STAR WARS™ - The Force Unleashed™ Ultimate Sith Edition

STAR WARS™ - The Force Unleashed™ Ultimate Sith Edition

Star wars the force unleashed is a fantastic game it is a solid pc game and the graphics for the most part still hold up along with it’s story in this review i will be going over the pros and cons of this game and whether you should get this game alright let’s get on with the review. ^w^

STORY: Star Wars the force unleashed has a very interesting story now i won’t spoil anything but i will say if this is your first time playing this game you will be on the edge of your seat trying to figure out what outcome will come at the end of the story. In the story every character has their own unique personalities that all feel like real people furthermore the dialogue between each character that talks doesn’t feel clunky which is a good thing as it makes the overall universe seem like a Star Wars movie and not a clunky awful mess with cheesy dialogue.

God Mode in Star Wars

Before Jedi: Fallen Order came out last year, this was one of the most recent single-player Star Wars games; it was made in 2008. Despite its age, it holds up quite well as an immersive force experience. It’s not without its issues–some of which are compounded by this advanced age–but it’s still as fun as I remember when I played the Wii version a decade ago.

Story: Uniquely Star Wars-esque

This game explores the period between the third and fourth Star Wars movies; the player is Darth Vader’s secret appearance, groomed by the fallen Jedi from birth. I won’t spoil the intricacies of the story, but it’s solid overall. In ways I can’t quite put into words, it has a very Star Wars-y feel to it.

This game is… interesting, to say the least. I bought it because I saw that it had no reviews and I was intrigued by the gameplay trailer. lets get this out of the way, this is not an early access game, this could barely even be called an alpha. It barely works and half the time it feels like its about to fall apart at any second. the controls are stiff, the tutorial barely explains the mechanics, and its overall a very VERY underdeveloped game. However, I still find this game fascinating.

The animations are surprisingly good when it comes to swinging around your “sword”, and when dueling does work it honestly looks pretty damn cool. I can see what the dev is going for and I’m interested in the idea, but I honestly don’t think this game should be for sale in its current state. Despite this, as Ironic as it sounds, I still think you should buy it, not for the game itself but to support the developer. while I don’t think this game will ever be a masterpiece, I do think it has potential to at least become something playable and fun. the last thing I want to happen is for the dev to see low sales and terrible reviews and lose hope in developing this.

As a dude that’s known Pan Panda since about 2018 (and re-introduced myself to it and introduced a friend after a joke), it’s honestly impressive to see a game like Pan Panda evolve into this. I really wanted to like this game, but I just can’t because of the current state it’s in. Don’t get me wrong, this kind of stuff has a lot of potential. I can see this evolving into something people would enjoy!

What I like:

  • The combat system. The combat system is a huge improvement from Pan Panda. The only thing I don’t like about the Combat System has a lack of hints, so it’s very easy to forget combos.

THIS IS NOT A FINISHED GAME

I just want to get that out there so that anyone who buys this is not disappointed. For more info you can check out my review video:

I am only recommending this because I enjoy the art style and environments, and because I think that the core mechanics are interesting. With some tweaking, the addition of a tutorial, and some quality of life stuff, this game could be cool.

A Nasty Farm

A Nasty Farm

Nasty Farm is an arcade 3d game showing the unclear situation of chicks imprisoned by Dr. Mazi, a mad, self-proclaimed scientist who has targeted small defenseless chicks bought with the farm, the number of chicks was huge, so he decided to make a deal on them, but the disobedient chicks go to boxes.

Game:

_Playing the role of our super character, you have to prepare yourself to save poor chicks locked in cages. The player’s task is to take the falling crates out of the machine as quickly as possible, deliver the crate to the press, located on the right side of the platform, thus freeing the chicks. The task seems trivial, but it is not. Crates falling off the machine use engine physics and any nervous uncoordinated pulling of crates carries a consequence, crates can block the machine, push the character away, the player should avoid such situations. An additional obstacle are crates with explosives that take the player’s energy.

Although we did not leave the player without a chance to defend himself, we added extra chests that add special abilities for a short while. Unlocking special chests requires collecting the appropriate number of points. During the game, the player must balance the game to earn points, to unlock extra crates, but must not forget to save the chicks. After the time is over, the player must quickly go outside to the shelter and catch the chicks escaping in panic into the basket, to unlock the next round, he must catch the right amount of them and not let them fall to the ground. The game is over when you destroy the evil professor’s machine. In the game, we left a small detail related to the gameplay that the player should discover for himself in order to become the best. Good luck._

Agents of Mayhem

Agents of Mayhem

TL; DR : Yes, the game could have been awesome, it’s a shame that it’s merely very good. Do I recommend it ? Hell yeah !

Let’s first address the main crticism against this game : “It’s not Saints Row”. Well, it’s not SUPPOSED to be Saints Row, even though it has ties to its universe, so if you expect it to be anything like Saints Row, you WILL be disapointed. If you can, however, take it as a new game instead of trying to make a sequel out of it, below are a few things you should know.

Then, the second crticism : Denuvo. It has been removed by the latest patch. There you go.

“Sh*t. Oh Hell, let’s just do what we always do - hijack some nuclear weapons and hold the world hostage, yeah?”

~Dr. Evil

  • SIGH * OK, one day, guys. One day I’ll find that motr who invented this kind of video games. I mean, the problem with Agents of Mayhem is not the fact that it isn’t what most of us wanted from Volition. Sure, old farts like yours truly wanted FreeSpace 3 and Summoner 3. Some other people hoped for a proper new Red Faction, while most of us just wanted another Saints Row. Because… you know how it is. Even though some Xbox 360 owners still miss the times when Saints Row was just a GTA clone with somewhat serious tone, most of the players enjoyed the crazy new look we’ve got in Saints Row: The Third and Saints Row IV. I mean, for those of us who prefer serious tone, there’s always GTA, while new Saints Row? It was fun in its own unique way. The world needs that crazy GTA with cheesy laughs. Unfortunately, back in 2013, Volition was purchased by Koch Media GmbH (Deep Silver) a-a-a-nd… that’s where our motr comes in. Some smartass there was like “No-no-no! Saints Row can wait! There’s that new kind of action games and we need one of those!”.

Asterix & Obelix XXL: Romastered

Asterix & Obelix XXL: Romastered

I’ve not yet played right through this, although I well remember the game having played the old version years ago - on a Windows system that could still support it, of course…

I will say, I always felt the original soundtrack was largely hit-and-miss. In the same way, some of the Remastered tracks pale in comparison to the Retro version - for example, the original Boss music is definitely way better and more intense than the new version. But to balance out, most of the remastered music does actually compliment the original with a more epic and orchestral feel to it.

Ahhh….. this is one of the first game ever played before i am currently. Its feels nostalgic to see this game back on fold since my child days playing it from Playstation2. Now it feels a whole new level for this one.

I mean come on, since when did the remastered has so much boxes overall…. and has more roman laurels than the original one because it feels reaaaly different from the original. But hey…., talking about “romastered” instead of remastered, the graphics itself IS on the new level but guess what…. it also has the ability to switch out the graphics over classic and remastered.

Bionic Commando

Bionic Commando

Let me try to put in to words how I feel about this game.

I wanted this game desperately when it released and was shocked to hear the negative reviews. Though in time the overall view of the game has rightfully improved, at the time it was a resounding “meh.”

As luck would have it, days before it released my console would break down. Being a poor teenager with no income, I wouldn’t have a functioning Xbox for months. And then, when I did get a working console… it was defective and lasted only a few weeks. So did the second and third ones.

Real player with 24.5 hrs in game

Bionic Commando is clearly a game that was developed and produced with a clear target market. I was very much shocked to find that this game apparently reviewed very poorly upon release, and am even more shocked to find that others would still regret playing this game, as it is, truly, “an underrated gem”.

The most fascinating piece, is that i was actually skeptical about this game upon purchase. It was on sale, however, and also came packaged with the Bionic Commando Re-armed game. I’ve never been a fan of Bionic Commando on the NES. I thought the game was ambitious for its time, and the controls a tad confusing. This game came across at me as another generic third-person-shooter with another gimmick in gameplay, but it is actually so much more. Despite my lack of interest in the original Bionic Commando, i am a huge fan of Capcom games, and this game carries with it the same love and care that most Capcom games have traditionally carried. This game is one of the best games I have played in a long time, and it hasn’t been since i played Mega Man X4 as a teenager that i felt this badass playing a video game.

Death to Spies: Moment of Truth

Death to Spies: Moment of Truth

A Solid Stealth Game for only the Most Diehard Stealth Fans

Death to Spies 2 is much like the original game nothing has been drastically changed, only minor tweaks, the game is still extremely hard and the focus is on disguising yourself as the enemy. There as several tweaks incuding the ability to carry a disguise in your backpack, the addition of yellow enemies whom get suspicious only if you get close.

The biggest change is the disguise system where its more about getting the right disguise for the task as opposed to going straight for the officer disguise, for example in the second mission the officer disguise is good for the 3rd floor however in the shipyard most enemies are suspicious towards the officer. However most of the time getting the officer disguise will do the job.

This is a very hard stealth game, but highly realistic and time consuming. If you require a good game which involves planning, thinking, observing and acting at the right moment this game is for you. You really need to play the first one before hand which is now really cheap and just as good! The first one has a boot camp which introduces you to the franchise and gives you all the basic controls. This one just throws you in to continue the story! It has driveable vehicles, many weapons and objects to use at your disposal. You can use, steal and loot enemy weapons, uniforms (and get away with wearing them) and the enemy are none the wiser unless you pass SS personelle or an Wehrmacht officer. This is a modern version of “Hidden and Dangerous” series which is my all time favourite but no longer obtainable or playable on recent versions of Windows. You choose your weapons, kit, equipment and even a backpack to carry extra things to help such as wire cutters, explosives and compass/binoculars ect ect.
