It came from space and ate our brains
** CLICK VIDEO AT THE END FOR A GIVEAWAY OF THIS GAME **
Introduction
It Came From Space, and Ate Our Brains is a top down shooter where you fight waves of aliens trying to eat your brains. I was skeptical with going into this game because of the blocky style graphics, but I was pleasantly surprised. It Came From Space, and Ate Our Brains has plenty of different guns/upgrades, maps, powerups, and different aliens. Along with the six maps currently there is more on the way and 4 different difficulties that are vastly different. The only real issue with It Came From Space, and Ate Our Brains is the fact of the camera gets blocked by map structures, but this issues is far and in between. Triangle Studios really has a hidden gem with It Came From Space, and Ate Our Brains, from the unique graphics style to the fun multiplayer.

Some games dont look like much at first, but keep you coming back for more and more without realizing why. This is one of them.
With so many top down shooters and alien themed games on Steam, why is this so good? Because the aliens are pink and glow in the dark? Thats actually cool too , but here is why you should get this game:
Game play / Game mechanics: the controls are very smooth , so is the scrolling / gameflow and motion in general, creating a very pleasing game experience. For top down shooters with “twin stick” controls ( move with one stick , aim freely with the other ) this is critical. Not many people realize but this is usually what decides whether the game is great or terrible in this genre.

Metal Heads
I’ve been helping out with testing the game (the online multiplayer) for well over a year now and i have seen a lot of improvements with it so far and it has come a long way since Pax Aus 2019.
The game itself is great fun online (yes there are issues but it is early access and what early access game doesn’t have issues) and even better when playing locally with friends. There are plenty of mini-games to play as well as a bored game mode that allows you to place items on the map to hinder others or yourself if you aren’t careful. The game has a solo Dev and Andy Gillion working on the music for the game.

The game was for a year on my steam-wishlist, and now it’s released. Yeah, it is buggy … but what else do you expect for a Early Access game? The minigames are really funny, and the game has many potential to be the next big party game. So buy it and support the developer behind the game, so that he can fulfill his vision of the game.
Furthermore he is active on Discord, in contrast to another game in this genre on steam, where the devs are lost, lol.

So i bought this game after seeing it on youtube i am quite impressed that one man made this game that’s insane. It’s got some fun mechanics i quite enjoyed the explosions and death animations, the reloading and difference between weapons is really cool as well. bolt action was my favourite by far. There’s definitley a few annoying bugs in the single player mode when you die you sometimes spawn back to a heap of enemies on top of your body and they just instantly kill you however that doesnt happen too often.

Snack Tick
The game is allot of fun and really makes me ask the question ; " man have i been killing aliens by mistake my entire life?".
jokes aside the game is really fun the simplicity is very refreshing. my favourite upgrades are magnet, and speed.
but i have one Gripe.
The grass man is just too much. it kills my Frame-rate.

Its not a bad game
The idea is very creative, taking inspiration from bugs and the games becomes more fun trying to complete more frustrating challenges. My only complaints with the game is the bottom character of bugs have a bugged movement in the fire stasge( the last stage).
The Stage where there is 2 separate lawns with a hammer or something crushing you, I have a big problem with this. The Hammer descends too fast and the fake/harmful food needs a better visual hint to show they are harmful like a black aura surrounding them.

Final Foe
Final Foe is an isometric fantasy arena that challenges you to slay waves of monsters in a mysterious dungeon. Single player and co-op modes. Modifiers and boss rounds. Survive and fight to the end, until the last enemy is killed!
Main Features
-
Atmospheric medieval location.
The old cursed dungeon with several gates awaits you, from which numerous enemies arrive. You can also find dangerous traps that will come in handy to eliminate enemies
-
Non-target combat system.
This system works for both players and enemies. This means that any enemy attack can be dodged.
-
Campaign mode.
You need to destroy enemies round after round, including a short tutorial and several boss battles. As you progress, the difficulty increases. And at the end you will find the most powerful enemy - the final boss.
-
Survival mode.
This mode is one endless battle, during which more and more strong enemies appear. The goal is to score as many points as possible for killing enemies. Especially sophisticated players can choose the Ultra-difficulty level. This will allow you to get 3 times more points, but will require dodging any damage, since the character will only have 1 health point.
-
Various enemies.
Endless living dead, terrible knights, insidious magicians and many others, about whom you can find out when you meet. Different enemies have different characteristics. Some are weak and slow, some attack from a distance, and some can get so angry that it will be impossible to stop them…
-
Bosses.
As you progress through the Campaign mode, you will encounter several bosses. Fighting some of them will require special skill from you.
-
Skill tree.
The development of your character will take place by learning skills in the skill tree. At the moment, there are 3 intermediate and 4 advanced character classes available. Each of the advanced classes has unique active and passive abilities.
-
Cooperative multiplayer.
It is much more fun to destroy crowds of enemies together with your friends. This feature allows you to play in a team of up to 4 people.
Glorious Tournius
A really fun party game with friends. Lots of screaming and laughing. You can really see the passion put into this game. Plus the zombies are really hard!

Similar to Gang Beasts but with weapons. It’s a blast to play in its current state, definitely added to the game night roster with it’s local co-op play. Tons of hilarious moments have been had already. Can’t wait to play more and for more content!

Tinker Racers
This game far exceeded my expectations!!
I agree with someone who wrote a review saying “it’s almost like stealing from the developers”. It is very cheap for what it delivers (in fact I still don’t get the price so low, maybe because it is in Early Access …).
After unlocking all the tracks, we spent a lot of time having so much fun at Free For All Mode! 4 people playing it is insane!
The lack of an online multiplayer would be a serious problem for a game like this if it weren’t for Steam’s Remote Play Together. Luckily because of this steam feature we were able to have a lot of fun playing online, so maybe that can be disregarded. If you are playing on the keyboard, just remember to previously agree on which keys each player of the remote play together will play (after all you are supposed to be playing on the same keyboard via stream … it took us a while to realize this).

It’s extremely difficult to speak ill of this game considering the price it charges. It’s dirt cheap, it’s almost like stealing from the developers. And what’s in it for you?
As the game itself says in its description, it is essentially a clone of MicroMachines. It is essentially the same game, with the same principles: you use small (toy) cars, running on tracks that seem to have been assembled by children in their rooms, to play against other cars. If the distance between the first place and the other cars is too great, the cars that touch the edges of the screen are defeated and disappear, until there is only one car left on the track. Then, you win the round, and repeat this for 5 more times.

RoboCritters
Despite the low price this game is actually amazing fun! I’ve played a few (long) sessions now with friends so can give a lowdown on what you can expect:
Pros
1. Great fun to play with friends (funny moments with all the randomness)
2. Loads of gamemodes and options (nuke dogfight it the best!! basically jetpacks with 1 hit kills :D )
3. Funny soundtracks and character voices - fun to say something like ohh nnooo as a nuke about to land on your head :)
4. The online mode actually works really well, haven’t noticed any issues although have been playing mostly offline/couch. It supports up to 6 players at once! (offline its up to 4)

Oh. My. God. Not only is this game fun, it’s one of the most fun I had with my friends in a while! Basically, it’s real-time Worms without the strategy. The gameplay is solid for the most part. It’s kinda difficult and slow to navigate on land (even with the added jump and roll abilities) but what really makes this game fun is the jetpack flying. It’s amazingly satisfying when a shot lands on one of your friends zipping and zooming around the map! The game doesn’t look like much, but it’s so much fun for just a buck. The cheap art style gives this game a certain charm too. I’d really recommend this game to anyone who has friends and a couple of xbox controllers!
