The evil sorceress Refinnej has sent her minions to infest space and time. There is only one team that can stop her and that’s Starboy and the Star Warriors “Que Theme song” (to be honest with you, I still don’t know what this game is about, so I used some of the description on the storepage).
Graphics
I’ve seen these type of graphics before (Nepenthe, Not COD, Hero Boy, and Escape Doodleland), but when it comes to starboy, it doesn’t give me that awesome feeling i have for hand-drawn games. The playable characters and the levels lack interest and appeal, but some of the enemies are actually well drawn, the game feels like it was tacked on and rushed. The developer told me that it took 2 years in making this game frame by frame, honestly, I’ve seen 5-year-olds do better than this game….”GunMan Taco Truck”.

Overall it’s a game that’s worth trying if you are a fan of fast-paced 2D scroll games. The story isn’t very deep or complex, and it has a relaxing atmosphere. Music is wonderful. For graphic, the quality can merely be accepted by players nowadays. But a cartoonic design may cover this weakness. (maybe the subsequent advantage is that it doesn’t require a beefy computer)
The gaming experience is good overall. But the difficulty (under “NORMAL” difficulty) is a bit high, at least the last two levels are painful to me. Another issue is that the terrain in some levels is deformed and complex so you might not sense that kind of “speed”, but more of a need for “skill”.

THE GOOD:
Starting up was super easy. We only needed one copy of the game so I downloaded it, we all downloaded the app (onto our Galaxy S7 Edges) and connected to my wifi (on 2.4Ghz because my 5Ghz seems to sputter sometimes with everything I try to connect to it), started the game and put in a label, started the app on our phones connected and hit “Start” on the game (on the PC). We waited for only a few brief moments for each player to get their starting dialog and get connected with the other players. It was literally that easy.

Quest for the Golden Duck
I am honestly surprised on this “Pacman 2.0” game. It is a bit cute, easy to learn and is somewhat fun to play. Although I am only twenty minutes into it, I can suggest others to buy it so yeah, I give this game a ‘thumbs up’.

You like Pacman? Then this little game will be right up your alley! The main difference to a simple Pacman clone is that this game is for up to 4 local players!
In campaign mode which even comes with a small story before every round you have to collect all gold coins to finish a level, which gets more complicated the more you progress. Due to stairs and enemies with different abilities this sometimes is a bit like a puzzle and not only an arcade game. When playing the campaign with friends some levels are a bit strange… obviously designed for single player. The game uses the same levels for the single player and multi-player campaign.

Angry Arrows
Well what a fun game this is :) !
note: I only just played this multiplayer , campaign against AI with my 9 year old daughter.
What is it about ?
You start on the map, have to shoot the bad guys, get a key and release a girl from a prison (with that key). Then you have to guide her to a certain point on the map the level is clear.

Respawn! You only lose if both of you are dead. But if one of you is dead, you respawn next to your friend after a few seconds. Thats great!

The opponents play pretty hard, they almost never miss. And thats what I like about the game! You have to think and develop tactics to win.

In Angry Arrows, you take upon the role of Legolas who has to battle hordes of Uruk-hai to rescue Princess Zelda from the Legend of Zelda series in an alternate timeline in which she no longer wears a dress and has brown hair. Despite no longer being blonde, Zelda has gotten significantly more stupid: the alternate dimension has stripped her of her Triforce of Wisdom, leaving her with only two apparent skills: getting kidnapped and catching arrows with her face.
In this timeline, the wizard Saruman has improved the Uruks originally created by Sauron: he made them green and also very good at shooting long bows. Also, he invented suicide bomber spiders or something; he can do that, he’s a wizard, you know.

Orbiz
I just wanted to say that the game has a huge potential. I really dig the visual and the background music but I wanted the SFX to be much improved :)
I already play the game alone and together with three other friends. I might say that the game is very difficult and extremely punishing (you start from the beginning if you lost). The tactic when playing alone and together is vastly different. While it is easier to move alone but no one covering you which means that you need to move a lot. When playing multi player, your friends can have your back but the room of movement is fairly limited. Hopefully, the developer can address this problem.

While Orbiz took me on an adventure back to my early days of gaming, it has a long way to go before it’s ready to be officially launched. Amisdt the flaws in the game mechanics, I still had a blast bashing my way through swarms of the undead. This game has huge potential lying just below the surface, and I genuinely hope Anoman Studios spends the next year or two polishing Orbiz to its tremendous potential. For being such a new company, Anoman looks to have a bright future and I’m personally looking forward to seeing where they go next.

Sausage Sports Club
Game is clearly multiplayer focused, but has no option to play online.
I didn’t notice until after I purchased, but they also advertise the game as having online, but through Parsec. It seems to be intentionally misleading as most people would not know what that is. The program literally works with almost any game, so that’s not a feature you should be using as a selling point.
Looks fun, but I regret buying.

Amazing Frog?
Awesome game!
At first I was like, ‘What the hell, all you do is run around, fart and fall over’ but my daughter likes watching Pungeance on the tube, and I can’t really let her play GTA5, so we kept playing…
And wow! once you figure out how things work, learn about some unlocks and start two player (Controllers highly recommended, camera moves much better with them) the hours will fly by. Getting some unlocks feel like genuine achievements / lessons in perseverance, the LOL key and microscopes spring to mind.

We (my housemates and I) have played this game since it was on the OUYA, and missed it so much that we bought it on PC.
The Amazing Frog is a game about messing around, persistence, and discovery. If you wanted to go all literary-analysis on it, you could say that the ease with which you fall down and get back up again plays into the theme of persistence. But honestly I think the devs just thought it was funny.
The main gameplay loop is something like this. Mess around until you find something weird and new to interact with. Try lots of things with it until it unlocks something. With the new unlocks, rinse and repeat. This loop wasn’t really present in the OUYA version, and I think it’s an overall improvement that lengthens the appeal of the game and gives it an occasional magical quality. Don’t be expecting amazing discoveries though; we’re talking small stuff here. This game works best with no explanation and little to no expectations. It is exactly as dumb as it looks, with lots of fart humor and the occasional pop culture or current events reference. I think the unabashed silliness of it goes so dumb that it wraps back around to funny for us.
