Blind Drive
What an interesting game. Blind drive puts you in the shoes of Donny… A guy who is blind folded and cuffed to the steering wheel of a vehicle and sent on his way down a highway against traffic. I will say nothing more on the story as I don’t want to spoil. Anyway, the gameplay is simple enough… You hear a vehicle on one side of the road, steer to the other! That’s not all though. The story takes some wild turns and puts you through many different and sometimes unexpected situations to test you. In all, the sound design is great and story is funny. For it’s price, I’d certainly have to recommend this insane and wacky journey. Sit back, relax, and happy steering!

It’s not everyday one discovers a new genre - and what a pleasant surprise it is!
Playing eyes closed, flat on my back with surround sound headphones and a wireless keyboard, Blind Drive is a wild narrative-driven adventure.
The sound effects and spatial design create an immersive atmosphere, complemented with excellent voice acting and often hilarious one-liners (“Give me a break; I’m driving blind! Can’t you see?"), while the graphics make a complete mockery of my 32:9 monitor.
For gamers who think they’ve seen it all, Blind Drive is like playing VR with your eyes closed.

POSTZ: ZOMBIES VR
I played the demo several times and could not decide whether the game would be worth the full price so I finnally got it during the Lunar Sale. First of all: the game is well made, the shooting is really good and the balancing is nice and fair. The graphics use this low-polygone-style and while the environment looks good enough that way, I don’t like the zombies. However animations, lighting and sounds are good. All effects are more on the cartoony side and every killed zombie is acompanied with a text judging your shot. The more headshots you get in a row (without missing a head) the higher the score you get for each headshot. While this is somewhat satisfying the amount of points you get for long streaks is ridiculously high compared to “standard killing” a zombie. The game provides a lot of statistics which could add some replay value, e.g. the longest streak, the number of trick shots (long distance) and the total number of killed zombies. However although you can select whether to use a laser pointer for aiming or just plain iron sight (which is significantly harder) this does not change the scoring and all statistics are counted ignoring the type of aiming. Thus although I really like the challange of using iron sight the way the games tracks highscores and statistics spoils this fun for me. Nevertheless overall it is a well made stationary (without locomotion) 360 degree zombie wave shooter with five different environments each with a different time of day and weather condition. The environments can be selected individually or played in the so called “story mode”, which is just all environments in a row with some introductionary text. If you like zombie wave shooters then you should give this game a try.

Like this. Tremendous fun. Needs a bit better structure to keep players going though. Score isn’t a good enough incentive to keep playing.

Hazy
In the vast region of Tiba, a dense and very old forest shelters the city of Tecnopia, home of a technology created to coexist in symbiosis with nature, and of people that are not unanimous when it comes to preserving this coexistence. Amid the growing tension, Ventree, a powerful corporation with global prestige, entered the region to explore the Ancestral Energy, a long forgotten natural resource, and retrieve a device that vanished from their head office at any cost. Paranormal Detective: Escape from the 80’s
Nice puzzle game. If you’ve played other escape room type games, you’ll like this. Lots of 80’s references and humor throughout. I had to refer to a walk through twice: once for something I should have picked up on but the other was something I may have eventually stumbled upon what they were expecting you to do (tip: just play with everything extensively!)
Looking forward to the 90’s sequel, which is already waiting in my wish list.

This game is totally RADICAL DUDE! Just played through and I loved it. Great escape room elements with so much 80s. Such cheesy acting and there is even a rap to dance to. Don’t want to give away too much. Took me about 2 hours to complete. I did search pretty thoroughly for Easter eggs and such.
The game nailed what is wrong with so many escape games.
-
It has a great, fun story! This is lacking in so many.
-
Everything is polished and works well! (surprisingly hard to find)
-
A great length! I have played waaaay too many 15 to 20 minute experiences. This took me well over an hour to explore, complete the puzzles, and complete the end.

Space Dance Harmony
This game is truely early access in that there’s about 1/10th of the content that needs to be in a full release.
But what is there is very polished and feels great. They could have a hit on their hands if they deliver but I’ve been burned so many times by games like this that are strong out of the gate and never get a single update so we shall see.
Worst case scenario current state is a pretty decent to pick up and play game for a quick intense warm up workout. So for me it’s a keeper.

this is realy good! the danceinstructor realy knows how to move, the moves are well varied and match the music. as a non-dancer, i was very suprised about how different all the songs dancemoves are from each other. it is nothing like beatsaber where you just stand there and hit random boxes with a stick.
im not good with music classification, i would just call it feelgood-music. ;)
i just know its not something i usualy listen to, yet enjoy immensely while playing SDH.
there is a tutorial so you dont have to guess what you are supposed to do and what stuff means.

Quest for Runia
Super relaxing game for a bit of cooling down after work.
The Controls are far better then i expected them to be.
It happens far less then i thought it would, that i aim at a point on the far end of the ‘gaming table’ and miss the spot i aimed for.
The graphics are a bit bright.. too colorful for my taste, but it doesnt hinder the experience at all. If you like them - even better.
The music adds to the relaxing experience.
The tutorial makes it look like an easy game, but you will soon see, that you have to watch carefully and think a bit before starting a level.

Very nice relaxing game to pause your brain from lockdown, politics, household and so on… I love puzzles and played a lot of Bejeweled on the phone. This is my new Bejeweled in VR - sit down, chill and forget the time. At the beginning it seems easy, but it gets challenging quickly. Above all, I’m someone who always wants three stars, even in other bubbleshooters, and here I haven’t reached them all yet…
I think it might appeal to young and old and VR newcomers, if they love puzzles.
