This is one of my fav crafting/building/adventuring type of games already and I’ve only around 60hrs of game play so far..it’s right up there with Portal Knights Imo and it’s only early access and doing such a great job! Sure there are the normal early access things to expect…but you can see where things are being improved. The Dev’s are great and respond regularly in the forums..so there is communication..that’s a major plus! Updates/fixes, etc. are not thousands of years inbetween so you can see progress progress progress.

While this still needs some work, I definitely recommend it - on the surface it is a Minecraft clone but look closer and there is rather a lot of innovation. It’s still obviously Early Access – many small to medium bugs – but it’s very playable and has an active developer team. And it’s an absolute steal; I’ve played way less fun games for more money.

Freedom: How I Escaped
For those who like stealth, maze, and puzzles, this is an early access game with potential.
It has a simple objective, avoid the lights, and run to escape from the place you are.
Nice voxel art and sound.
I had problems controlling the character with a keyboard because my brain thinks I’m playing resident evil 2 when in this kind of camera haha (in re2 when you press up you walk forward). But then I used an xbox controller and it worked perfectly. I wish to suggest an option for the player to change the camera when needed, maybe just cut to another camera angle (like age2 you can “rotate” the map).

A puzzle game with an inspiring theme and very cool Voxel art. Music makes you enter that world and forces you to want to go through all the levels, seeing the challenges that lie you ahead.
Congratulations developers, I want to see more levels soon!

Blocked Out: Red V Blue
Destroy, build, fight, and capture! Welcome to a voxel team-based first-person shooter that lets you dictate how you play. Blocked Out: Red V Blue gives you the opportunity to battle it out with 15 other players to see which team has what it takes to prevail!
You have the power to change the battlefield in how you see fit. If you need to get through a wall, blow it up. If you need to get across a canyon, build a bridge. If you need cover in an intense fire fight, build some. Use strategy to change the battlefield in your favor.
Tired of walking? No problem, you can use the various vehicles available to you to get around the large open maps. Vehicles such as motorcycles, tanks, helicopters and jet fighters are all at your finger tips.
Add a number of attachments to the weapons that you bring into battle. Everything from scopes and sights, to grips and silencers, customize your weapons to suit your needs.
Matchmaking made easy by being able to quickly create matches in any region. Customize your matches by changing the player limit, changing the selected map or even password protecting your match.
AI players are also present in matches to help populate games and add to the intensity of the battlefield. Capture the flag is currently the main game mode, however, there are many more game modes to come, so don’t forget to wishlist!

EARTH DEFENSE FORCE: WORLD BROTHERS
Mother Earth is once again being invaded by mysterious alien forces and the EDF has deployed once more to stop them. Only this time, the invading alien force is the biggest it has been, being comprised of a combination of all previous aliens the EDF have fought against up to now. The aliens have torn Earth asunder with such a brutal opening strike and the EDF has dwindled greatly in number, so now it’s up to YOU, the newly appointed commander of the (remains of the) EDF, to gather up who has survived the catastrophe and valiantly drive back those alien bastards and save Mother Earth.

For fans of EDF this is a great game!
Worth 60$? I absolutely think so.
For newcomers, this is a great place to start as well. The game makes a lot of great QOL changes to the formula that Sandlot should absolutely adopt.
However, it can fall into the same trap as all other EDF games once you try to get to higher difficulties at times.
You either have to grind a mind numbingly large amount of time to get better weapons and armor. (In this game mostly armor since Yukes sees the obviously stupid flaws of Weapon pickup crates in Sandlot’s games. And reduces that grind a ton. Thank you yukes.)
