It’s one of those cutesy challenging platformers that will probably make you scream. A great throwback game and freshman entry from this one-man dev team.

I love this game.
This game is FREAKING AWESOME as an Atari 7800 ProSystem homebrew. The graphics are so stunning, and the music is unbelievable for this console. But as a game on PC in 2018, it probably won’t get much attention, which is sad.
The game is simple. You use boxes to solve puzzles, pick up all keys, and proceed to the next level. There are 6 caverns (worlds); every cavern has 10 stages (including one boss stage), featuring different enemies and new mechanics for new puzzles, except the last cavern only has boss fight. Every stage is well designed, from easy to hard. It’s not too hard to figure out the puzzles, but it can be frustrating sometimes because you die in one hit and there’s a time limit. The boss fight kinda reminds me of Chip ‘n Dale Rescue Rangers 2 on the NES.

The game has top notch graphics and music.
However, for anyone on the fence about buying this game, let me warn you that if you want to get the most from this game you’ll need to play the 2-player co-op mode. I am unable to play it properly because I don’t know anybody locally who would be interested in playing it so I am unable to see the exclusive bosses and -what I assume- is the true ending to the game. You could try playing 2-player by yourself but it alters the puzzles so you have to work together with someone. If you play as either single player character, (I’ll say this as spoiler-free as possible) the ending you get basically tells you to go play 2-player mode and kicks you back to the title screen.

I got this game as a beta key, but I must say I would have bought it, anyway. This is a remake of an old game from 1989 and oh boy, did I love the game back then. It offered a unique blend of skill, action and puzzle and this new game captures exactly these aspects. The game adds additional features and removes old concepts that do not fit into modern games (like lives and the need to start from the beginning every time).
If you know Solomon’s Key, you will feel quite familiar with the concept, but it adds a lot of its own. I can highly recommend the game to anyone who likes puzzle/skill, retro games or the original game from back then.

Blewie
Very satisfying and challenging puzzle game that will keep you thinking outside the box. Simple rules with brilliant execution. Plenty of content with over 100 stages, boss battles, and unlockable bonus mini games and powerups. An ultimate (and maybe a little sadistic ;-P ) 8-bit brain teaser with some epic tunes. I just cleared it all, can you?

I usually review weird hentai games so when my curator friend asked me if I wanted to try BLEWIE and the FUN HOUSE let’s just say I found those words misleading. In reality, it reminds me of some games I’ve played on very old computers with green screen monitors. I really miss one where you’re an ant trying to escape a level having to dodge what looked like wasp heads chasing you. You could drop boulders on them or shoot them. Can’t remember the name though. Anyway, this game is kinda like that but in color and the music is really good.

Breakdown
This is a minimalistic arcade game where you control a bouncing ball. Your task is to punch the blocks down until there are no blocks left and the ball reaches the bottom. The difficulty lies in the spinning figures and black sectors on them. Hitting the ball on the black part of the figure will end your game and the level will start over. Good luck.
In Shape 2
In this minimalistic arcade game, you have to move and reshape your figure to match the passing figures. Triangle, square and circle. And also occupy the desired lane by jumping left and right. For each piece you pass, you get points, and the movement gradually accelerates, and the game becomes more difficult. Good luck.

Soulpath: the final journey
Experienced on the Oculus Quest 2
You can view my review & gameplay here: https://youtu.be/EUew8mhhV30
This is not a good collection of mini-games. Quite frankly, there’s older collection of mini-games out there that are much better and light years ahead in the gameplay department (examples: Summer Funland, Loco Dojo, Rec Room, etc.). The game mechanics here are simply outdated. I had zero fun while playing this.
The mini-games are just too basic with outdated interactions. Several of the interactions are point and click type interactions. The controls are pretty bad in two of the mini-games where it feels like you’re fighting the controls more than you’re trying to play a game. The physics are simple in these mini-games. Overall, these mini-games function, but they are forgettable.I think it’s an interesting concept to tie emotions to a mini-game type. However, I felt mostly frustration, boredom, & even rage through all the emotions, even the joy and serenity games. I enjoy a challenge in mini-games, but these are boring challenges

Disclaimer: I’ve received this game for free via Curator Connect.
Soulpath is a small collection of tedious mini-games with mediocre visuals and very basic gameplay. Every game has 3 difficulty levels but I could not bring myself to play any of them again after finishing the initial level.
Here are those mini-games:
-
Beat Saber with a lot of bombs and without rhythm and slicing mechanics;
-
Unresponsive marble ball “labyrinth” with instant death traps;
-
2 similar precision challenges with the most clunky throwing mechanics I’ve ever seen in VR;

YUNA: Sugar hearts and Love
Well, this game is not good enough. Maybe I think you should set this game as an early access game because it is semi finished game.
First, the game need a tutorial for new players. I was surprised that when i click on some black hearts my points decreased even sometimes under zero in one type. Also, the story mode is almost empty with only few confusing text. Besides, the game has no objects or failure conditions.
And one more thing, there is no attracting element on the girl’s body for players. And we need cards too!
