If you really enjoyed Emily Wants to Play and want another VR game similar to that one & you’re okay with clunky VR interactions & gameplay mechanics that need refinement, then I can recommend this game for you. Otherwise, I would say it’s a wait for a sale / wait for an update to the game.

In this game you’re crawling in the crawlspace while being chased by killer dolls. Each night brings a new threat and a different way to handle the threat. Meanwhile, you’re collecting baby dolls and bringing them back to the little girl’s room that is on lockdown for some reason until you finish the job. You have 5 nights to survive and your progress is automatically saved after each successful night.

Crawlspace is a VR escape the room game with Horror element. It worked on my HTC Vive system, looked ok, played ok, sounded ok. You are trapped in a house with creepy dolls. You have to crawl through the crawl space to find dolls. Very scary. The skin for your arms were odd moving. There is nodal teleport movement and grip crawl movement. Very creepy environment. You have to survive in the house for five nights, each with different rules. So i guess you have to puzzle out how to stay safe from the scary doll attacks. The textures looked ok. The VR controls were ok. Game worked out of the box. Has in-game instructions as you started out.

Beast Nature

Beast Nature

You have to fight your fears and solve a mystery of this area. We dont know what lives here aliens, ghosts, bigfoot or just some wild coyotes, when night comes something weird used to happen. Better find something more powerfull then your old shotgun cuz it is only the first location and first… Beast…

Anyway do not worry to much - there should be some stuff laying around, it had owner before but now I don’t think skeletons would mind you taking it.

And the most important, do not go out at night without a rifle or call a freind to carry one for you

Short Review:

Awesome game :)

Longer (Early Release) Review:

I’ve followed this games development since playing a (VR) demo at EGX Rezzed event in April 2016.

The simple and intuitive controls and gameplay from then remain as you move around in fully 3d, zero-G levels.

The puzzles can be challenging, but still fun - it dispenses with the traditional hand-holding (although you wouldn’t need it) which makes solving them more satisfying. The EGX demo also had some of the later, bigger and more elaborate levels and puzzles, so looking forward to seeing what follows on from this early release.

I love this game, from the way its set out to the voice over :)

The game moves in a way that as gamers we are not used to and it makes you feel like something is not right, put that together with the unknown of the game and where it’s going, to the hints on the wall.

(it was an accident!) just adds to the game play.

Are we in a ship? Are we inside somone? Who knows. All I can say is I can not wait to keep playing.

Under Water : Abyss Survival VR

Under Water : Abyss Survival VR

Simple shooting game without complicated controls

Can blow away my stress and the monster’s head at the same time

However, it’s bit difficult and often bitten by lot of monsters due to high difficulty

Under Water is a game to repair broken bases by defeating monsters who break into deep-sea bases.

Eliminate the ever-expanding monsters with guns, knives, and shields, and reclaim the bases occupied by the monsters.

You can see various weapons and monsters. The monster has a cruel and gross-looking appearance. Anyone who likes monsters will like it. I was surprised and a little scared while playing. People who are vulnerable to this need to be careful.

The feeling of hitting a monster is good. Each monster has different weapons that are easy to deal with, so research is needed when breaking the stage. Especially squid like Cthulhu? It is convenient to use the shield when dealing with octopus.

Very good exploration puzzle horror game…

Graphics are excellent, audio sfx are on point, performance takes a dip some times, but its not constant or overtly annoying (i have a 1080).

The ambience on this game is really well done, you feel the tension in every room and part of the building.

Story flows at a good pace, and while it was a bit confusing at first i got the gist of it and understood what what happening.

The inventory system is really cool, like no holsters or menus, you grab stuff and place it in your carry on, it has a few mechanics that make you think “hey thats pretty clever use of vr”.

This is one of the most atmospheric and immersive games I’ve played in VR. The environments are beautiful, eerie, and richly detailed. The ambient sounds are entrancing. The hotel feels expansive but the environments gently guide you in the right direction as you progress. The level of horror has been just right for me so far. It’s slow and creepy but punctuated by moments of intense action and unsettling discoveries.

As other reviewers have mentioned, your experience with this game might be spoiled by the awkwardness of the controls or by motion sickness. My will to progress in this game has often been at odds with my stomach. I settled upon using the joystick mounted on the wheelchair for movement in the game. I found this method to be immersive while allowing me to play short sessions with minimal discomfort. The comfort settings are helpful, but I would prefer that the game include an option for reduced FOV for all movement, not just turning.

Silent Mansion : Part2

Silent Mansion : Part2

Hello, i have purchased this game for me and my wife. Have Valve Index and works great but i miss the option to save a game. The first day we completed the first stage and the second day we must to start from the scracth, no progress was saved so we had to start from the begining again…Perhaps i have missed the option to load a previous saved game?

Thanks in advance and keep on the good work!

Silent Mansion part 2 is a brilliant starter game for VR players who wish to have somewhat basic puzzle solving and light horror gameplay. Works well on Oculus Rift S. And if you have a friend who wish to get into VR, try this!

For -50% it’s a nice to have. I played the story in less than 2 hours. This included some glitching and solving bugs (like, dont drop the feathers in the toilet or just throw the amulet around the mansion entrance). The pre-boss fight in the not-so-spacious room was challenging, it took me longer to complete than the final boss fight.

This isn’t the worst zombie shooter ever. It’s got a little story (barebones) with VOs, a nice sized map, & a pretty fun to shoot bow & arrow. Heck, there’s even a tutorial (pretty rudimentary though). The problem is that the game feels like a demo instead of a full game. The developer said there was more to come when this game was released & stated lots of fixes were ahead. That may be true, but the game even isn’t listed as Early Access although it clearly should be given the state that it’s in. I finished the game in less than an hour on my first playthrough and less less than 30 minutes on my second.

To call ‘Infected Prison’ a crap game would probably be an understatement. From the start the game judders and glitches even when running on a 3090, but the gameplay and graphics sadly don’t make up for it at all. The gameplay is boring with zombies you can walk up to and kiss on the lips and they won’t move, to controls that would only make sense to someone in a mental asylum. Its all just too over-complicated, over-priced and not something I can recommend in its current state.

Rooten

Nice little game with a great narrative and atmosphere reminiscent of the Darkwood or Annihilation (the movie).

It’s definitely worth playing if you like the dense forest mood, meditative walks in the fog, and living mushrooms…

Real player with 3.8 hrs in game

Rooten is a great horror adventure. It’s not that scary, but it has a great mood & exploring gameplay. I’m a big fan of the in-game mechanic of time that goes by itself and brings feel of a daily routine that gets worse every day. In the first days it feels like there’s too much time for you, but you’ll lose that feeling as the game progress. Art somehow reminded me Don’t Starve in a great way, even though it’s different styles, but I like how 2D and 3D are mixed. The sound design is amazing and very immersive.

Corrupted Hospital : Part1

Corrupted Hospital : Part1

I was really excited during the event stage.

It would have been great if I get the machine gun one more time.

It is more like a room escape game than action game.

It’s not as much action as the Walking Dead, but it’s good quality at its price.

I really like the design of the hospital.

The music and environment were impressed for me.

The overall atmosphere is not bad.

There were some factors that surprised me.

The puzzle was interesting, and the clue was easily visible, so I could solve it properly.

When doing reviews of AAA games the price is imo secondary, as there is an expectation that the game will be good regardless, however when it is the other way around i feel the price is extremely important. If i didn’t know the price of the game I would likely not recommend it, simply because i would assume, due being a finished game (or at least not in early access) that it would be overpriced for the amount of content, graphics, mechanics, etc.
