greenTech+ Legacy Edition
DISCLAIMER: This is a first impressions review, and NOT a full review
greenTech+ is a game developed and published by Vertigo Gaming, the same person behind the Cook, Serve, Delicious series
The game offers some really nice graphics and a nice yet simplistic aesthetic which is pleasant all the same and has some amazing attention to detail even though it is a little rough around the edges
The game does suffer with some repetitiveness at certain areas of the game but a fun game nonetheless and ends just at the right time

Look at first clip. This is the game. It’s good to kill a few minutes here and there.
But it have some cons: 1. Full screen only
2. Low resolution
Both combine to really bad pixalated and not in a good way graphically.
3. Exit the game doesn’t really works when pressing on Esc.
All in all, it’s good.

.99 cents is an insult. i would pay 9.99 for this
i wish jungle strike had been this good. i wish nuclear strike had been this intense. holy crap i have no idea where to begin
the title screen explodes into synths that would make kenny loggins weep. the menu is clean and simple and quickly gets you to exactly what you want, all while that music keeps it bumpin. training gets you comfortably and confidently in the air. instant action like raiding enemy bases or hopping from island to island defending yours. free flight that lets you customize the engagement. a campaign to test how many days you can last completing random objectives. a really informative weapons menu that i could not even pay attention to cuz of that sick music

This game is great fun! For anyone who is into arcade style score chasers, this is a must have! At 1$, this is a total bargain. It is repetitive, but, somehow, that isn’t really a negative with this game. It really works with it. It is light-hearted from the art style, to the music. Lots of fun and a good way to just jump into a game and unwind.

The Oil Blue: Steam Legacy Edition
What is it?
This is a neat little game that sits somewhere between casual simulation and frantic time management! You will be sent to a randomly generated island which will have an assortment of different equipment panels for you to use, and you will be given targets for a specific period of time (e.g. drill/sell 150 barrels in 7 days, or make a certain amount of profit). It is up to you to juggle (sometimes frantically) between the different platform control panels without missing an opportunity to suck more oil out of the ground, but at the same time leaving no machine unattended beyond its stress point, otherwise you will be spending more of your next shift fixing rather than drilling - and there’s no profit to be made fixing! You can use your profits to buy upgrades that last for the duration you’re at that particular island, but a new island means new (and very basic) equipment, and with a harder objective to meet!

The setting of the game is, as far as I remember, drilling in a world where oil became a scarce resource. Your purpose is to hop from island to island and drill, baby, drill. It’s a capitalist’s dream to produce and sell to the free market directly, without any other jerk-offs like futures, or cartels like OPEC. You’ll spend the 8 minutes that consist an ingame day shifting between working the machines and monitoring the market.
Prices never go over $200 or below $100 (both are capped but in reality price goes lower than that, but you’ll soon find out especially in the later islands that you really need to squeeze the most money out of your oil sales, or you stockpile like mad and wait, especially because in the later islands the objective shifts from number of barrels to the money made out of oil sales.

It’s a neat little game, it can be somewhat difficult at some parts. All it needs is music.

Gunpowder on The Teeth: Arcade
At ease soldier, I will keep this briefing short and get you geared up and in transport to the front lines shortly. Your assignment is simple; take your squad and infiltrate the enemy any way possible. Destroy their radar towers so we can begin our assault. The enemy fortifications are going to make things difficult; it will require the talents of your entire squad if we hope to overcome the enemy forces. They are building up for an assault on us, we must strike first! They are well armed with many troops that must be taken out if we are to win this war. We must stop them at all cost. It is time to take the war to them!

Super hard and super underrated. Not a game for people who are prone to destroying their controller. Too bad there isn’t more people playing!

Super Hydorah
Great attention to detail with beautiful pixel graphics, a catchy retro synth soundtrack and amazing game play. While taking inspiration from many of yesteryear’s 2D shmup classics, Super Hydorah definitely adds enough of its own flavor to make it a unique experience. The game feels more like a love letter to the golden days of arcade gaming rather than a formulative rehash.
The game play is challenging but fair, giving it that addictive feeling which makes you itch to have just one more go every time you screw up. And since you can only blame yourself for dying, you know that you should be able to improve and do just a little bit better the next time around.

I am not gonna say anything that has been already said. Super Hydorah is a top ten game. Level design, secrets, arms, music, difficulty… All amazing and very well balance.
I would like to mention the continue system, if you understand the philosophy of the developer and the connection his work has with the arcade world, you will understand this system.
When you lose the game you will have the option to continue, if you decide to continue you will lose different things: some ship upgrades, points, you will go back to the beginning of the stage, and also you will see a different ending if you finish the game.

Dizzee Rascal… That’s who I think of when I play this.
The classic, eclectic, UK urban electro music ebbs and throbs relentlessly; commanding attension while you tightly weave through the madcap, claustrophobic arenas of baddies and laser trip wires. BONKERS
It’s manic, rude and …technical, just like that singer.
Drones has a very cool sprite based 3d trickery that is 100% pulled off. That stuff always impresses me.
I’m not amazing at these games at all and the addition of little tips in between levels brings you up to scratch on the best way’s to herd enemies into your smart bombs.

Hyper Simon X
I GIVE THIS 4 of 5 TURDS!
– Real player with 13.1 hrs in game
This game is a mix of space shooter and memory game. You need to memorize the correct sequence of ships based on it’s color. Destroy them and earn many points as possible. You can also earn points by playing as a normal space shooter but you will get less points than destroying the enemies following the correct sequence.
Controls feel very solid, pixelart is nice. The sound track is very good.
