Light Fingers

Light Fingers

Light Fingers is a magical mechanical board game where thieves compete in a test of skills to prove who among them is the most deft! Explore a randomly generated miniature board world that unfolds before you as you roll dice and move around to explore.

Seek out shops where you’ll find cards to buy, special services for hire and chests of loot to plunder. Remember, always shop before you steal!

Raid Dungeons, where coins are a plenty, but deadly hazards are just as numerous. Here you will go up against your rivals who can defend the dungeon operating the traps while you attempt to loot its treasures.

Don’t get caught! Play your hand of cards strategically or buy favors from the local inhabitants to avoid the guards and other players as you work your way back to the thieves hideout.

In It Together

In It Together

In It Together is a puzzle platformer inspired by classic platforming games that makes you complete puzzles with a lot of different mechanics and with varying difficulty. The game has a lot of content with 50 stages in single player, and 50 more stages in co-op. In addition to this there is a Battle mode, which is really fun to play with friends. The Battle mode has 15 more stages, and several different ways to play, so there is a ton of replayability. If you like platforming games with a bit of challenge this is definitely a game i would recommend picking up. If you want to test out the game before purchasing it i would highly recommend downloading the demo as it lets you get a sense of how the game is played.

So I decided to check this game out as it was made by a YouTuber I used to watch when I was younger, it was cheap and it didn’t seem to get much attention. I’m glad I did because this is a legitimately great puzzle platformer game. Your objective is to go into a small level to collect briefcases and gold bars by picking up and throwing objects that will help you get to your objectives. For example throwing plants to break glass. Sounds pretty simple but each level introduces cool new mechanics and things to pick up that expand on the formula in clever ways, but the level design doesn’t waste any time in getting you to grips with them without ever getting overwhelming, so you’re constantly getting those “aha!” moments you want in a puzzle game without being bored by tutorials or being stuck in the same section for too long. I’m only on World 3 of I believe 5 but I don’t see the game getting any worse (I like it enough to review the game now). The levels themselves are fairly short so it’s a great game to pick up for a bit and put down but it also can be pretty addicting to go for another level right after finishing one. The game also has a pretty cool sense of style with its character designs and white outlines over a dark environment.

Pizza went from a nice time at any pizzeria to an illegal hard drug within just a year. Why was pizza made illegal, what happened to the president, and who’s behind it all? Together with some friends and unlikely allies you deliver pizza, track down your orderers, and evade (or beat up) those who will relentlessly try to take your pizza.

Rubber Bandits: Christmas Prologue

Rubber Bandits: Christmas Prologue

Fun PVP with friends. The game itself currently features three different maps to play, each having slightly different layouts. The matches are pretty quick (lasting a couple of minutes) and there is not a lot of stuff you are able to do besides fighting, BUT… When combined with friends, this game is a blast! It is fun and stupid, the more players play - the funnier it gets. And this is just a prologue, I cannot imagine how fun the full game will be

This game made me loose some laughts I haven’t lost in a while! Really fun to play with friends! Specially if you like the rival style of the game, that makes you compete harder with your friends. You can also switch teams and team up!

I can easily recommend this for all ages, it’s funny, practical and doesn’t take much to understand and to play!

It does not get any funnier than this! (Maybe on the full realease)

Clue/Cluedo: The Classic Mystery Game

Clue/Cluedo: The Classic Mystery Game

TL;DR- P2W has been removed, cross-platform play, challenging single player, plays better than the board game.

I have been holding off on posting a review as the game had a P2W component in the form of hint cards when it first launched, and the developers had announced an update to balance this out in online ranked matches.

Well the update has now launched and I can safely say that Cluedo: The Classic Mystery Murder Game is the definitive video game adaptation of the popular Cluedo board game as it hits the nail on the head with its game design and online functionality.

This is a computer version of the board game Clue, and it’s actually pretty good. You can play with friends, by yourself with AI, or with people online. It’s a pretty good representation of the physical board game. The full version is a little expensive, but the base game is an okay price, especially on sale.

The gameplay is almost exactly the same as the board game. For the sake of speed, the game automatically takes the most basic notes for you. It will automatically record that people don’t have the cards to disprove a suggestion, and when you make the suggestion it marks that one player has the card and the other players don’t. However, everything that involves reading between the lines is up to you to mark. It is a little difficult if you’re trying to keep track of anything especially advanced, because there are a limited number of symbols you can mark the spaces with.

I think this will shape up to be an adorable game.

It brings out that arcade, old school gaming in you.

The graphics are adorable, the sound and music just plain fun.

Currently it is in early access, and needs some tweaking here and there.

I found the PC controls very awkward, and perhaps a controller is the way to go for this game. The time frame for winning a match is very hard, but could have been down to my inability to control using mouse and keyboard.

Overall, with a controller I think this would be a hoot, and challenging.
