Fancy Skiing VR
This is the kind of game I’ve been waiting for. It’s fast and it’s going downhill (in a good way).
It’s an arcade type game, you try to avoid trees, boulders etc to survive. You have skiing poles to add speed, and this feels very natural actually (disclaimer; my knowledge of skiing irl is very limited). You turn to the side by kinda tilting your head, and this doesn’t make sense to 100% at the beginning. My feeling is that it should be a little more sensitive, but after a few rounds you’ll get the hang of it.

Played it for an hour and had fun with it.
Had a couble of bullsh*t deaths but most were fair.
The speed is amazing and the steering works if you get the hang of it.
Although sometimes it doesn’t register the turn as much, but I think that is because of the angled hill.
There are these birds which are hard to see and I have no idea how to effectively counter them.
One I can sometimes get to fly into a tree, but the second one always hits me right in the sensitive area.
It became a bit of a boss for me.

BIG POGO MAN
After 9 hours I have beaten the game. I found it to be a thoroughly enjoyable experience and would recommend it. My only suggestion would be to have a visible timer in game to aid in speed running.

This game is unexpectedly really good. First the art. Its really simple and yet, it make the level look pretty good.
The gameplay is a bit weird, but you get used to it after a bit. Most of the jump require full power so it make the game a bit easier
The map is mostly really punishing, but there are a lots of different path to take which is a nice change of pace from most goi like. But yeah, all and all, a solid goi like.
Achievement are fair

Fancy Skiing: Speed
Arcadey skiing VR game with the looks and quality of cheap mobile game. Even free experience Tahko Aline Ski has better gameplay and it was just an ad for the resort.
For some reason I can’t see any reviews for this game on its Steam page. Is this a bug, or no one even wanted to try it out?)
Pros:
- It provides at least some feeling of speed, bumping into trees or rocks can startle
Cons:
-
Broken height calibration: I’ve spent the whole game floating way above the ground
-
There is barely any sound for players movement. No snow crunching and wind howls only during speed power-up activation

Farm & Puzzle
Description: A lot of challenging levels.
True: Couple easy levels what still repeating.
Overall: Scam with decent look.

Porsche Hall of Legends VR
I play alot of VR apps that are basically just commercials for really rich people who are interested in a fancy car, homes, or air travel. People think because you have VR hat that you are rich. I’m dirt poor. I own several thousand dollars of student loan debt that I refuse to pay off. This, and other life stressers require me to indulge in this cybernetic escapism, even though I still feel jealous and bad when I’m inside something like this. It’s pretty god though There is a talking robot, a big hub environment, and 4-5 various car showrooms with some interesting models and videos and narration.
! It ends at some point too. Can’t wait for the end. https://youtu.be/ynSRHCRGM7E

Eh, it’s cool I guess. I frequently play racing games (Forza Horizon) and it is interesting to see some of the Porsche cars fully modeled right from your room.
The only complaint from me is that you are able to move inside of things, which makes me go a bit bog-eyed.
It is good if you are looking for a short VR experience about cars though.
I’d recommend this.

Roller Drama
A SITCOM?!?
In Roller Drama you (Joan) live together with five athletes as their coach and hopefully friend:
Anne, Portia, Pippi, Cordelia, and Juliet. They just formed a Roller Derby top team!
Portia is the property “guardian”, the others (you too) just squatted in the dilapidated building. You have to try to be the balancing factor as these top athletes develop close personal relationships and the group navigates rivalries, love stories, and sexual tension.
REAL-TIME FULL-CONTACT SPORT!
All this while playing Roller Derby-like full-contact matches, where in real time you have to give the right hints, decide strategies, and give orders. You’ll have arcade-like controls and power cards!
SURVEILLANCE
Daily life in the game’s world is not easy; political and environmental problems interfere with complex personal lives. The game’s universe is a slightly altered perspective of today’s world, with the same problems but… more explicit. It’s a dystopia that talks about our present (thank you Terry Gilliam).

The Unicorn Princess
My 6-year old daughter had a lot of fun playing this game.
It’s not without flaws and definitely requires a parent to help out here or there. But still, as a first real game, she enjoyed it a lot.

Too short game - and after finishing the game there is no way to play with all the money gathered, but damn unicorn is calling you forever making it impossible to play around :(
I really would like to get my money back for it - 2 hours of fun max with this game then it’s unplayable.

Dark SASI
once in a generation a piece of art is created that completely changes the way people perceive art as a concept. When Sandro Botticelli painted The Birth of Venus he completely redefined how art could be composed and how sexuality could be explored through the visual medium. When Mozart composed Serenade No. 13 for strings in G major he created a piece of music capable of conveying emotions that too complex to describe and which countless other composers attempted to imitate. When Niccolò Machiavelli wrote The Prince he showed that written prose could be used to satirise and give greater meaning to relevant politics while also deconstructing the way political systems function and exposing the floors in them. When Francis Ford Coppola directed The Godfather he created a cinematic masterpiece that created it’s own genre of mafia movies while also providing compelling story telling and gorgeous visuals.

Dark Souls is for pussies. Dark SASI IS for REAL MEN.
And as the 2nd boss said: “nyukajacsi babatoj” xD
But for seriously: the game is pure crap. Yet it has its own joyfactor and charm, it’s kinda fun. I like these kinda crap games. My “only” complains about it are
-
the terrible camera when you get close to something and it switches to first person view.
-
the unbindable keys (I want my own settings, the deafult layout is dumb to me, but not unplayable)
-
it has only 2 little maps (I want MORE and bigger maps with things and places I can explore, I want loots, I need immersion)
