Small co-op station game.

1 submarine, 2 players, 4 stations (steering, weapons, scanner, smelter), 1 level. essential, this feels like a minimalist version of Catastronauts that is also less exciting. You navigate the deep looking for keycards and scrap metal while fending off laser sharks, and when you enter the enemy base, it turns out they’re in another castle, and the game ends. Mind you, the concept isn’t that bad, and if the devs had put some effort into making a campaign and different enemies, it could be a lot better; but as it is, If you want to do couch co-op, I recommed springing for a better game that has more variety.

Coral Quest

Coral Quest

Very simplistic game that was obviously designed for phones. A 3rd person runner game where you move your fish on a 3x3 grid collecting shiny objects while avoiding obstacles. Cosmetics are unlocked along the way while you also accumulate currency that can be used to purchase additional characters or accessories.

A cups-and-balls game is presented between levels to win additional currency, as well as almost depressing facts about plastic pollution.

There is some variety in the level design with new environments and obstacles, but it does start to feel like a grind pretty quickly. A nice game to play while listening to music or a podcast.

Game is simple but cute. Young children will probably enjoy the game and the ability to change what fish they are.

Very wholesome game with nice aesthetics.

The kind of game you play at a couch party with some friends, controller and keyboard needed, haven’t tried playing with 2 controllers tho(and dunno if you can).

At first I was a little sceptic, watching the trailer only gave me questions about purchasing this game or not, does this kind of game really fit me? But I went to the steam page and I saw that the game wasn’t really expensive, so why not to try it? I downloaded and tried it with my roomate, and you know? It made our afternoon. This game may not have top-notch graphics or be as complex as Rocket League, but is fun to play with a friend, is that kind of game that is better when you play with someone physically and joke about it, or play with some friends a friday night before going outside.

Escape The Tank

Escape The Tank

For someone’s first game this is genuinely very good! Simplistic platforming and puzzles, some enemies with good pathfinding that pose as good obstacles, and an easy to understand premise: Escape the tank. Since its his first game its incredibly low budget quality, which is to be expected, but its still very good.

Note to the developer:

Things you might wanna look into when you remake this

  • Complete overhaul of the ui, its pretty messy at the moment.

  • Some different enemies other than the manta ray. It serves its purpose, but it starts to get annoying to see the same toothy-mouthed enemy coming at you. Maybe some piranhas or sharks? The lionfish could also have some other variants such as a pufferfish.

Awesome early access game, cant wait to see it fully finished. Cool concept from an up and coming game developer; who actively takes on feedback from users.
