Abducted: The Night Hunters

Abducted: The Night Hunters

Just read!

It’s so sad to see the good game being completely unknown. Perhaps you’re not sure about quality of this game. I understand, - it only has a few reviews, and yep, it’s only made by one person, which usually means that the game wouldn’t be good enough, but this one… is surely exception. Frankly speaking, i also thought it’s going to be something typical, like most of modern indie horror games. And yet, “i gave it a try”, and completely changed my mind. This game is awesome, and here’s why:

Destroy All Humans!

Short and sweet. Unlike crypto, who’s short angry and not green.

The attention to detail is pretty incredible in some areas.

They fixed all the issues i had on launch other than a couple situations where frames tank. I hope they do them all and do them at least this well

! Even Big Willy.

I have loads of memories playing DaH as a kid on the PS2, this remaster keeps what made the original so fun whilst also modernising aspects that wouldn’t have held up today. Looking forward to DaH 2.

Drake’s Odds: Survive

Drake’s Odds: Survive

Drake’s Odds: Survive is a multiplayer survival game in which the main character is an alien from the planet Exomon who must survive on the planet Earth, which is hostile and unknown to him, fighting, crafting and using the powers and technology in his possession.

The game is set on the lush island of San Tecla which consists of 64 km² of beautiful landscapes that you can explore with terrestrial vehicles (such as cars or quads) or extraterrestrials ones (such as spaceships).

In this overwhelming survival shooter game, you will be able to experience the sensation of putting yourself in the shoes of the invader, facing the earthly creatures or using them to your advantage by taking control of their body and mind to exploit their skills and knowledge.

And if you think that he belongs to a technologically advanced race and because of that it will be easy for you to excel over humans, then you are totally wrong. You are, after all, part of the minority on a completely unknown planet and with people thirsty to know your technological secrets and who will use every available weapon to steal them from you and put a spoke in the wheel. Therefore it won’t be easy, but you can always cooperate with other players or try to conquer our bizarre world by yourself.

  • KNOWLEDGE POINTS’ COLLECTION

The extraterrestrial finding himself trapped on an alien planet, in order to survive and find a way to come back home, will have to quickly learn to know the surrounding environment. Therefore he will use his powers to steal knowledge from humans that will allow him to learn new recipes for the construction of objects useful for his survival.

  • CRAFTING

Craft the means for your survival: weapons and platforms will be of precious use to face any situation against any enemy: craft a bulletproof vest or a respawn point near your operative base and begin the counterattack!

  • BUILD YOUR BASE

You know that in order to survive in an unknown and hostile planet, you must be able to count on a secure base to protect yourself, your food and your weapons and from which you can study in peace the strategies to reach the goal of prevailing over the enemy and find a way to return to your planet.

Also, during the game, it will be possible to make the base more resistant and technological thanks to a four-level system upgrade (wood, stone, metal, alien).

  • FIGHT

Fight against or ally with the other factions, but you should always watch your back! In “Drake’s Odds: Survive”, danger is around the corner, what appears to be a harmless bird could turn out to be the spy of the enemy clan studying your movements.

  • AI POSSESS

Take control of humans and animals to strategically exploit their different abilities depending on the NPC possessed. You will also be able to store and keep captured NPCs in cryogenic cages or capsules for you to strategically use them when you need them.

  • SONAR

Identify those around you by activating a limited-duration ray that will allow you to highlight neighboring NPCs, distinguishing those owned by other players from those managed by the AI.

  • ALIEN VEHICLES

Fly over the skies of the map with the spaceship with which you can hook and drag characters and vehicles with its beam of light and hit enemies with its powerful laser beam.

Ben 10: Power Trip

Ben 10: Power Trip

I can’t believe someone thought it was a good decision to have coop only accessible by talking to your npc buddy ‘Kevin’, who’s not all that easy to find on the map. Even worse, if that player hits the wrong button they wind up ejected from the game and you must search for Kevin once again to enable coop mode—even if he’s on the other side of the map! Another terrible aspect is the combat. There is absolutely no weight to your attacks which makes the fight sequences deeply unsatisfying. It’s like swinging at bags of feathers. I just don’t get how the developers could nerf the fighting to the extent that it is simply not fun when it is such an integral part the game. It makes no sense whatsoever. The missions are very repetitive, fetch quests, chases, kill a certain number of enemies or solve an easy puzzle. That is the gameplay in a nutshell. Overall, the open world does provide some decent platforming moments and neat areas to explore but I’d probably hold off for a sale as there are better games out there.

The missions are repetitive and almost the same and the characters feels like bots and doesnt feel alive not to mention how dumb the quizzes are, the world is so dead and doesnt feel fun to go around and explore, also they picked one of the weakest villains in the entire show literally, It would have been better if the main villain was Vilgax or a punch of weak villains not one

ok that was the bad things the good things is the transformation system, you feel like the master of the omnitrix and u can do a mix of every alien attack by simply transforming into each one every 2 seconds to feel the nostalgia

Outcast 2 - A New Beginning

Outcast 2 - A New Beginning

20 years after the award-winning action adventure hit, Outcast, pioneered the genre of non-linear open-world games, the long-awaited sequel sees Cutter Slade return to the spectacular alien world of Adelpha. Resurrected by the almighty Yods, he has returned to find the Talans enslaved, the world stripped of its natural resources, and his own past intertwining with the invading robot forces. It’s up to him to go on a mission and save the planet again.

The original team behind Outcast 1 has reunited to create this fascinating world, full of dangerous creatures and home to the Talan people – an ancient culture whose fate has become inextricably linked with earth since the events of the first game. You play as Cutter Slade, ex-Navy SEAL, sporting the same dry wit he had back in the 90s – however, the world around him has changed and eventually, so will he.

To save Adelpha, you will …

  • use your jetpack to jump, air-dash, glide, and quickly traverse the fantastic in-game open world

  • combine dozens of different modules to create your own personal weapon for taking down the robot invaders

  • have total control to approach the story at your own pace in this non-linear world

  • explore the world without boundaries, discover hidden temples and dangerous wildlife

  • get familiar with the Talan culture while helping them free their villages and gain access to ancient Talan powers that use forces of nature to destroy your enemies

  • experience a beautiful, hand-crafted world accompanied by an epic soundtrack by Outcast’s original composer, Lennie Moore

Vortex: The Gateway

Vortex: The Gateway

The Island:

– There are numerous locations on the map to explore and discover, each with its own set of challenges, creatures, and resources to tackle. In fact, if you’re going to build out everything in the game, you’re going to have to do some exploring.

Survival:

– To me, survival isn’t vastly different than most games in this genre. There is hunger and thirst. Hunt for food (at least five different types discovered so far) and collect water. Yes, the game advertises other survival metrics, but they don’t seem to play a huge role. Stamina is really only about how fast you can cut things down or throw a spear. You’re able to sprint indefinitely. Hot vs Cold (at least in story mode) only seems to apply when walking in fire or in a couple of “cold” locations that you can quickly dip into, get what you need and get out.

This is quite a cool game indeed. first off, anyone comparing a $7.99 B game to an AAA $50 game lacks brains!

For the price this was such a fun game and after 12 hours, I’m still playing survival!

This is typical survival in a forest. when you decide to venture out you’ll find monsters and aliens. Crashed space ships and a Dragon! don’t forget the giant mollisk I’m calling the Kraken…. plus a little more.

The standard game has you trying to escape the island by any means necessary. You’ll have to travel to several places to get what you need to escape. Escaping was actually very gratifying. I started up survival and this is the mode that makes the most use of all the building available (not the story). In survival you have to protect Mike who currently has a broken leg. You’re required to find food and water while he sits his butt there and never moves. I personally like this being added. More difficulty and travelling to do anything puts his life at risk!

Immortal Space God

Immortal Space God

#### After an unwinnable war, survive against all odds.

Immortal Space God is a space combat simulator with survival crafting elements.

You regain consciousness in a hangar. Damaged and abandoned, barely capable of building and launching fighter drones. This is all you need to repair your ship, find a proper base of operations and claw your way back from the brink.

What will you - the player - be doing?

  • Engage in ship to ship combat using fighter drones - if they die, just build some more.

  • Gain schematics and resources to build new craft and upgrades.

  • Customize your ship(s).

  • Repair and build up bases of operations.

  • Explore an open world, filled with hostile craft, platforms and various locations.

  • Gain wingmen to take on bigger threats and challenges.

For Void Destroyer 2 players - what’s different?

  • Greater focus on combat - smaller scale fights, but more detailed including destroyable subcomponents.

  • Simplified controls and flight mechanics.

  • Greater ship customizations - including changing weapon loadouts.

  • No economy, build using ore and components.

  • Destroying ships yields crafting material, ship and upgrade schematics.

  • Less story and more player progression freedom - at the cost of challenging combat.

INFLUXIS

INFLUXIS

Lots to learn as the game is new and progression to start off is a little ruff but once you get going you start to find a groove and progression picks up the pace as you need to find the Sampler Blue Print as fast as you can so you can then scan the Kelp to get the Kelp Sample. I at first felt the swimming might be a little slow but quickly noticed you can dive very deep and with that it makes it feel more realistic in a way 300M is as far as I have made it to at this time but Plan on jumping on after I complete this review and see how much further it can go I Found a Spot in one of the Biomes that Could Go Way Further down than 500m and That is where I hit the 300M and wasn’t Keeping a close eye on my Oxygen. Graphics look Great all around and has room for improvement if they so feel the need to do so. What Made me look for a game like this Was Subnautica I had a Survival World Going On My Brand New PC went to save Subnautica Below Zero and my screen save incons froze on the screen but closed the menu and then wouldn’t save it had the game bugged out I open the menu back up Save incons still on the screen in the background and now won’t save but give the option to quit but not save an hour and forty five minutes worth of gameplay. So at that Point I Said No thanks to that and figured if that’s going to do that on a game that has more Support and is out of the alpha stage at this Point and still corrupting data like that on a new pc something needs to be taken back to the drawing boards and Re-Worked. This Is Also My Opinion And Everyone Is Entitled to have Their own Opinions. As I Progress Influxis I might come back and either add to or change some stuff with my review but as it Stands right now I would Say dive in! this game is fun but remember It is also in the Alpha and needs TLC along the way so finding Blue Prints is the slowest part once you have them you do start to progress much quicker and Remember SCAN THE KELP WITH AND IT TAKES LOTS OF POWER, GET EXTRA SAMPLES On the first Trip.

i love the concept already! of course, its in alpha so ALOT of things need to be ironed out, but thats the whole point. so far ive obtained a breather D1, and im working on getting a propulsion device. so far visually, for an alpha, the game is stunning, i’m in love with the character models, and i also love the music. Though, you were a bit cheap with that stupid underground worm scare, that made me scream quite loud. i’m an avid subnautica player, having over 70 hours on both below zero and the original. and this game gives me the EXACT same vibes, i read through all of the logs aswell! i like that fabrication is a proximity thing, instead of a prompt to open it. reminds me of terraria.

Game was a blast! It was like what I wanted that most recent crackdown game to be. Fun powers and whacky story that made sense given the Saint’s history. Plenty of fan service for long time fans, but it didn’t bog down the experience for new players.

If you like have super powers in a sandbox, this game is for you!
