异形杀手:初现 Alien Killer: Appearance
#### What kind of work is this?
This is a Top Down third person shooting game(TPS) with role playing game(RPG) elements. Hope to bring you different wonderful game experience.
In a remote village in the north of a country, as a meteor streaked across the night sky, a UFO crashed into the valley. The escape of an unnamed creature triggered an official action and the surrounding villagers were evacuated. A female police officer who was arresting the murderer and a male special combat team member who was carrying out the exercise were unintentionally involved in the accident. With a loud noise, it seems that there is a black hole isolated from the world. There are also innocent villagers on the road who can be evacuated in the future. Can our protagonist escape from this black hole like barrier and alien monster? It seems that there is only one blood way out.
The story background of this game comes from an unfinished science fiction suspense novel that the author is creating. This is first adapted into game works. Please look forward to the end of the novel.
#### What are the features of this work?
Feature 1: There are two background story roles for male special combat team members and female police officers, and they can choose different dress styles: light or heavy. And there are a variety of camouflage clothes to match.
Feature 2: Character initial has different talent attributes, which will affect the character’s attribute growth. The talent is skillfully based on the armband images of birds of prey and beasts of prey. Let your soldiers be as brave as a lion, as mysterious as a snow leopard, as firm as a tiger, as sharp as an eagle, as fierce as a grizzly bear, as tough as a wolf, as cold as a snake.
Feature 3: This game has two modes: story mode and survival mode. Story mode takes you to experience the plot, trace the truth, explore the unknown area, and excavate hidden points. Survival mode will have a vast number of alien monsters constantly coming to you, extremely suitable for the pursuit of challenge difficulty of you.
Feature 4: This game not only allows you to have a large number of different firearms, but also UAVs, shoulder guns and other science fiction weapons, as well as a variety of vehicles can be driven. A variety of rich play options for you to choose.

Outpost 13
tl;dr: Great concept for a game, but this is no where near complete and certainly not worth the asking price of $10. Avoid.
I picked up this game after seeing it on the front page of Steam. I looked into it and loved the pixel art and dark concept. It seemed like fun. I wasn’t really sure about the price, but I was bored and looking for an interesting game. After going through the short intro, I was pumped for the game. Then the game started. I was lost. Nothing but a screen of text explaining the times to go on. I explored a little and found large areas of nothingness. Finally stumbling on a room I could do something in, I quickly picked up on the 3-4 medicore puzzles this game has to offer. A combination of finding clues and lots of trial and error. The clues did not work as intended for 2 of the puzzles. It’s either a bug or crap game design. After some more blind clicking without direction, the game ends. Apparently, there’s going to be a second act. This was the first act? Um, usually games are divided into acts because the content is too vast to complete in a given timeframe. I feel like this is a buggy version of 5% of a real game. I’m pissed. I requested a refund, but was denied as I had “played” more than 2 hrs. Realistically, I played for about an hour, and then minimized it to look up what the heck was going on with this game for a few hours; because, suprise, there’s no pause “feature”. Press Esc by reflex to bring up some sort of menu? You just quit your game. Terrible design. Don’t waste your time or money on this one.

Note: This review is a work in progress, this review will be updated when the update for Act 2 comes out.
This game was reviewed using a code sent by the developer.
Outpost 13 struck me as a very interesting concept for a game. You can choose from three different characters: Graham, Fen and Dr. Meow Meow Jones. The game’s description say’s Fen is the main character, but in the end there’s no difference.
The story is something straight out of late 80’s or early 90’s Sci-Fi flick. You play as the crews dog. The story takes place on an ice planet. You find out there’s something special about you and the team wants to conduct experiments, but you can’t let that happen. So it’s up to you to kill the entire crew as a mysterious being guides you and helps you to escape the Outpost.

100 hidden dogs
Just like the others, this game is so fun and quirky. Also, please excuse the play time….I kept the game open and didn’t realize it was still running. Anyway, the artwork is superb and those dogs really lover to hide. For a fun and relaxing game, this one is one of the best. The music was a little repetetive, but a quick hit of the mute key fixed that. Quick 100%

I found this game from the 100 Hidden Cats game.
My review is pretty much the same: I played this game on my laptop at work (I work with my brother). The music ended up growing on us, but I still wish there were options to change the volume or to mute it. The artwork was really cute and it was a decent way to spend 99 cents and 15 minutes.
Unlike in the hidden cat game,
! parts of the scene are upside down or rotated which I thought was a cool idea.

Samorost 2
Ok so here is my review for Samorost 2.
Art Like the other Samorost games Samorost 2 has some amazing art. It is a little more hand drawn looking than 3 whether this is a pro or a con is up to you but I personally enjoy it and it has a nice feel all around. The art is very consistent and really flows from one place to another. Everything has a nice mix of the look of a picture, an abstract world and random items in the everyday world. The only gripe I have about the art is the lack of screen shots. I really wish you could take screen shots in this game and I would really like it if they added that (don’t expect them to because of the platform its running on and the fact that it’s an older game). Although it is really a con I would still totally recommend the game.

Samorost 2 is short. It’s going to resonate differently with each individual. I personally found nothing particularly fantastic about it. The original Samorost sets itself apart by using close-up photographs of various objects, mostly forestial, to create the illusion of large landscapes. Samorost 2 relies more on a traditional hand-drawn approach, and struggles to be as visually interesting as the first game, which is available for free on the Amanita Design website.
Samorost 2’s music, as usual for an Amanita game, is top-notch, and one of its highlights.

Space Hack
Overall, after spending 45 hours grinding through this game and going through all 15 BioSpheres and all 45 levels, I can say for sure that Space Hack isn’t worth the experience in present times or at least has aged horribly.
TL;DR: This game is extremely tedious and repetitive and although I had fun in a few places I can’t really recommend this to anyone unless they are looking to complete a random game and they are willing to spend hours and hours battling with the same stuff. Even for a 2005 game it suffers from horrible pacing which shows the lack of interesting mechanics to play with.

I’ve been playing ARPGs for a long time. This sucks as an ARPG.
These are my problems with it:
-
No chest system. Biggest problem in my case. I like to save items I might or not use in the future in some place. This game didn’t have that. I ended up using my base to save good gear, by the end I had over 50 items laying around.
-
A lot back-tracking. Get this: the inventory is 10x5. A bit tiny except some items can be 2x4 in size, and as mentioned before, no chest system. So let’s say you find 5 items with size 2x4, and then a 2x2 item. You’re done, you can’t pick up the 2x2 one. You have to go back to your base (for which you have a thing called “hi-techs”, which are basically spells; most are good and useful, some don’t use your energy), deal with items however you want to deal them (again, no chest system), go back to the quest, rinse and repeat. I think at the fourth or fifth time it happens in the same map, you’re allowed to swear at the devs.

MDK 2
Three years after the release of the original MDK by Shiny Entertainment, the IP moved to developer Bioware, who threw out the run and gun gameplay of the first title in favour of a deeper action adventure approach.
The sequel changes the game mechanics in another major way by offering players the ability to hop between the three main characters of the series (Kurt Hectic, Max [formerly Bones], and Dr. Hawkins). The game is broken up into a series of stages that feature each main character doing something different. These are not optional stages either. Instead, the player controls each main character for a chunk of the level.

This was my first computer game I’ve ever played and it has aged extremely well. Don’t worry about not playing the first one, you can pick this game up and play it without any problem as the first game was MUCH more lax on the story side of things. This game is the definition of what it means to be a classic. As is often the case with Bioware games, the writing is fantastic with comedy being seamlessly interweaved with the high-paced action game that it is. The level designs do not lack for anything. They really make you think since every room is like its own puzzle. I remember when I was young, around 9 or 10, I would be stuck on some rooms for days before my tiny brain put together what I needed to do. This was an era before I was even aware I could google game walkthroughs, but I loved figuring everything out. The boss fights are epic, with each boss seeming like a more complex Legend of Zelda boss fight. Finally, what REALLY sets this game apart for me is the sheer amount of secrets in the game. This game is from a time when designers could throw in a secret room you accessed by stumbling across an invisible bridge over a never-ending pit or running towards a section of wall that seems slightly off-color from the rest. They reward you with items, health, or perhaps a joke room with a poorly photoshopped picture of the developers' faces over some cartoon characters. Either way, these secret rooms do not detract anything from the experience, and they’re a real treat to find. This is a game that does not hold your hand and try to steer you to progress. No, this game sits and waits for you to progress, expecting you to know what to do or to take as much time as you need to figure it out.

Kill Them With Cuteness
Awesome for a first game for a single dev! Great level design definitely makes me nostalgic for platformers of the early 2000’s (Crash Bandicoot, Jak & Daxter, Spyro, etc.). The voice actors deserve an award for their contributions.
Would absolutely recommend for anyone with an hour to kill. Now all that’s left to do is wait for the GOTY edition to drop.

Bought this game thinking it might be a bit of novel fun. What I was presented with was a buggy, incompetent and unfinished mess. Asking any money for this is robbery, not even worth $4.50. Aiming mechanic is beyond broken, objective unclear, enemies look shit. BAD!
