Space Debris

Space Debris

This is a great party game for rock-blasting retro space fun. I love the drop in/drop out feature and the massive number of gamepads supported.

There’s also a bit more to it than you might expect:

Several ships to choose from, each with their own unique style

Bring dead allies back to life

Collect space dust to power up

Collect debris from destroyed alien ships to unlock new ships and upgrades

Play it now! you know you want to.

GigaBash

GigaBash

After centuries spent slumbering in the bowels of the earth, the primordial beasts known as Titans have awoken. Now they must battle humanity - and one another - for total world dominance.

GigaBash combines the chaos and creativity of titles like Power Stone, Super Smash Bros Ultimate and War of Monsters with the jaw-dropping scale of the classic kaiju movies. Play as either a rampaging Titan or a Titan-hunting mecha; summon lightning from the heavens, use a radio tower as a baton, or roll a whole district (and your enemies) into a single massive snowball. Wreak enough havoc and you’ll evolve into your final form, the terrifyingly titanic S-Class.

UNLEASH THE BEAST

Choose from a colourful roster of 10 unique characters in Battle Mode, each with their own moveset and playstyle. Can you master them all?

STOMPING GROUND

Dive into a fun frenetic free-for-all with as many as four other players, duke it out in Battle mode, or pair up in 2v2. Wage war around the world - from cityscapes to exotic locales, nowhere is safe from the wrath of the Titans!

HOMEFRONT

Hop on the couch to challenge up to three friends with local multiplayer. Nobody home? No problem, just head online!

EASY TO LEARN, TRICKY TO MASTER

Time your attacks, block your opponents, use grabs and specials and build that meter to reveal your final form!

CLASH OF THE TITANS

Discover the origins (and misadventures) of the Titans in four unique single-player campaigns, each with their own oversized protagonist.

HALL OF THE ALPHAS

Go head to head in Duel mode, challenging another player to see who is the true King of the Titans.

MULTIPLAYER MAYHEM

Experience the ultimate party mode with a variety of minigames designed for maximum fun. Only available in local play.

The good:

Lots of fast fun frenetic action, plenty of game modes.

Audio track is decent.

Good menus, extensive controls and customization.

Responsive, capable developer.

The bad:

Hard to see some items, visual style is lacking and can make things unclear sometimes.

I’ve played the local multiplayer several times with friends and have had a great time playing. The variety of game types and settings provide a lot of options for replayability. I can’t wait to play the campaign once it is released, especially since it can be played coop. Cymatically Muffed is reminiscent of older classics while still providing new and exciting mechanics of it’s own. Do yourself a favor and check it out.

Simple Light Cycles

Simple Light Cycles

Ridiculously simple idea makes for ridiculous fun! Awesome game that deserves more traction and attention than it gets. May seem like a one trick pony, but with so many modifiers it really isn’t.

I grabbed this up on a sale thinking if it wasn’t great, it was a small loss. We added it to our party games for a group of 8 people (4 at a time, using Steam Link + Controllers).

It was a surprise favorite! Everyone loved it, and we ended up coming back to it several times after playing other games.

It’s great fun, highly recommended for any party gaming group, especially since it’s such a simple concept everyone picks it up quickly, but the skill to do those tight areas well will keep the game challenging for any group!

Streets of Fury EX

Streets of Fury EX

This is the most fun I’ve ever had with a beat ‘em up.

Streets of Fury EX certainly doesn’t have the ambiance of Dungeons & Dragons: Chronicles of Mystara, or the soundtrack of Streets of Rage, or the visuals of Capcom’s Alien vs Predator.

But what the game lacks in artistic and technical prowess, it makes up for with its zany humour, large cast of playable characters, and awesome gameplay depth.

Each character feels very unique, and though a few can feel underpowered, they’re still interesting in their own right. The combo system is super flexible - way more than I ever expected! Chain combos, special moves, dash and jump cancels, juggles, OTGs, and the coming update even adds parries to the mix. Hell we’re still finding new ways to do amazing, super damaging combos!

I sunk a huge amount of time into the original Xbox 360 version of the game, and Streets of Fury is one of my favourite indie games from last gen. I was pretty amped to discover that they were planning on doing a PC version of this, so I’ve been patiently waiting…

Streets of Fury is a throwback to late 80’s - early 90’s arcade style beat-em ups done in the style of games like old-skool Mortal Kombat using digitized sprites. Streets of Fury sports a very competent and deep combo system that is simple and pick-up-and-playable for beginners, while more experienced players can string together ridiculously long combos that look like something out of a high level MvC2 or Skullgirls match…

A great game for its small price !

Visually, WR95 is somewhat similar to Virtua Racing Deluxe on 32X. I wouldn’t say it plays anywhere near as well as that game, but the driving mechanics are still decent. Collision penalties are the biggest issue right now, but the developer has promised to improve that aspect of the game in a later update. All-in-all, it’s a nice little throwback arcade racer with a very palatable price tag.

Update: Collision penalties have been reduced. No more spinning out upon any contact whatsoever.
