War of the Human Tanks - Limited Operations
Warning: 1000+ word review from a guy that’s way too passionate about a trilogy that features chibi girls that shoot at each other and explode. Please read if you have spare time.
The first two War of the Human Tanks games are among my favorite PC-exclusive games I have played so far. So, I bought the third game on the same year it was released and… it wasn’t my cup of tea. What made the Human Tank games so special to me is the ability to break the game with overpowered tanks and pit those tanks against other overpowered extra stage enemies in a game of dark chess. This game takes that away and makes you play fair and square with the opponent in a normal strategy game.

I’m going to write a lot of words about anime tanks because I really like this series and I don’t think anyone else knows it exists. The last game in the series, Limited Operations, has been out for around 9 months and has about a dozen reviews. Here’s a really long one and consider this a review for the series in general.
The War of the Human Tanks series is essentially anime Battleship. Fights are real time and pause when you click a unit to choose an action. There’s always a large fog of war and most units are of the one hit, one kill variety. Tanks are of the mass-produced style, outside of a couple of special NPC’s, and are permanently destroyed when killed in action. Tanks can also equip modules that you can create which do things like increase shooting range and area, increase movement and so on. Limited Operations changes the last few parts up, though.

A beautifully crafted game. Reminiscent of Life is Strange. Stunning cell-shaded visuals, with a deep and intriguing WW1 storyline with a paranormal element. Highly recommended!

Carrier Command 2
Don’t get me wrong, I like this game. Just know that if you buy this, you’re buying a half finished game, just like the original was. The manual is nearly nonexistent, I searched online for different tutorials, including reddit. That makes for a frustrating game experience. There doesn’t appear to be a way to skip the “tutorial”. There’s little to no description of how the different weapons work, to say nothing of the equipment. I enjoy playing it, and I’m having a good time conquering islands. Just be warned, this is an early release game that has been making money because the developers didn’t put an early release sticker on it.

So far, I’m impressed… Even after the update, it’s an improvement on quality… I haven’t played any of the multiplayer aspect of this game yet and it is something I eager to do. I’m still learning some of the functions. One thing is, on large map’s, it is not easy chasing down the enemy carrier… It seems the carrier is on evasion from you but pressing hard for your territories. At some point, you find yourself switch from an aggressive posture to a defensive posture… You can use the map to see a direction the enemy carrier is going by keeping track of territories it takes over but the moment you go to pursue, the enemy carrier will follow the current for as long as it needs to in order to maintain a distance…

Indian Army - Mission POK
To result speak with, I really enjoyed this game. I think it’s a big disadvantage to have too few missions compared to the price range, but if you play on the premise of mini games, it’s a fun and not bad game.
Of course, even if you press the R key, sometimes you can’t reload the bullet, or the aiming is a little weird, or the enemy’s physical strength seems too much, but I think it’s not a big problem. In fact, I was thinking about getting a refund because it was less than two hours after I played this game, but I decided not to refund the game because I didn’t know whether there would be more missions in the future or things would improve in many ways. Therefore, I expect producers to show new changes with updates that are better enough not to disappoint relative to the price range.

Gameplay Review :
Game is Pretty Cool so maps too but Controls are bit buggy, movement keys reversed, cant crouch, cant find bullets after 2 rounds completed
only one health pack, needs some correction in this gameplay i wish it should be small team but main player support extra.
gameplay awesome but shooting enemies difficult but enemy can eliminate us easily… that should be little correction.

Lost Horizon
This is a real hidden gem of a traditional point and click adventure. On seeing the title screen it becomes obvious how much care has gone into every aspect of this game.
The plot and cinematic style of Lost Horizon are a homage to adventure films of an ‘Indiana Jones’ type. It’s all about a reluctant hero saving the world from Nazis who are after powerful mystical secrets and has everything you’d expect: biplane fights, secret mystical locations all over the world, ridiculous car chases and cutscenes of implausible fights on Nazi trucks. Oh, of course, the spunky irritating sidekick/love interest - I suppose nothing’s perfect.

This game was great. Pure and simple.
This is my first review, so i’ll keep it short(ish).
I struggle to find anything wrong with this game, but if I were to point at one thing it would be that some of the cinema-scenes were a bit long. Sometimes it felt as if you were watching the game rather than playing it.
That said I really enjoyed this. The puzzles were good (and I have played alot of point and click) and they did not feel to repetitive. They were also challenging but not over hard. Every time I got stuck I just had to rethink the situation, and usually the solution would present itself. I’m not proud to say this but I have a tendensy to use walkthroughs whenever I get stuck for too long. I only did that once here and that turned out to be a puzzle that used color. I’m colorblind so that does’nt really count….
