Digital Zoo Gallery

This is a pretty amazing concept for an art gallery. There are three sections: the dinosaurs, the aquarium and the art gallery. The dinosaur exhibit was awesome, like Jurassic Park, only with added art. The jungle was lush, the dino animations were pretty cool, and it’s tied with the aquarium as my favorite.

The aquarium starts you off in a smallish exhibit room with some animated and static artworks. You can then explore the aquarium room and tunnel to your heart’s content. Honestly, this looks amazing and better than some diving games I’ve played.

Beautiful, relaxing and uplifting.

I thoroughly enjoyed spending 30 minutes exploring the 3 different areas today.

My only criticism at this stage - please add some more music for each environment; although the tracks are a very good fit, because they are short they quickly become repetitive, and even in my short visit today were starting to become irritating which really detracts from the experience. Adding just a few more tracks to each area would solve that.

I hope that you continue to expand the art and areas.

Isles of Pangaea

Isles of Pangaea

Pretty unique little dinosaur simulator as it has some choices not usually found in dinosaur sims.

Isles of Pangaea has dinosaurs such as dimetrodon, sarcosuchos, archelon, and compsognathus…yup, that’s right, the tiny lizards from Jurassic Park: Lost World…few dino games offer this dinosaur to play with.

In fact, you start off the game with a choice of either Compsognathus or Pteranodon…or Archelon or Oviraptor…and you earn evolution points by eating (DO YOU GET POINTS BY KILLING)…

I have tried the other dinosaur games i have found on steam. Such as Saurian and prehistoric survivors. i don’t play multiplayer so i don’t know what those games are like. But if you want a single player dino game then get this one. Aquatic and flying dinosaurs are playable and you can be a stegosauras that alone is worth my money

Information / Review English

Prehistoric Marine Monsters is a simulation MMO that was developed by ‘Kill On Sight’ Game development and is still in the development phase.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kxq07Elw7_4

Gameplay / Story

At the beginning of the game you choose from three different types of underwater inhabitants: fish, reptile or mammal. There are also categories which differ in the species such as: Dunkleoseus, Megalodon, Ichtiyosaurus, Liopleudrodon, Mosasaurus, Tylosaurus and Acrophyseter. Each type has advantages and disadvantages. You create your avatar and adapt it to your preferences. And then the adventure starts from the bird’s eye view and we find ourselves in nowhere in the great ocean. Soon we find some sunken boats, crashed remains of planes or simply stone pillars, which used to belong to cities. Our sea creatures will soon get hungry and we will have to look for food. Fortunately, there are enough other animals in the ocean that like to end up as a meal. But you have to keep in mind that everyone starts small, so you should choose your prey carefully and consider whether you should mess with an animal that is twice as large or look for something else. The models look great and you can see the attention to detail there. If you find another player, you can chat with him or even fight a duel, which is deliciously rewarded after the victory. The meat of the hunted prey tastes all the better. When you’re out and about in groups, it’s all the more fun. The controls still need a suitable fine-tuning, as it looks a bit fiddly and the game world could also be filled up so that it comes across even more lively. The developers are very active and you can find them on the servers, but questions can also be answered via Discord.

Dinosaur Fossil Hunter: Prologue

Dinosaur Fossil Hunter: Prologue

This exceeded my expectations, and was very satisfying to play. For a free to play demo, I think this is great for a sim. A nice backstory, and a great taste of the full game. The idea of going from GPR to dig, encasing the fossils, shipping them, THEN cleaning the bones and building the displays was the entire spectrum, and it’s hands-on, not teleporting to the site. You have to drive there, set up the perimeter, and dig that stuff out yourself! Inspect what you dig, encase it in plaster, put it in the case, ship it, it’s the entire process, and that’s what I want in a sim. Also, you get achievements for a demo! One of them is still vexing me, but I’ll get it. Photos in the slideshow have images not in this prologue, but there is plenty here for an afternoon of fun, and I’m going to purchase day one. There’s a bit of noise about the lack of an avatar driving the car, but that is not an issue for me, and will likely be fixed in the full release of the game. Perhaps if/when gender and identity issues come up, but honestly there is no spoken dialogue, and gender-neutrality should be important in a game like this. Put tinted windows on the dang car, with a shadow, and it’s not an issue. There is enough depth and flexibility in gameplay for me.

Nauseatingly bad.

–-

Don’t get me wrong, there’s a good idea for a young children’s game here. Visually it’s interesting and there’s an attempt at adding variety with mini-games.

Unfortunately everything about it is just done poorly. The controls are slippery with a terrible lag even after turning up mouse acceleration. The camera is nauseating and just kind of floats and drifts, not always in the direction you wanted to go. I can’t go more than a few minutes without a glitch either visually or functionally, with something getting stuck on something or something falling through something. I’ve seen amateur games with more polish and less problems.

Well, I was going to say this was a decent if cheesy game…then I died and discovered the hidden, completely broken P2W cash shop you need to buy more lives in that others have mentioned. Hello to starting a new save and just replaying past missions on higher difficulty to rack up a few hours of play time instead.

If you’re still curious about DHL it’s an arcade on-rails timed animal shooter that badly shows its age in the visual and audio departments, nothing more. Usually every 15 to 20 levels you’ll face a boss animal, beating that will unlock a new area for you to rinse and repeat in, just with one or two new “legendary” animals. Provided you get killed in the T-Rex boss fight (yes, really) in the second area like I did, you can expect about an hour twenty of gameplay for your cash.

Considering I purchased this game for a little over a dollar, It’s not bad really. My main issue with this game is that it doesn’t come with sound. You have to manually download the “wrap_oal” zip file, move it to the games folder, extract here, etc.

Changed the review to positive, the dev fixed a lot of the issues I mentioned.

Like yeah the AI is still basic, its a bit asset reliant (the zombies used for the corpses for example) and it could still use a bit of optimization on some sections but it’s a single dev and I absolutely didn’t know he was working alone when I made my review.

The only thing that really annoy me rn is that if you shoot a dinosaur in the head from behind, the hit will not register as a headshot, so you will have to shoot him another time from the front to kill him and that’s pretty risky.

this game is a very amazing dino shooting/horror game because of the whole inventory system and the way the dinosaurs die but there is one fault, when you go to the last stand area with the other survivors you have two choices: fight alongside with them against the endless amount of raptors and die or blow a hole in the wall so everyone can escape with a C4. i chose option 2 but when i detonated the C4 there was no hole in the wall at all and there was not a single scratch on it it was still in perfect condition and no matter what the wall can take 4 C4’s and still stay in one piece so i restarted the game and got back to where i was and when i detonated the C4 it still stood in one piece so can you please fix that? it would help me so much in the game if you do that. but other than the whole C4 not doing any damage to the wall thing i would definitely recommend this to other players.

Jurassic Architect

Jurassic Architect

The earth has been deteriorating more and more for many years. The development of civilization has depleted most of the earth, and the sky no longer lets in as much sun as it used to. The only solution was to combine the forces of the world’s greatest powers and the construction of a portal that would allow humanity to once again move to the times of natural fertility. Unfortunately, not everyone can get there. First of all, it will be necessary to send appropriate groups of people who will build and secure the settlement in order to be able to attract more people to it over time.

When creating our settlement, we must remember to provide it with all the necessary resources. The areas from this era provide not only various rock deposits, but also ideal conditions for renewable energy sources or soil for numerous crops.

It is only up to you what kind of people you want to create a new civilization from. Qualified scientists, soldiers, mechanics, farmers - there is a job for everyone if you provide them with a roof over their heads.

This era provides plenty of essential resources, but the presence of dinosaurs is not always positive. Some of them can be harnessed to work in mining, others can be ridden or placed in arenas to the delight of the inhabitants, but you have to defend yourself against others, constantly strengthening the fortifications of your settlement.

Lead a group of colonizers and create a new civilization in the age of the dinosaurs. The fate of mankind depends only on you!
