Shadow of the Black Dragon
I like the idea in which I can choose the class and type of magic. Except for this idea the rest of the game feels generic.
The selection of items and equipment is poor. Exploration is not rewarded with either standard items or good equipment. There is one or the other chest to find, that’s it.
The restricted world does not invite to explore. So far, every place was tied to the story. For me it makes this game boring.
Finally, it remains to say that there are far too few skills to learn. Although there are items that teach skills, I think a mage should know more than 3 spells.

UNDYING
I seriously enjoyed the game. I feel like with updates, it got a little easier because zombies would never spawn around the map. I am kind of tilted that it cuts off around day 30 something, and tells you thanks for playing. I felt like this was a huge issue for me. I think the game is very time consuming, and the infection rates are a little intense, and I found some bugs where you would suddenly be sick, and dying.
I am very unhappy with the fact I cannot continue my play through, and have to experience it all over again and again just to get that itch of the game. I honestly hope they incorporate a regular mode, or a dlc where you play as the son. constantly worrying about being infected is a little rough, I am very unhappy that I cannot continue my play through!

The story is fascinating and I like the twist in the zombie survival genre about “What life is like after being bitten?” I absolutely love it.
There are however a few things that need to be balanced such as food and water supplies. It makes the game much harder than it needs to be and to perhaps add more resources to at least upgrade workbenches so that the player can achieve self-sufficiency.
Also maybe add a few quality of life upgrades such as the ability to delete old save files, for example.

Mind Lock
Mind Lock is an interesting game that I think is worth your time. I haven’t played many Metroidvania’s but I am a fan of in-depth magic systems in games, and this one offers a magic system like no other. As you can imagine since it’s in early access (and only one level is available), the game is still in the works and more content is being added in the future. Still, I want to give everybody a fair review to base their decisions on:
The game is charming, relaxing, and a good time if you enjoy messing around with magic systems, although your choices may not have as large of an impact as you may think. However, the current mouse and keyboard controls are a little asinine, and the game does state that it was designed to be played on controller. You can’t change your keybinds so I fear that those /iwithout a controller will have a bad time. If you do have a controller, you’ll find the controls to be very easy to get used to. Still, I can’t help but feel excited for the game’s future, and for $5 it’s not too much of an investment.

RE:Jump Boy
Jump, jump, jump, jump small steps, take a rainbow bath in the last toilet, and you will enter the next level.
How to play:
You can move left and right, jump, and the length of time the jump button is pressed determines the height of your jump, so you don’t need to consider the power storage. The enemy can be trampled to death when falling, if the enemy can be trampled to death. If the wall is allowed to climb, you can slide against the wall. Press the up and down keys to climb the ladder, and the space bar to jump off the ladder.
Features:
-
A refreshing sense of jumping, don’t be careful.
-
Rough lines, simple environment, this is a fragrant game.
-
Seize the timing, sometimes it takes a little advance or sprint.
-
Limited lives cannot die indefinitely. If the number of resurrections is used up, the game is over.
-
Pick up 100 gold coins to get a chance to resurrect.
-
Not all enemies can be trampled to death.
-
Each level has different terrain and mechanisms, so it is important to grasp the timing.
In the past year, after participating in the development of several games, my game development technology has further grown, so I re-made the Jump Boy game, re-written the game’s jumping and level mechanism, and made the game The operation is smoother and more reliable, the level rhythm has been redesigned and produced, and the art has been almost completely reproduced. Re:Jump Boy will be a long-term updated version. I will regularly optimize and improve this game. If you have any opinions and suggestions on this game, please leave a message.

Diaper Quest 2055
Came for the silly name, stayed for the surprisingly fun boss battles. Nothing brilliant here but I had a good time going through this short little game. The boss battles actually take some strategy and can be pretty tough.

This is a game that has 0 surprises and is very honest about itself. 99 cent story, 99 cent gameplay, 99 cent ending. Two hours of my time was put into it and I was entertained for those two hours. Decent game mechanics, one decent puzzle, and bosses that take either a good amount of time to beat or one to three tries. If you are looking for an RPG to just play so you can say you played it, get this one, beat it, then never play it again.

Apollyon: River of Life
This is great game, a hidden gem, It draws you in with what seems on the surface to be a card / table strategy game, but soon reveals a rich fantasy story behind the events in the game. The game board has 16 mystical themes, but the “Theme” of the game is an intriguing mix of Cthulhu-like horror and seance-like summoning. It has elements of a choose-your-adventure but goes beyond that with the strategic selection of tokens influencing the outcomes. The game table itself is beautiful and card art captivating to say the least. After playing it for near 100 hours I have learned many techniques to stay alive, yet am constantly surprised by new invocations (stories). Exactly like a great novel, I can’t wait to find out what happens next.

If you enjoy struggling, suffering and the occult, then this game is for you. It is hard, you will die, you will struggle and you will lay awake in bed thinking on how to proceed.
But man, is it worth it.
