Antonball Deluxe
I want to write a proper review later, once I’ve beaten the games with continues. But man I wish this game was better known. It’s amazing.
So, pretty much, this game is the Shovel Knight of arcade games, and by extension, Gameboy Advance games that were arcade game collections. I am fully aware this is an incredibly specific niche, but this game fills this niche flawlessly. Doing everything you liked about arcade games and GBA games while cutting the rubbish stuff out (Like having a non backlit screen and having to pay per play!)

DISCLAIMER: I helped provide QA for this game although I list my honest opinions about the overall experience.
Antonball Deluxe is an expansion on the studio’s Gameboy Jam submission Antonball Classic with a myriad of technical changes and improvements. Some of these differences include an expanded moveset, two separate game-modes along with the main game, dozens of original characters plus several indie guest characters, online play, and more.
Antonball Arcade
Players control one of 4 characters initially and are tasked with smashing their way across 5 stages (with their ball(s) of course) using lives and continues that can be earned often more throughout a run. Despite the simplicity of the game at the surface the difficulty on a first playthrough can take an unsuspecting player by surprise. It’s the most difficult of the two singleplayer gamemodes but can be beaten within a few hours or faster given your skill level with platformers.

Arcade Galaxy
As another reviewer wrote, it’s an asset-flip.

Lucky me gets dubious honour of writing the first review for Arcade Galaxy, which is an asset flip scam.
This is another GameMaker Studio asset flip from serial copy+paste infringers, Piece of Voxel. All these guys do is rip off game templates and projects from the Yoyogames/GameMaker Studio marketplace, change the name and a few cosmetic details, and try to scam people into paying for someone else’s work on Steam. They have run asset flip scams dozens of times, and this is no exception. It’s nothing but a cash grab.

i cant say this game has anything special about it expect the idea of reviving dead and taking them with you to the next level.
wich is pretty much the whole content. you wander from one area to another kill everything, revive it and go to th next area. there is no real challenge behind it and the whole game is finished in under one hour.
this game has great potential but waaay to little content. if it gets developped prpperly i would definitely pay more for it.

Pig Eat Ball
Extremely fun yet weird game. The amount of passion and creativity put into this title is unbelievable.
Its an arcade game kind of hard to describe, the main feature consists on eating balls to get bigger and puke them depending on the situation. As weird as it sounds, its really polished and what it looks like a simple game mechanic turns into a massive amount of variety really soon. You’ll go from throwing darts, bowling balls, bombs, etc… to dodge giant and weird creatures like a bee-cat or insect-bulls and use them to your advantage, to solve puzzles and intrincate mazes, to fight bosses with really fun and yes, weird designs, and the list goes on.

Pig Eat Ball is a game that came out of nowhere for me. I found this game tweeted out by the developer @MommysBestGames and the video looked interesting so I reached out to Mommy’s Best Games and they were awesome enough to provide a review key for me to check out. But I was still relatively confused as to what kind of game it is and whether it was good or not. Pig Eat Ball is available on Steam and PS4 and is coming soon to the Xbox One, and I’m reviewing the Steam version. Don’t barf, sit back, and relax while I talk about Pig Eat Ball.

Pumpkins
The game was a great balance of level size and difficulty. I really enjoyed the variety and creativity for each of the levels. The atmosphere is great for fall with wonderful visuals and music! I am really glad to have a game that I can play with my 5 year old that he gets into as much as I do. He is able to help me pick up the pumpkins while I move around. Great Job!

I really enjoyed this fall puzzle game! It took me 5+ hours to complete the game, the levels are increasingly challenging
and quite a few of them were tough to solve. Each level tracks your time and the number of attempts it took to complete the level. Overall this game was a good challenge! The visuals and music were excellent and all the different enemies and bosses kept it interesting. Great spooky atmosphere while still being family friendly. You’ll never curse turkeys or scarecrows more when trying to get through some of these levels!

Soulpath: the final journey
Experienced on the Oculus Quest 2
You can view my review & gameplay here: https://youtu.be/EUew8mhhV30
This is not a good collection of mini-games. Quite frankly, there’s older collection of mini-games out there that are much better and light years ahead in the gameplay department (examples: Summer Funland, Loco Dojo, Rec Room, etc.). The game mechanics here are simply outdated. I had zero fun while playing this.
The mini-games are just too basic with outdated interactions. Several of the interactions are point and click type interactions. The controls are pretty bad in two of the mini-games where it feels like you’re fighting the controls more than you’re trying to play a game. The physics are simple in these mini-games. Overall, these mini-games function, but they are forgettable.I think it’s an interesting concept to tie emotions to a mini-game type. However, I felt mostly frustration, boredom, & even rage through all the emotions, even the joy and serenity games. I enjoy a challenge in mini-games, but these are boring challenges

Disclaimer: I’ve received this game for free via Curator Connect.
Soulpath is a small collection of tedious mini-games with mediocre visuals and very basic gameplay. Every game has 3 difficulty levels but I could not bring myself to play any of them again after finishing the initial level.
Here are those mini-games:
-
Beat Saber with a lot of bombs and without rhythm and slicing mechanics;
-
Unresponsive marble ball “labyrinth” with instant death traps;
-
2 similar precision challenges with the most clunky throwing mechanics I’ve ever seen in VR;
