RoboDo VR is a singleplayer and multiplayer puzzle climbing platforming game, that is more focused on the platforming in the latter half of the game. I was unable to test out multiplayer, but I will say, per the developer, the MP levels are different than the SP levels. I think the game was going for a Portal 2 type of game, but obviously, this isn’t Portal 2, and it doesn’t have to be at that level (or close to it) to still be recommendable.

I was waiting a long time for this type of VR game. First impression was good. However along the gameplay I found bugs that really bothered me. So I’m still torn about how I feel about this game. I’ll keep the game in my library for now to see if developers will be active and fix it because it actually could be a great title on a VR platform.

Parkour Tag
Fun game. If you like Rocket League but hate your teammates this is the game for you. No need to worry about teammates because its 1v1. The movement is satisfying and fast paced it peaks your anxiety as you are being chased and a sense of urgency while you are chasing. The game is quite punishing as one mistake can often cost you the round, but this gives you room to improve and land jumps, wall run, cut corners, and juke your opponents to the point of perfection. It has a small player base as of now but once more people see this game its popularity will skyrocket. Would recommend. See you in pubs :D

This game is really great. The developer is very responsive to feedback, and focused on creating the best and most competitive version of the game possible. At its current trajectory, I believe the game has a very bright and popular future. The gameplay is simple, easy to pick-up, fast, fun, but hard to master. Chasing your friend down or being chased down by your friend unleashes a hilarious and primal fear I haven’t felt in any other game. There are a handful of movement mechanics that feel incredibly rewarding to master. When played fluidly, the game is so satisfying to watch and play. At every level of play, it’s incredibly fun and exciting to play tag. You have to balance having a route/strategy and playing mechanically. I’m excited for the future of this game, and I highly recommend it.

Roll a Ball With Your Friends
My only gripe with the game is that there is a small amount of maps. But even then, it’s a lot of fun for 2-3$, and surprisingly challenging. If they could implement workshop maps for this game it would be 10/10. Regardless, definitely recommend with some friends.
There was initially some issues with the multiplayer, but the devs have addressed this! I will leave my original review below but it is now outdated.
=============== Original review (outdated): ===============
Was very fun with 3 people but was broken when we tried with 6 people. With 6 people, as soon as we loaded into the 2nd level of a map, it would show a black screen and say “Now Loading…” except for the match host. Everyone could move, but not see anything. We tried twice after each re-launching our game. I couldn’t find anywhere to report a bug so I’m writing this here in hopes that they fix the multiplayer.

Really fun game to play with some pals, well worth the price of admission :) My favourite stages were the ones with boxes you had to push around to reach higher ledges, and the slalom-y, high speed stunts and ramps in the City levels. Also, the title music is amazing!
Some features that could be really nice:
-
I would have liked to be able to customize my ball without having to leave the game lobby. (So we don’t have to leave a session to check out unlocked skins)
-
It would be really nice if players who completed the level could spectate other players!

MilMo
I’ve played MilMo for many years, and I’ve always loved how bright and friendly the game is. It has characteristics and interesting details that never fail to make me smile.
The game runs really smoothly, with very immersive background music in all areas. The storylines that you can complete through questing are very in-depth and you’re always wondering what’s going to happen next in terms of the lore. My personal favourite is the Mice & Maniax adventure with the Mouse Resistance fighting against the Mad Scientist. Despite the fact that I think that storyline is not complete yet, it’s still a great one to play.

Whispers of the Ancients
This game has a potential. I like main core story and idea about it. The most enjoyable part of the game is sounds of whispers, level specific sountracks, and the level designs. It is a good game for a solo developer and designer. I played this game in the beta tests and I can surly tell that the game changed a lot in a good way. Last words, There should be added more content and more levels into the game.

Stack Up! (or dive trying)
Sticky table, you are a table from IKEA. I’m a gangster from Italy. Are you sure you want to stack with me? Listen, Sticky table, I will do a home invasion on you. I will unscrew your legs and the next thing you’ll hear is me stacking on top of you with a pair of trampolines I bought in the back of the Pixel Conflict Magazine . I’ll wipe the glue off your surface, take a picture of you not sticking me down and blocking my jumps. I will post said picture to stupid tables from ikea forum, password NOT REQUIRED, username, NOT REQUIRED.

sunny-place
You’ve died, this is space hell.
Everyone gets room and board.
Doesn’t seem so bad.
Gamepad is strongly recommended!
The game has two main paths, both leading to a face-to-face meeting with the Lord of Death. Who’s grown tired of misery and is currently working on rebranding hell for a gentler, more joyous experience. However not everyone in the city is convinced by this sudden change of heart.
CAR PATH, is focused on racing THE TRACKS OF THE ABYSS. Collecting stars along the way and recieving the honourable invitation after getting all of them.
STORY PATH, consists of increasingly silly scenarios as you get entangled in a plot to overthrow the Lord.

Ben and Ed
About the bugs:
Now that the game is almost a year old, Ben and Ed has gone through quite a few bug fixes in order to make it playable and enjoyable. As of now, I haven’t encountered a single problem in my most recent playthrough, which means that the developers have done a great job fixing all the minor bugs that still popped up every now and then. I have unlocked every single achievement during my playthrough, so I can confirm that all the achievement related bugs (Blockbuster) have been fixed aswell. Luckily, I have never experienced any visual or hardware related bugs, which means that I can’t confirm anything related to that subject.

I can’t say I had a good time with this game. The clunky controls and terrible framerate make the game unpleasant almost all the way through. In terms of the levels and level design, at the end of almost every level, I found myself thinking something along the lines of “Meh, that was okay I guess,” only 2 or 3 times did I finish a level thinking “Wow, that was actually fun, can the next level be that fun please?” only to be met with a level that was below my already low expectations. Simply put, I’d say about 60% of levels were meh, 20% were good, and 20% were horrible.

Hover
I’ve invested a good chunk of hours into the game, and I feel pretty confident in this review. Hover : Revolt of Gamers isn’t Jet Set Radio Future. In some ways, it’s actually better. It’s a great game and something I’d consider a huge Kickstarter success.
There are a lot of comparisons to be made between Hover (and let’s be serious, Hover : Revolt of Gamers is a terribly long title) and the cult classic Jet Set Radio, but I’ll get to that in the second paragraph. If you’re not familiar with Jet Set Radio, it was a game for the Sega Dreamcast that focused on cartoony graphics, groovy sounds, and spraying graffiti while skating around. Jet Set Radio Future was the sequel to that game with faster paced gameplay, simplified mechanics, and a generally better, bigger, and more featured world. Hover borrows heavily from Jet Set Radio Future and Mirror’s Edge while mixing in its own flair, and the result is surprisingly polished from such a small developer.

tl;dr: If you like Mirrors Edge, Jet Set Radio, or any parkour game, you will love this game!
The main aspect of this game is the parkour and thankfully it works almost perfectly where moving around and gaining/losing momentum all feels very natural. Jumping as a function feels very easy to get used to and easy to control. One thing I would change about the jumping mechanic is when a player crouch jumps off a wall. It feels as though if slightly more momentum was maintained after a wall-jump it could open new routes of exploration for players. Other than that, the jumping is practically flawless in terms of momentum. Perhaps some blur effects around the edges of the screen when a player is going at maximum speed could be added to give a sensation of speed, but that’s not necessarily important in terms of how the character moves.
