Escape from Docy – it’s an indie game, where you have to escape from Docy, he is your enemy who is doing everything to prevent you from reaching the end or finish the game.

You can cheat him in a way, so that he can not reach you. All these you’ll understand during the game.

There are 18 levels. Going from level to level, the game is getting harder and you have to escape not only from Docybut also from his friends.

Projector Face

Projector Face is a point & click adventure game about a projector who gets a body and goes outside to try and befriend the local children, even though he can’t talk. Gameplay is your classic ‘gather items and use them on objects in the game world or on other items in your inventory’. It’s a very short game: it will most likely take you about an hour to finish it. It’s also pretty easy. Sometimes, you’ll have to think about what to do next for a moment but it’s always a logical solution so you’re never really stumped.

Cute little casual point and click game.

I loved the atmospheric feeling of slightly sinister but clever, tricky and cute/sad story line, although I cannot tell you much about it without spoilers.

So you’ll have to play to find out what I mean.

Liked the style it was drawn in, plain, simple, pretty, clean and different!

Like the silent movies in the old days. Very intriguing in my humble opinion. It gave the game that special touch.

If this ever gets a sequel or a similar game of the same developer, I would play it too.

The game seems and looks larger than what it actually is, I can go on to say that the game needs a lot more content, that the landscape and areas you explore should be filled with more objects, intractable objects and more, but it’s a cheap game that was dumped on the store for +1 purposes, so that’s what it is, hoping for more is a waste this game already served it’s purpose. The game is not all bad, it’s just that barely any effort goes into these games they slap a few codes on, then add a few textures and other content, dump on steam, game collectors buy for +1, achievement/ perfect game collectors buy for +1… If the game sells enough they get cards and that’s it, there is no story, no life or reason behind it, if your looking for an actual game i suggest you find it elsewhere because games like these will never fit that bracket.

Well I kickstarted this game. I liked the artwork. The open worlod part itself is nice to roam around and collect things.

But beyond that it has insane flaws. Every now and then it puts you in these big cube rooms that are bland and makes you collect items. Water rises. Touch the water you have to restart. Open world or cube world you have an auto slide so your toon won’t even stay still. So you have to repearivly jump in spot as water rises and falls or die and start over. This is for anywhere in the game. And making me sit in rooms to collect things over and over vs enjoying the open world, where you still slide and die but at least it pretty to look at, makes the game not desrable to play.

Maskmaker

After thinking on it for a few weeks, I’m going to say Maskmaker is not really a succesful game, and a big step down after A Fisherman’s Tale.

Essentially two games in one, Maskmaker divides your time between brief bouts of mask creation in a renaissance-like workshop, and then exploration of a series of empty puzzle landscapes in the tradition of games like Myst. It’s all very colourful, and you are accompanied by a ceaselessly chatty narrator.

The workshop segments are really good. Not exactly difficult, but the game throws in lots of tactile experiences that really make you feel like a craftsman. Chipping away a block of wood and then applying paint to it is extremely satisfying, and I only wish that these sections were longer, or required more thought than just following a plain diagram.

This is a very good game (at 3.5 hours into it!). Of course, I will update my review if anything changes. I love that there is a substantial amount of gameplay. So many VR games are only an hour long. I’ve been very pleased to see this game has decent content and the puzzles are great! If you love exploring worlds and figuring out how to surpass obstacles, this could be your cup of tea! I did get to a point where I fell through the map in an out-of-the-way area. It’s a new game and these things can happen. But from what I understand, it’s an issue that will be patched, and the devs are offering a comparable savepoint so that those of us who it has affected can continue playing without having to start over (which I think is super awesome of them). I was able to get my savepoint and start playing again in less than 24 hours. Definitely recommend this game - but check the forum post about falling through the map and be aware of that location until it gets patched!

Мне понравилась эта штука с разведыванием территории, реально прикольная идея, которая почему-то до этого я видел только в стратегиях. Но эта игра обычный платформер, причём некоторые спрайты вообще не вписываются в игру и ощущение будто взяты из другой игры зря я её купил

who would’ve guessed that trees would be pretty much the only living things after the calamity? trees and senna, that is, one of the last humans alive (no relation to the late formula-1 driver), whose task is to find out what happened. luckily, trees can speak english here and are mostly friendly and talkative.

Charming logic puzzle with a forest theme. I found the level of challenge pretty good. It might be too easy for someone with a strong logic background but for everyone else there should be several hours of gaming.

One thing that could be improved is the interface. It gets tedious to have to walk back to tress to re-hear their comments, when it would be easier to be able to click on them.

Overall really good game, and different from most others. The character development of the trees makes it interesting, and the story adds a feeling of reward.
