Jagged Alliance: Rage!
Хорошо! Я буду работать на тебя, проклятый капиталист!
Fine! I will be working for you, you bloody capitalist!
~Ivan Dolvich
Jagged Alliance is a unique franchise. With the first two games being incredibly good and majority of the games that came afterwards being incredibly bad, nowadays, the Jagged Alliance name has a weird effect on people. If you’ll call your game “Jagged Alliance”, it’ll mean two things. First, the people would buy it. Because the original games were that good. Second, the people would bh about it. Because, obviously, the Jagged Alliance games would never be the same. For many reasons. Even Firaxis Games' XCOM is not the same with the one from Mythos Games. Sure, the last two Jagged Alliance games are not Firaxis Games' XCOM. Not even close. But I don’t think they’re that bad. I mean, sure, both Russians and Germans fd things up with their Jagged Alliance: Back in Action and Hired Guns. But they’re Russians and Germans! That’s how they make games! Now, with Jagged Alliance: Flashback and Jagged Alliance: Rage! it’s a different story.

From a Co-op perspective alone:
-
First, I’m not at all comparing it with older Jagged Alliance, I haven’t played those. But I’ve played a lot of turn-based games. My buddy and I have been playing the latest version in Aug 2020.
-
You can play complete campaign co-op with a buddy. So Yay!
-
The gameplay is fun and keeps one engaged and always nice to co-ordinate attacks with a buddy or figure out ways to kill the enemy in diff ways
-
Good balance in AP spending and tactical
-
Good maps balance
-
The Rage name is an actual element in the game where you get Rage points which are useful

A Very Bad Christmas Eve
It has cozy Christmas atmosphere. Something about the music reminds me of Harry Potter. The challenges are fun and I enjoyed playing the game. It was perfect for Sunday afternoon.

Actually I like this game very much. I absolutely love the visuals and their details, the Christmas atmosphere. The music is amazing. The falling snow. It gives me a dreamy, cozy, Christmas mood. The gameplay is challenging and fun. Totally recommend it, has nothing in common with all of the seasonal bullsh*t games.

Across the demon realm
This is an enjoyable luck-based game in my opinion, and here is why:
Sure, this game may seem like the broken wheel of an Oregon Trail carriage, but there is still some fun to be had! One run, things could go smoothly, to game-over just like that, or you could have a bad run where you manage to survive long enough to see the end. All-in-all, this is seen as a more hardcore version of Oregon Trail, so if you like luck, un-fair situations, and many retries, this is the game for you.

Do not buy this game. No, seriously, I know it looks cool with its gorey, retro pixelart aesthetic, and it’s Oregon Trail homages, but this game simply is not winnable. It tricks you right out of the gate with talent picks that make it seem like you have some choice in victory, but the RNG will simply deviate around your picks to ensure your survivors die quickly and often. Parts of this game are likewise downright broken, make zero sense, or add nothing to the game whatsoever, an the price tag attached is absurd. This is, at best an $11 title, and that’s if everything worked as intended, but it doesn’t and given there is somehow already a sequel available, it’s unlikely this will ever be addressed. I streamed this for over an hour and if you’d like to see the result of that fruitless endeavor, I invite you to watch here; https://www.twitch.tv/videos/955933818

Killer Bean
After being betrayed by the Shadow Agency and learning the truth about their evil ways, Killer Bean has made it his life goal to destroy them. Yet this is easier said than done, as Killer Bean will face armies of enemies, and mysterious Shadow Beans who are better trained and more powerful than him.
This is a third person, roguelike shooter. Every time you start a new single player campaign, everything changes. The locations change, the missions change, the characters change, the bosses change, and most of all, the story changes. Characters who you trusted before, may turn against you. Enemies who tried to kill you, may end up helping you. Simple missions can turn into deadly traps. No two campaigns are the same.

Vikings: Age Of The Axe
GET READY FOR A LONG VOYAGE
Gather warriors, take your weapon and get on your boat to sail through the sea. Choose one of many available locations to raid and go ashore.
PLAN YOUR PLUNDERS
Before starting the raid, it is worth sending a patrol to discover the location of enemy troops and buildings. Choose your targets order and plan the battle to minimize losses.
FIGHT TO THE DEATH
Slash, throw, thrust and chop to win in the deadly combat. Use a variety of weapons, kill quietly or eye to eye and do everything to not be the one left on the ground.
TAKE YOUR TREASURE
This is the purpose of your efforts - break in, grab everything valuable, loot the dead and burn what you can’t take with you. Exchange gathered wealth for better equipment, skilled people and get ready for further battles.
Conflict Area
Good game very underrated, the graphics are amazing, but here are things that i think you should change, the snow map seams really uncomplete, you should add textures to some of the building’s, the bots are always cramped together which makes it very hard to move and its easy to get lots of kills, the other thing is changing knife, currently the only knife is a Karambit it would be nice if you could add other knife, one more thing is that you should be able to have bots when doing Defusal and be able to change the bots difficulty. That’s all, overall the game is amazing and i would recommend it for people who are going to do commentary since kills are very satisfying.

A-Star Theft
What a fun game. Combine Hotline Miami, Payday and Superhot and you have this. The levels get tough pretty fast, the story is a bit generic but true to life for low level criminals trying to make a big score. I played the demo for around an hour before committing to buying this. Really enjoyable, fast paced and very rewarding game play. Only a few missions into the game but loving it.
The weapon system is excellent, you can’t have 5+ guns like some games, it runs off a credit system. The credits represent free inventory slots. With this system it makes you think about your approach, will you need more space for cable ties? Or will you go in with guns and explosives.

The game is a lot like Payday with a Hotline Miami Top-Down perspective, you do heists stealthily or not.
This offers very interesting mechanics compared to Payday, in particular the fact of being able to move the tied civilians and to hide again his weapon in order to remain stealthy.
I hope it will become more popular and evolve through updates.

I’ve had more fun playing this then the whole day of trying to figure out what to play in my Steam Library, it’s a great way to spend $2.95 and keep you entertained/frustrated in between games!

Specular Stranded
Stay Dark, Stay Silent, Stay Alive
The gameplay revolves around light based stealth. Stay in the shadows and keep hidden, silently takedown foes using either lethal or non-lethal takedowns or shoot at your enemies using your silenced pistol and rifle. Getting into shootouts is a bad idea, health is low, enemies are accurate.
Hack Cameras and turrets, Pick locks, Hide Bodies, Shoot out lights, throw distractions.
Use your Silenced Rifle or Pistol to take out your enemies. Aim for the head, missing a headshot will have enemies moving on your position.
Explore the Ship, uncover the secrets it holds.
Stalk your enemy from the shadows, learn their patrol routes, distract and silently takeout your foes.
Use your X-Ray device to see in the dark and spot enemies through walls.
Experience zero gravity exploration sections within the ship.
Make the choice to become a ghost and never leave a trace or choose to knock out or kill your enemies.
