Stepping into the shoes of yet another soft-spoken armour commander, we are offered a surprisingly deep journey as the story progresses from carefree summer skirmishes to a gruelling and brutal war campaign of attrition with all the sacrifices and tribulations it entails.
For those who played the first the game, Valkyria Chronicles 4 will offer a greatly improved gameplay experience, class balance tweaks as well as a selection of fantastic mission maps and a surprisingly deep story with an extra treat of small episodes that reveal deeper personalities and motivations of your squadmates. It might sound trite, but that is how one can learn to look past superficial appearances and learn to connect with fellow human beings on a personal level. Emmy Mistral’s penny pincher trait used to be infuriating until one learns he compulsive saving is driven by
! desire to save up as much money as possible since her mother is sick. With numerous examples like these, it becomes easy to see how a lot of reflections offered by the game are transferable to the real world.

War of the Human Tanks
Battleships and chess with lolis.
Fantastic fun, interesting story with many twists and several endings, engaging gameplay that demands strategic thinking and an incredible soundtrack throughout.
The game’s story is told through visual novel format, which sets the state of affairs and the stage for the battle to follow. Battles are fought in real-time, but with a sort of turn-based system that runs on ticks, for example after giving a unit orders to move you must then wait for it to radio in asking for new orders before it can be moved again. Battlefields are presented as a grid of octagons, and before the round commences you must first place your units as in Battleships. Each unit has it’s own special properties and characteristics similar to chess, for example some may move 2 spaces at a time whereas others may only move 1, or one unit might only be able to attack horizontally whereas others must attack at least 2 spaces ahead of itself. The aim of each battle is to eliminate the opponent’s ‘Command Tank’ before they destroy yours which, regardless of how many units they have remaining, wins you the battle. The battlefield is covered by a shroud as seen in most real-time strategies with sight range varying between your different units, so early game tactics may usually consist of Battleships-esque artillery strikes into the dark hoping you’ll hit something, as your units gradually advance closer to the enemy, thinning out their ranks until their command tank is within firing range.

The first time I saw War of the Human Tanks, I was put off by how obviously low-budget it is; that was a huge mistake. Apparently, the art style just needed some getting used to, because once I got into it, I thought the graphics were actually pretty good. There’s full voice acting, fun animations and even some really catchy music that makes me itch to buy the soundtrack.
But what about the meat of the game? That, for me, comes in two packages (or perhaps Amasson boxes): the story and the gameplay. Let’s get this out of the way: The story is awesome. I loved it. This is definitely not a “skip-the-dialogue” kind of game; in fact, after a certain point, the story became the main appeal. It’s simultaneously lighthearted and grim, with a really interesting setting that ends up being much more detailed than you might suspect at first. There are four endings (two main paths, with two endings each) that all end up being pretty radically different and are all fantastic in their own way. I’m really in love with the setting, and all the little things you can learn about the rather disenfranchised battle-androids they call Human Tanks; the story really exceeded my expectations in every way. The translation is great, and the writing is clever, funny and serious when it needs to be; some of the big twists were huge gut-punchers. I’d definitely say the story was maybe the best part for me, and it’ll stick with me and inspire me for other personal projects for quite a while.

Panzer Knights
UPDATED:
Panzer Knights is a very promising tank action game. It’s still rough around the edges and there’s a lot of development to go, but it’s well worth supporting and I would happily pay more for the complete product. Since my original review there have been many additions and improvements.
PROS:
-
Excellent visual design both in terms of the tanks and the characters. The artist and model maker did an excellent job.
-
There are good number of tanks and many crew characters to choose from, including lots of pretty girls - though there are men too if want to make it a little less gratuitously moe. Since the male and female crew have the same skillsets anyway, I imagine most of us are going to use the girls. As for the tanks, you get a decent variety of well known vehicles such as Panzer III, Panzer IV, Panther, and Tiger each in two or three variants.

Do you like tanks? Do you like World War 2 history? Are you a complete massive wehraboo? Then this is the game for you.
This game takes aspects from WOT and War Thunder. Specifically the arcadey shooting of the former with the realistic tank movements of the latter. The game is pretty fun, large variety of tanks and crews with some camos to unlock to give you a bit of customization. Crewmates can have their skills improved as you gain more money therefore allowing you to perform better on the battlefield.

War of the Human Tanks - Limited Operations
Warning: 1000+ word review from a guy that’s way too passionate about a trilogy that features chibi girls that shoot at each other and explode. Please read if you have spare time.
The first two War of the Human Tanks games are among my favorite PC-exclusive games I have played so far. So, I bought the third game on the same year it was released and… it wasn’t my cup of tea. What made the Human Tank games so special to me is the ability to break the game with overpowered tanks and pit those tanks against other overpowered extra stage enemies in a game of dark chess. This game takes that away and makes you play fair and square with the opponent in a normal strategy game.

I’m going to write a lot of words about anime tanks because I really like this series and I don’t think anyone else knows it exists. The last game in the series, Limited Operations, has been out for around 9 months and has about a dozen reviews. Here’s a really long one and consider this a review for the series in general.
The War of the Human Tanks series is essentially anime Battleship. Fights are real time and pause when you click a unit to choose an action. There’s always a large fog of war and most units are of the one hit, one kill variety. Tanks are of the mass-produced style, outside of a couple of special NPC’s, and are permanently destroyed when killed in action. Tanks can also equip modules that you can create which do things like increase shooting range and area, increase movement and so on. Limited Operations changes the last few parts up, though.

It has a lot of promise.
I talked to the developer in the forums, and they’re actively working on making improvements according to their posts albeit I don’t know how steady they are or how consistent they are at actually updating the game and correcting underlying flaws, of which there are many.
It’s a lot like Factorio, but if it was simplified, put into a Visual Novel game that has surprisingly good writing, and given a vaguely predictable “economy” built around the war for shits and giggles.

Guilty Parade
I continued to become more and more invested. It surprised me how in-depth some of the characters were written and as I played, I witnessed some really nice character development along with it. I can tell a lot of love was put into this game and if you’re looking for a compelling character-driven story, this would be it. Visual Novels are not normally to this level of detail and intrigue and I believe this game could really rise in popularity. It’s a new game that is still ongoing, so there’s more to anticipate as you play it through. Very fun game to play with friends; there’s a lot of different route choices. I highly recommend it!

Guilty Parade easily became one of my favorite visual novel games I’ve ever played so far. I immediately 100% the game (as of episode 2) in terms of achievements since I couldn’t stop playing it (to the point that I played the current episodes twice now lol). I’m so glad that I accidentally stumbled on this game’s demo on gamejolt or itch.io and quickly followed the developers for future updates.
Quick review:
As of the release of episode 2 (+ episode 1, the demo), Guilty Parade has a lot of potential to become an outstanding and memorable mystery visual novel game. Episode 2 greatly exceeded my expectations, and I’m excited to play the next episodes. The characters are all unique and lovable in their own ways and I love seeing their interactions with one another and/or with Nemo or Lien. I’d watch them discuss something meaningless and I would still enjoy it. (I love all of the characters, but my personal favorite is definitely Yakov, top tier best boy. His chaotic personality and inability to trust others just makes me want to befriend him and gain his trust even more lol. {Spoiler near the end of episode 2}
! And when he started to trust Nemo a bit more if you choose to tell him the truth about Nemo’s reason on investigating the murder case, he looked genuine and sincere T-T or maybe it’s just me feeling soft for him). The world of Guilty Parade has so many secrets and mysteries in which you and Nemo need to discover and find out yourself. But, what I’m more curious about is Nemo’s identity and which side he’ll choose after finding out about his past.

H-SNIPER: World War II
as a person who has lots of sex all the time, i can say that this game is 100% accurate to having sex with sexy women. like i do. everyday. this game did not make me horny however. i am not gay. i just have too much sex with real women to spend more than 15 minutes in this game. on the other hand i would recommend this game to people who do not have sex (unlike me because i have lots of sex with women a lot) as there is a naked woman in it and she is naked. she kinda looks like one of my many girlfriends who i have sex with a lot. i have lots of sex. i also an very handsome and women ALWAYS want to have sex with me because i am very muscular and handsome and very good at video games. all my girlfriends say im very good at sex and playing video games and being handsome. one of my girlfriends asked me to have sex with her but i told her i was playing a sex game instead so she started crying and became a lesbian and killed herself because i did not have sex with her. i have sex with women. not men. i am not gay. i am very cool and handsome so girls always have sex with me because i am very cool and sexy. my penis is very big. all my girlfriends like my penis because it is very big and i am very good at sex with my women. every woman ive had sex with is very sexy and so am i. i have lots of sex. i am also very handsome and sexy and i have lots of sex.

aH-SNIPER is not a mere game, it is a spiritual journey that unlocks your full potential in life. It challenges your preconceptions about meaning itself and those who are not properly prepared can be left with severe trauma if they are lucky enough to survive failure.
Attempting to play this game with a BMI lower than 35 is not advised. My first time playing this game was interrupted by my mother threatening me with eviction and upon seeing the game she threw an ashtray at me.
I have a pigeon named Duz’gakath that I use as a cum-rag. Me and my dad get high on gas fumes and threaten our Hispanic neighbors. The game requires you to apply focus agility and your dynamic explosivity to be able to achieve what so few to.

Why would you want to consume healing water, while you can eat martabak to get same effect.
My Table Review :

| Art/graphic |
The art is beautiful, I like the visual novel art. The color palette is great, the character have good sprite. but not for the map thou, not gonna lie it’s a rpg maker games so you get what you expected from rpg maker game. is the asset. I think a little bit edit with the asset like adding same color pallete will make the game more polish or balance. btw the sprite have lack of emotion im gonna tell it on story tab. overall the graphic is great.

OK, just finished the 2nd Assault (my real playtime was just over 8 hours long).
The differences between the 1st part and this:
a) More VN, you can’t run around town any longer, it is just a picture and you chose your destination.
b) A small crafting system…nothing you’ll use often because the item you’ll find and/or buy are better.
c) A few bugs, nothing gamebraking….you visit the Inn at the harbour and wake up at the Inn in the city.
d) Not much content, and some of them recycled from the 1st game. Level cup is now 40 and you’ll get there long before the end.

Lords Mobile
A f2p, p2w game, one that constantly promisses that if you just keep evolving, the experience will become super interesting at some point ahead… yup, its another mobile game.
In the game’s defense, it IS possible to play without putting money, but make no mistake: its absolutely impossible to be even remotely competitive if you dont spend money(LOADS of money, enough to buy the all the DLC packages of DoA5 many times over). It is possible to play, but for players who dont put high quadruple digits of dollars into the game, “play” will for a loooong time mean stay hidden behind your shield 24.7 and just keep hoping your real life dont prevent you from renewing the shield or else some chinese dude will reset your troops count in very short order, it’s just a chore and that part of the game will last a VERY long time for free players.

Summary: Play as a general and command your waifu army to defeat enemies in this STG war game. Win the battle and get new members for the army (cards), increase level, plan your battles. Features good artwork.
About:
- Game/ story: Angels on Tanks as the name suggests, there are angels/ waifus on tanks and your army, as a general (unnamed, and undefined sex), plan your battles and command your troops for the victory. It seems it is only STG, without romance, h content, but is still early access, I hope will be added later, otherwise is a waste.
