WOW I was shocked at how fun this was! I never played this as a kid but I was a massive fan of spongebob growing up. So naturally I picked this up for nostalgia reasons. the critics say this is a bad glitchy game but i never experienced one glitch and i had a fantastic time! difficulty is perfectly balanced, story is cute and fun (just what you would expect from spongebob :D) and it was extremely creative! I cant wait for the sequel!

Spyro™ Reignited Trilogy
A fun and sometimes very challenging game.
Gameplay is focused on collecting everything in every level, with some basic environmental puzzles and simple combat to keep things interesting. The remake seems to stay true to its occasionally outdated old-school roots, which means difficulty swings widely between cool and casual to punishingly difficult. If you’re a completionist then get ready to sweat: there are time-based precision challenges. Most are fair and can be beat with a lot of practice, but a few really made me question my life choices.

I’m giving a positive review because the game does not deserve a bad review at all, but a lot of times the game feels clunky. If they bothered to patch the issues it could probably be in a better state.
The artwork / graphics seems to be the highest regard here. It’s amazing.
Music was there but nothing insanely amazing either. It’s alright.
The gameplay is what I have problems with, I like the basic levels best, exploring, collecting, beating enemies it feels nice but the jumping sometimes annoyed me when u try to make a jump and he slides of the edge instead.

Kao the Kangaroo: Round 2 (2003 re-release)
To be honest, right after finishing the game, I wanted to give it a thumbs down, cause the last level in the game is absolutely the worst, especially if you are trying to go for a ‘no-hit’ fight. But I changed my mind, cause in the end, I enjoyed most of the game, I even went for 100% achievements, which I would not do if the game sucked. So don’t mind that I give many more cons than pros, I would play it again.

I got this while it was on Steam for free, which I was quite happy about actually as I was tempted to buy it very shortly before it went on promotion and I decided against it.
Kao the Kangaroo Round 2 is a classic 90s style 3D platformer which was originally released on PS2 in 2003 and re-released on Steam in 2019.
I love this era of platformers so I was eager to play through this. It took me 10 hours to complete apparently, which I can shamefully admit I did in one sitting due to me being a bit of completionist with these games. That time does include some hunting for tedious achievements of which I’ll mention soon.

This is an endless runner with fixed camera and linear levels, contrary to the impression from the video and most screenshots. Only 1 of 8 levels has free roam, and it doesn’t have any gameplay aspect.
Of 11 screenshots on the store, only 4 represent the runner levels in the way you will play them.
3 are runner levels with cameras you can’t access, and 4 are from the one free-roam area.
The graphics are nice, the cats are cute, the music is lovely. The levels are fun and interesting so long as you can get past having to replay because of obscured obstacles. I feel like I got my $2 out of the game.
