People typically hate on this game for inevitably being the decent of Rayman games for half a decade, and that is actually true. Though I do wish this turned out to be the full fledged “Rayman 4” that it was supposed to be, this game is still fun.
I grew up a huge Rayman fan because of the characters, they were so entertaining. The Rabbids are an entertaining group, as proved by a line of sequels, mainstream merchandise. and a television show. Since Rabbids are your only source of character selection here, you’d think it’d be sub-par, alas the Rabbids continue to entertain with their outlandish behaviors.

GET EVEN
Disclosure: I maintain the Walking Simulator group. I played about 75% of them, and I consider myself a bit of an expert in the genre since I fell in love with “Dear Esther” 13 years ago. With 35+ h of gameplay behind me, this is probably the most in-depth review you’ll read.
Summary:
With almost 20 hours of exploration (i played 35, going through multiple’branches'), multiple ending and endless twists and turns, decision trees that impact the storyline while staying ‘true’ to the walking simulator genre, well, “Get Even” colored me bloody impressed! It even allows for perfectly good action/gunplay! I must admit this title totally took me by surprise.

After playing a fair amount, I managed to complete the game and gather most of the collectibles in the game (a few are hidden so well apparently, I failed to find them even after replaying them multiple times).
As for myself, I have waited quite some time for a game with this kind of theme.
This review stays as spoiler free as possible, telling only things that are either given by trailers already, or necessary to get an overall grip over the story line.
Overview
Get Even is a First Person Shooter with simple stealth mechanics. There is a strong focus on a mysterious, thrilling story line which develops into a more and more emotional trip as you progress further into the game. Although the game states being “psychological horror” and a few situations clearly gave me a little jump, you don’t need to prepare yourself for a scary game.

Alpha Zylon
5min of gameplay (i have a full commentary free run of all 3 levels on my channel)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yCLeTB9oO6s
the level select screen was black for me but i saw a vid of it so i knew where to click. if you get this L1 is on the top part, L2 is in the middle, & L3 is on the lower part.
~ABOUT THIS GAME~
Game type-3d sidescroller/FPS
-
3 levels with 2 boards each (6 in all)
-
The 2nd parts are fps but only the 3rd level give you an area you can move around in.
~MY OPINION~
This game isn’t something you would call good in any way but it does have more than a few lol moments. The game isn’t all that long ether but level 2 can be difficult and i have to admit part 2 of the 3rd board was the most enjoyable part of the game.

This was hilariously bizarre in the best possible way. This game is the exact opposite of what Spec Ops: The Line was trying to do, and the results are just fantastic.
Here are a few sample activities you will experience while playing Alpha Zylon:
-
being chased by a Hummer only for it to blow up after you run for so long
-
attacking hostages to free them from captivity
-
witness the death of your commanding officer, only to see him perfectly fine 2 episodes later
-
blow up a bridge in a desolate Brazilian village for no reason

Oof.
This is probably one of the most terribly optimized games I have ever played. The cut scenes are so choppy and flash so much that they are probably a huge danger to folks who are at risk of seizure.
When I wasn’t slogging though the painfully slow and choppy scenes, I was constantly caught on objects from all the collision problems or slipping through the floor and crashing the game. The audio doesn’t work either. :(
I feel really bad leaving this review, but I have to be honest about this game.

Gulman 5

Gulman 5
Join gulman in his gulventure in this revolutionary shooter. Gulman must save the artifacts of the world as he kills terrorists and solves mind boggling puzzles. (example of hard puzzle: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/387533107344965633/569444681369518080/unknown.png )
The Artificial Intelligience is immensly smart, able to put up a fight against any player while their amazing voice acting will make you think its a real combat scenario. The intense fights should remind you of classic shooters such as Masked forces, Arma and Doom. The amazing graphics look like photos rather than a simple “video game” like the competitors.

Dread X Collection: The Hunt
I do think this is one of the best collections Dread X has released, and it is a great game, however, I can’t in good conscience recommend it, because I literally can’t beat the game.
I can’t finish story mode (at least not without cheating) all just because of one game in this collection; The Fruit.
Now, the The Fruit itself is incredible. The graphics (especially the nature) look absolutely stunning! The letter at the beginning literally made me shed a couple tears for both it’s great writing and the excellent somber voice acting. The absolutely best parts of this game were the opening letter (and the writing in general) and the reloading mechanic; I’ve seen games where it takes forever to reload because of the time period or otherwise, but I’ve never to manually do every step of reloading myself. It’s hyper realistic in and of itself, and you can even stop in the middle of reloading if need be- however, you will naturally want to finish loading the bullet without stopping, even if you see the light of somebody’s torch coming around the building, looking for you, and it adds SO much tension! I hope to see something like this more often. The story itself is interesting and unique, I STILL really want to know what happens next!

I’ll review each part separately as usual. Though I wanna say right off the bat this is the best Dread X so far.
Possible ratings are: hated it, meh, okay, good, great
ARK 2 Research Base (hub world) Part 1 by Dread XP
Rating: great
The frozen tundra base you see the story through is probably the best hub yet. If you recall, Dread X1 didn’t have a hub, it was just a menu. Dread X2 put you in a puzzle house where you played games on VHS tapes. Dread X3 put you in a spoopy castle where you would put ritual candles on graves to play games in ghosts' memories. Dread X4’s Ark Base presents the games in case files. What sets X4’s hub apart from X2 and X3, though, is just how thick they lay on the atmosphere. Exploring that base is a tension-filled and immersive experience.

Haunted
Haunted is a horror multiplayer game in which up to 5 player slip into the role of a lost-place team. You jointly have to find out the history of the old psychiatry and get out of it again. But this is harder than it sounds, because one of your teammates turns out to be a patient of the former clinic, who is not recognizable as such.
The team’s goal is to find enough clues and leave the institution before the time runs out.
Through these clues and other useful items, you can also identify the psycho. The psycho can be stopped for a short time with the help of syringes, bricks and boards, thus facilitating the escape.
The psycho must try to avoid drawing attention to himself. He gets intoxicated at certain intervals, where he behaves conspicuously, but is also stronger. He can suppress this with the help of medication. His task is to prevent the others from finding all the clues and finding out who the psycho is. In addition, he must try to make everyone else addicted with the help of injections, which are distributed throughout the entire institution but are very limited, which turns them into psychos as well. However, one is not helplessly exposed to this. The others have the possibility to undo this with an antidote, but there is not much time for that.
Main features
- Generators:
Generators are necessary to restore the power supply for a certain period of time and thus illuminate the place. However, they are quite old, so they will fail repeatedly until you are completely in the dark.
- Sticking together takes you further:
Cohesion and teamwork is one of the most essential conditions to stand up to the psycho. Your flashlights are power-limited, so you need to support each other. But don’t trust everyone blindly, because inside everyone could be the psycho who only wants to lead you astray.
- No round is like another:
Each round is different from the gaming experience. There will always be different clues that bring a different story to light. Through a multitude of sound recordings, files and newspaper articles there will always be something new to discover.
- Exploration possibilities:
The psychiatric clinic in Haunted offers over 3 floors, which invite you to explore. But don’t take too much time, because you will need it.
- Blood tests:
With the help of blood tests the psycho can also be identified, but be careful. The psycho can also manipulate them to shift the blame onto others.
- Death is not the end:
Killed players become ghosts, which have the ability to make the game easier, but they can as well complicate the game and scare other players.
