Battle Jacked is a decent game if you wanted to go in to blow off some steam, It has many different classes as well as soldiers to choose from, each having there own abilites giving the game alot of variety, however i found the cowboy classes to be some of the best since the powerful longrange makes gameplay alot easier. The game has many different gamemodes and maps which keep it from getting repetitive. It also introduces a Hacker mode, which i found not as fun to play with, but i feel like if your into simulator style games it would be perfect for you.

Tanky Tanks
Cool game, brightened up my evening)
I recommend it to those who are tired of standard projects and want to have fun with something new.
Convenient and beautiful menu, the simplicity of the gameplay pleases …
There is a balance in the game, which is very pleasing, thanks! The developer has clearly tried on his product, the game is worth its money.
The game has a system of achievements, which is very pleasing))
Here is such a short “reviewer”, if I may call it that. Good luck, I’m waiting for similar games from the developer)

United Assault - Normandy ‘44
This game is super disappointing. The trailer and screenshots showcase beautiful environments and a minimal HUD, when in reality, what you get is a flat lighting scheme and a cluttered HUD, which together just draw more and more attention to the copy-pasted assets spread throughout the map. All of this combined with the goofy AI just makes for a boring experience. I really hope the developer continues to build on and improve this game, because I think that it could be a truly unique and enjoyable experience, but in its current state, it’s just not worth the price.

Updating this after many patches. The updates seem pretty regular and many of the things mentioned below have been implemented. Game could still use some AI work and I’d stil like to see a more robust upgrade/level system but so far so good.
Original review:
Love the concept and especially the notion of a passive multiplayer that can change things dynamically as your game session goes. The background combat sounds are amazing!
Pretty good foundation so far, but there are some things I’d like to see improved or added:

Square Shooter
Found this on the “soon releasing” page and wishlisted it, thought it looked cool. Was worried it’d be overpriced, but…..only $5.
Pros:
The art style is simple and very chill.
The dev states its 100% skill and they are right. Even when I died I didnt get mad at the game, because im an idiot. I got into cat & mouse shoot out with the enemy and it actually made me laugh.
Levels are destructible, except for stuff you and ricochet your bullets off of….these 2 things make a simple roguelike incredible.

It’s a good game.
It doesn’t take up very much storage so it’s good if your low on storage.
It isn’t very system demanding and it doesn’t take much to run. (I’m on a chromebook and I think I meet the recommended requirements)
and I can also see how this game can grow over time
the game isn’t much now but it has just started.

Killer Bean
After being betrayed by the Shadow Agency and learning the truth about their evil ways, Killer Bean has made it his life goal to destroy them. Yet this is easier said than done, as Killer Bean will face armies of enemies, and mysterious Shadow Beans who are better trained and more powerful than him.
This is a third person, roguelike shooter. Every time you start a new single player campaign, everything changes. The locations change, the missions change, the characters change, the bosses change, and most of all, the story changes. Characters who you trusted before, may turn against you. Enemies who tried to kill you, may end up helping you. Simple missions can turn into deadly traps. No two campaigns are the same.

Chances of survival drastically start decreasing, as food and water supplies start running dry, mutated animals and infections start plaguing the caves, and survivors start turning on each other. except for a whole horde of zombie people? To do this, you together with the hero go to the desert, where,
in his opinion, there should have been uninfected people who did not come into contact with the main population
planets.

Medal of Honor™: Above and Beyond
Medal of Honor™: Above and Beyond, does not actually feel like a game.
It feels like the result of small dev teams working on different VR scenes to play around with VR game development. After a couple of years the stakeholders probably wanted something released. Thus this crazy mash-up of tiny experimental tech demos that are all over the place was released at a full premium price. With a tiny polish pass, a non-existing script that after production cut out the more humorous stuff and a documentary slapped on that has nothing to do with it. I speculate in this way because I simply can not believe anyone in their right mind envisioned this trainwreck whether they funded or worked for years on this project.

TLDR: Great game with lots of fun and variety, but does not meet the expectations of a triple-A title, especially for the price of 60 EUR and meanwhile so many good VR titles being available that set the standard.
The good parts:
I played the game on “hard” and had 20 enjoyable hours of fun (mediocre player, died a lot).
Nice big levels, variety in the game play. You get to shoot in the trenches, inside ruins, bunkers, villages, airbases, on a ship, on a train, submarine hangars, and even a submarine itself. You get to swim, climb, ski, etc. Some missions require stealth. You are a tank commander in one mission, gunner on a motorbike in another, and in the other mission you operate the gauntlets and bomb release controller in a bomber, and later fight on a ship.

Dark Forest Project
Dark Forest Project is another GameMaker Studio asset flip from serial copy+paste spam artists, Phoenixxx Games. All these guys do is copy game templates and projects from the Yoyogames/GameMaker Studio store, change a few things/fill out the template, then try to gouge as much money as they can from someone else’s work. They have run these asset/template flip copy+pastes dozens of times, and this is no exception. It’s nothing but a cash grab.
This time they’ve ripped off a basic template for a basic, low quality 2D retro pixel top down wave survival shooter. Asset flips and other “Fake games” (as Valve calls them) are harmful to the industry, because they pollute the marketplace and reduce the visibility and exposure needed by genuine indie developers.
