Bunny Factory

Bunny Factory

Puzzle pastime game, same style as the previous one: “Kick it Bunny”, here too the protagonists are these cute little mischievous bunnies who sometimes even kick themselves.

The graphics are cute in cartoon style, and the third-person visibility, so you always see where you are moving, there’s no danger of getting stuck with your avatar.

PLOT

We are in a large factory that produces robots, but unfortunately everything is stopped, nothing works, to reactivate production it is necessary to do an initial configuration of all the control modules scattered in the various locations of the factory.

QB Planets

QB Planets

Tilt 5 gift and I will have fun playing this AR style.

The puzzles are interesting. I felt like the first two planets should have fewer levels just to let you get to the more interesting added elements in planets 3 and 4 sooner. Or, allow a percentage complete to unlock the next planet.

I can imagine the complexity of the possible rotations makes it difficult to gauge (or calculate) the requirements for the medals. Some were just hard enough, some were a good challenge (the 10 second level), but many I was surprised I could solve in very few rotations compared to the minimum goal. Early days, so I’m guessing this gets “balanced” as telemetry shows minimums and averages.

Fun puzzle game. Not enough levels to warrant a lot of playtime, but unique enough to enjoy the challenge. Received for free for preordering Tilt Five, curious to see how this plays in AR.

my full play through here once it uploads (first youtuber to beat it?): https://youtu.be/KvQM9L30mf8

Fun game and absolutely nothing rage inducing about it. The game is short but it can take forever. I liked the little easter egg you could find as well. IF you beat the game it does feel rewarding and you can definitely tell your improving as you play. The music is super nice and relaxing as well plus the pill is doing his best to save the man with the most F**ED up teeth in the world.

Planet Hotpot

Planet Hotpot

Still very rough around the edges, I believe in the next few months there’ll be a lot of improvements in the interface and depth of the game. For now, it plays smooth and has a well-defined gameplay loop (kill aliens, get powerups, kill aliens better).

I do recommend this game, but make no mistake this IS very early access at the moment so best not to go in expecting a complete game.

Now and again you come across an indie game that is so bad, so terribly made that it goes through the arse end of “terrible” and comes out being fun to play. ‘Planet Hotpot’ is one of those games. From the terrible controls to the basic graphics and truly laughable enemies, but it is mad as a box of frogs to play but oddly is so bad it becomes fun! The enemies fly around and glitch out as if they are supposed to do so and the action is relentless. But there seems to be no point to the game other than surviving as long as you can! At least it only costs a few quid and I am not quite sure why I even want to recommend this game, but I am. Maybe I have become so immune to the crap VR games Steam pumps out that I have finally lost my mind.

The king is gone

The king is gone

Let me start by saying that this game could have potential and i was really curious to try it intrigued by the trailer, unfortunately only later i realized the whole game is right to that trailer.

I’m a lover of endless games, roguelike, dungeon crawler and any game that has puzzle elements, but this “The king is gone” reaches monotony very quickly.

Gameplay is very limited and flat, you can’t move or interact with anything around you, you can simply watch around while the character walks automatically for a short distance before arriving to a room where you must choose which door to open, so the only input available is the left click mouse.

A hermit crab is finding a house

A hermit crab is finding a house

A rage inducing puzzle in a good way.

Just 30 levels but I had to restart several of the levels many, many times before I figured out the solutions.

Don’t press Escape to return to the menu - the menu just freezes and you have to kill the game and restart to proceed.
