature and making the player not stagger so easily then also adding a separate currency/method of progressing the story than the currency used to level up the players stats/upgrades. There were a handful of bugs I experienced during my playtime and reported to the dev that hopefully will be removed before the game is released.

Crystal Raiders VR

Nice VR game with full body avatar. Played it from game test, beta test and during early access tests. Improved a lot during the early access. Like the bow very much. The added story with artifact collection and new enemy Golem (like mini boss) enlightens the game. In general, there is big improvement from the play-test in spring, and its cool. Can recommend it!

Cool new VR game with co-op mode! Played for 3 hours, and like it a lot. Very beautiful castle surroundings and those bombs - nice. Sometimes feels difficult, a lot happening around. FPS good - played on RTX2060, I5. The chicken in coop is fun. Good idea, how to stay in a game.

INCARNA: R•AI•D

INCARNA: R•AI•D

‘INCARNA: R•AI•D’ is a sci-fi style adventure game with lots of puzzles and plenty of hidden things to find. You get about via way-point platforms, but you can walk about freely on each of those platforms but you teleport between them. While the graphics are low-poly they have a clean look to them with some great animation giving it an alien world style with lights and crystals everywhere making the game feel quite magical. There is a little bit of everything to do in this game from bow and arrow shooting, to really complex puzzles that don’t give you a single clue about how to finish them which will eat up the gaming hours. I think £16.99 is a great price and most people will get their money’s worth in gameplay hours here provided you are willing to try and find every hidden cube. I for one love it and its easy for me to recommend it to others.

A good 2 hours of gameplay, very simple controls and a neat story.

Throughout the game it never became clear if the events play out in “reality” or in a simulation. Not that it matters.

The movement system might feel limiting, but it fits well with the combat.

At some point I assumed that the game is much longer and I still hope that there will be additional content later.

Also there is a balanced mix of puzzles and aiming skill challenges.

I recommend this game for the casual player with a fable for bow and arrow games.

Well the day has finally come, launch day! I’ve been helping out playtesting this game for a while now and It’s great to see how far it has come since the very first day I got my hands on it.

The game has quite a lot of levels, that being 40 levels across 8 worlds. The later worlds are usually longer and pretty tough mind you! So it’s welcoming to have a sort of challenge that gets progressively harder as you get further into the game. Furthermore the worlds has a very neat addition of interconnection between them. At the last level of the Pure world, you will start seeing trees and woodlands, leading up to the next Woodlands world. And the same for the end of Woodlands where you see a castle in the distance, etc. It’s a tiny thing but it really enhances the game experience!

Challenging! I love challenging.

This game is just what I’ve been looking for. A game to practise your skill at platforming and shooting targets that are NOT other life forms.

The controls seem to work well and I appreciate, as always, the option to change the key bindings for individual preference.

While you do get a better score for being fast, there’s nothing stopping you working your way through each level at your own pace. This makes it a more relaxing experience if that’s how you’d rather play. Though it can still be frustrating when you keep falling off, until you get good at it. Practise and patience makes perfect.

VR King of Battle Cards

VR King of Battle Cards

This game started off a bit rough and hard to play, but the developer continued to work on and improve the game, and the results are showing a lot.

The game is fun to play and anyone who loves card games would love this too; each creature has its own stats and you can improve each cards individual stats, such as a creatures speed, attack speed, strength, etc, so you can make creatures a lot stronger. The potential for this game is big, and I cant wait to see what new creatures and spells get added into the game, as well as multiplayer hopefully in the future!

The Viking Way

The Viking Way; an ambitious project that aims to bring a Viking experience into the 3D RPG world. Upon playing I could see the amount of work being put into this project, through their slowly chipping away at every unpolished surface in the game with every update.

It’s Medieval times, when the Vikings rule the high seas and warring factions fight for new land and dominance over other factions. This is where I come into play; I am about to set off on a journey to represent the Faction Ribe and make my father proud.

## Pin Them

**Pin Them** is an action tower-defense game set in a medieval fantasy world.

#### Master the Pin Mechanic

![](https://cdn.cloudflare.steamstatic.com/steam/apps/1764220/extras/Pin_Them_25_FPS.gif?t=1638545234)

Hit enemies from the right angle when they are close to a wall to **Pin Them**. Pinning enemies is faster than killing them. Only pinned enemies are good enemies!

#### Interact with Active Ragdolls

All enemies are completely physically simulated. Use your arrows to knock them back, make them trip or throw them over railings.

#### Exploit Weaknesses

Learning about the weaknesses of the eight different types of enemies will help you to defeat them more easily. An undead, for example, can be killed with a single head shot unless he wears a helmet. Or you can defeat giant cyclops instantly by hitting their eyes with an arrow.

#### Encounter Underworldly Creatures

Evil creatures are trying to enter the ancient library. It is your job to stop their assault.

#### Use Abilities

You have access to different abilities that will greatly improve your power on the battlefield! Use the multi-shot, for example, to hit multiple enemies in front of you. Or blink to the target location by utilizing the teleport-shot.

#### Fortify your Defenses

Place different types of defensive structures to help you defend against evil creatures. Mount arrow traps on a wall that pin enemies passing by, automatically. Throw an exploding chicken to knock back enemies and make them fall over railings.

#### Collect Equipment for Your Character

Slaying enemies will grant you powerful loot that will increase the strength of your character. Optimize your equipment to become the mightiest archer of all times.

#### Climb the Leaderboards

You will receive a score for completing a level in **Pin Them**. Compare your score with your friends, players in your country and players worldwide. Master your archery skills and climb to the top of the leaderboards!

This game straight up sucks.

I realized that this review wasn't very helpful based on 2 people that said it wasn't, so I thought that I would update it, since this review would straight up suck if that's all I said, so here is more information that may help:

This game is for you if you like:

1\. boring music

2\. crappy graphics

3\. not knowing what any upgrade does

4\. upgrading your tower but find out it doesn't actually do any additional damage

This game just feels a bit unpolished and not even worthy of being called a Computer Science project (if that's what this is).
