Abiko The Miko 2

Abiko The Miko 2

Perfectly okay game in it’s own right but it’s essentially a copy of Abiko the Miko 1. Literally a copy of it with only very, very, very minor alterations. A patch is not a sequel and for that, this is a thumbs down.

Kingdom Fall, Dawn of the Druid

Kingdom Fall, Dawn of the Druid

Fun game for few hours. I like this kind of action combat.

Very short game, linear, easy, limited. Only one class Ranger Druid.

I played more just to get into top 10 :-) 3 rebirths was enough at this time.

sadly has a lot of potential i just have no clue what the devs were thinking when they made this game 15GB of what and for what…..im a little confused .

no weapons to choose from.

same levels u can farm with a ton of glitches. - like hiding in a corner and freezing the level as u farm-

getting randomly hit from bad guys when none are around me.

i dont see any progress in any of the upgrades even tho i pour a ton of scrolls in them.

the worse part of this game, has no settings at all. no key settings or video/audio. like once again what did you need 15GB for? Deff needs a rework. i did have fun playing the levels i just think it needs way more details pertaining to the game and progress.

In Death

In Death

In Death is a ridiculously difficult archery-based procedurally-generated dungeon-crawler - asking price imo is worth every of your country’s smallest denomination coin.

After ~4oo+ hours of play, In Death may be my favorite video game ever. I am surprised to be writing that. I have ~4 decades of video game indulgence, I’ve seen quite a lot. I rank this alongside Doom & tempest, which I enjoy because of their difficulty.

In Death exposed the limits of vive 1.o tracking - 2.o tracking & wireless headset seem almost requisite

Highlights:

  • Best VR game I own

  • Unique setting, fantastic graphics, immersive sound design, addictive gameplay

  • Closest thing to a Dark Souls VR you’ll find

Specs: Vive/Roomscale/i7-7700K/1080ti/32GB

Disclosure: Beta test participant since mid-December. I revoked the Steam key and purchased the Early Access version so my review would count in Steam rankings.

Review:

I normally don’t post reviews, but the quality of this game deserves it. I have a modest VR library (50 or so titles) with an FPS bias. I’ve spent far more hours playing In Death than any other title I own … and that’s just the beta version. In my view, the gameplay is already mostly perfected and all that is needed is level content.

Eye of Ouroboros

Eye of Ouroboros

Eye of Ouroboros is an action roguelike adventure game set in a mythical state between life and void. Master the heroes fighting styles and the unique perks acquired throughout the journey. The game can be played by 1-4 players.

Co-op Focused

The game design choices are heavily leaned towards coop: less enemies but with more health; level design requires players to stick together; some abilities boost the whole team. Invite up to 3 friends with their choice of heroes which could turn the tide.

Level Based

The sequence of levels will be different for each run. You also have a choice of different rewards you’ll receive when picking the next level.

Bosses

Bosses for every level with their own unique fighting style.

Several Heroes to Choose From

Every hero has their own unique abilities and fighting style which adds replayability and unique combat strategies when playing with friends.

Roguelike

There is no other way to go about it - if you die, you die permanently. However, some of your progress can be turned into rewards that might make future runs easier.

The game is still early in development so its features are subject to change.

Hello game dev!

You’ve made a pretty fun game, honestly I would recommend it, though right now I feel maybe the price is a bit too high for what you get, though achievement hunting and trying all 3 classes definitely pads the play time a bit.

With that said though, your Hardcore Achievement seems to be bugged right now, I heard from someone it only works on slot one? I made my first character on slot one, normal difficulty, and made my second, a rogue, on the second slot hardcore mode, got to the very end and no achievement?

I think this game has a huge future!

I saw the game on one stream, decided to download a pirate and watch the game, after playing 6 hours passed completely, then decided to go to steam and see if the game is developing and was very pleasantly surprised to learn that it’s just an alpha! As a result, I bought the game in steam, and re-passed on the expert at 100%

and I’m going to re-try the game on hardcore after adding a character slot!

Pluses:

1 nice voxel graphics

2 good sound

3 interesting but still unfinished combat system (Dark souls + Trove)
