Beer Bar

This game is so boring because there are no gameplay changes and no gameplay at all.

One of the most mundane games I have ever played, you click on the beer keg, you click on a customer, rinse and repeat. Sometimes the customer will pass out if you give them too much beer, sometimes the cat will get in your way and fuck up the pathfinding. Sometimes you click on the keg and don’t get beer, and sometimes you click on a customer and don’t give them their beer. It’s glitchy, boring, and tedious to 100%.

The Adventurer - Episode 1: Beginning of the End

The Adventurer - Episode 1: Beginning of the End

My playtime: 1:46:16 (based on in game clock)

Developer Response: Never.

Intro

The Adventurer - Episode 1: Beginning of the End is a turn based RPG where you explore places and kill enemies.

Music

The only music that i remember in this game is its battle music, which sounds good to hear. I doubt that there is other bgm in the game though.

Graphics

The game uses cute looking square shaped 3D graphics for the world building. The 2D portraits for each characters also look beautiful although some of them doesn’t seem to have the same style as each other; in fact, i think that most (if not all) of the portraits are using default graphics or something.

CCCP CALLS!

CCCP CALLS!

At the time of writing this review, I have played this game for just under 6 hours, and have gained all the achievements (3094 out of 3094). This game is a subpar Math-Three puzzle game. One of the big issues is none of the scoring or abilities are explained. Sometimes matching three in a row gives 3 points, other times 5. When you match four in a row, one is left over and now has a white glow, or a red border, and what they do seems identical. Sometimes when matching five nothing happens, other times you are left with a glowing orb of that design that does either a line of damage or nothing. There appear to be 20 stages on the world map, but I only managed to get to stage 15 before calling the game quits, there is literally nothing besides the subpar gameplay. Additionally there is no main menu, and the game always starts in the middle of the level select, so you have to go and find the level you want to do, and there really is no difference between the levels in a meaningful way.

2/10 (Long story short) Disgustingly ugly military anime themed match three.

My takeaway: CCCP CALLS! Is possibly one of the worst games I’ve ever played. The colors blend in together due to it being beige and is overall such an ugly gameplay you’ll definitely get a headache. The game took about five hours for me to fully complete and achieve mostly due to the confusion because of the color scheme. The game does have a single pretty anime girl but there is no nudity nor is there any kind of tension or indication of it. At the end of the day it does its job of being a match three but it does it poorly.

This is a really easy and cheap way to farm some achievements.

Most of the achievements unlock in one room by opening all the chests. The game is quite decent if you actually play the game.

Take note that your steam will crash while you unlock the achievements, so it might be best to complete the game, save your progress and then close steam afterwards.

The art style and graphics of this game is quite decent with gameboy type graphics. The sounds and music are not overwhelming or annoying, therefore you will be able to play the game with sound.

How many Russian games are there on Steam?! I’m starting to think that half of my games are Russian.. xD

I don’t know how to judge this 1€ thing.

LSD should mean “look so delicious” in the developer’s words (he meant “looks” maybe?).

There are 73 achievements: none of them are gaming related.

They will unlock by pressing the required key. From A to Z, the numbers, F11 and F12 and so on. I was somehow astonished by this thing, I mean, I have played lots of games with random achievements but literally none of them are related to the game..

Unforgiving Trials: The Darkest Crusade

Unforgiving Trials: The Darkest Crusade

Unforgiving Trials: The Darkest Crusade is a very imbalanced game from the very beginning.

Unforgiving Trials: The Darkest Crusade is a RPGMaker designed game that does not deviate from typical RPGMaker design. The game’s premise is that there is some evil in the east, and you need to just keep moving east and fighting battles. However, this game is different from others in that you have to partake in 4 battles in a row, with the 4th battle being a boss battle every time. After the 4 battles, you can rest and buy stuff in a town/outpost/camp, and then you continue east. Although this may sound not terrible, the game has horrible scaling. The first battles were already extremely hard, and there is no option of grinding to level up. This game is brutally unforgiving like the title says, but in a bad way.

My Grandfather smoked his whole life. I was about 10 years old when my mother said to him, “if you ever want to see your grandchildren graduate, you have to stop immediately.”. Tears welled up in his eyes when he realized what exactly was at stake. He gave it up immediately. Three years later he died of lung cancer. It was really sad and destroyed me. My mother said to me - “Don’t ever smoke. Please don’t put your family through what your Grandfather put us through.” I agreed. At 17, I have never touched a cigarette. I must say, I feel a very slight sense of regret for never having done it, because this game gave me cancer anyways.
