Seven Bullets Zombie Apocalypse

Seven Bullets Zombie Apocalypse

Searching for a cure for cancer, scientists suddenly invented a virus that they hope will help to rid the world of this terrible disease. But the virus suddenly began to resurrect the dead and turn people into zombies.

Now the world is overwhelmed by a zombie epidemic. All inhabitants of the Earth have become the aggressive dead cannibals. You are left all alone but you have your trusty rifle and a clip with several bullets. Try to survive in the ruins of civilization, infested with the zombies. Run as far as possible, kill enemies along the way, collect coins to expand the clip to seven rounds and customize your hero. And try to survive as long as possible.

Seven Bullets is an endless side scrolling zombie shooting game in which you blast multiple types of zombies, from runners to tanks to even Pogo Stick zombies. It’s a fun, colourful game with upbeat music to keep you energized, It can be slightly repetitive, however by having many different enemies, each with their own quirk, a three part customizable character, and slightly different gameplay each time I start, this game is well worth the money.

The only annoyance I have is that the game doesn’t tell you how much you get from coins or if you even get coins when killing zombies. That and the 300 death achievement. That thing took ages, it’d be nice if there was a death counter telling us how many times we’ve died.

So I have played this game quite a bit now, and I must say I’m kinda impressed. I mean I went in not really expecting much but I was greeted with a really well rounded game. Haven’t in my 90 minutes of play time run in any gamebreaking bugs, so real good job there! Sure there could be made quite a few quality of life improvements but for it’s price it’s a really neet little game! If you have some spare money on steam definitely give this game a go :).

This game gives me nostalgic feelings. It’s a game of which it reminds me of the good old flash game era. The game itself is quite challenging as each round get significantly harder. It’s still in its early stages but I expect a lot more content in the future. Therefore I recommend this game to the people who are bored and seek a nostalgic feeling.

Zombie Kill of the Week - Reborn

Zombie Kill of the Week has a very nice developer, let’s start with that.

The guy keeps updates rolling in and provides reasons when he can’t.

Seems like a nice guy and when a nice guy makes a game, you really can’t complain about that aspect.

The game is pretty simple.

You start with a pistol and a katana. X amount of zombies will spawn and you kill them, get money, get a small chance for power ups. Spend money on random weapons in a fridge or to open doors. At lvl 20 you can use it to buy power ups aswell. Bosses will spawn, different enemies, more enemies etc etc. Lots of weapons to unluck with credits which you earn throughout the entire game.

TL:DR - Buy for the multiplayer, otherwise buy it at a discount price for singleplayer. This game can get addicting once you are a few waves in and is better with other players.

  • Nice pixel work

  • Addictive

  • Multiplayer

  • Workshop

  • Character customisation

  • No explanation of what power-up does what

  • Lack of multiplayer rooms

  • Music gets annoying after some time

I really like this game, it is addicting yet simple. Singplayer is ok, more fun when you find a bot or two to help you last longer. I figured out what some power-ups do, some are simple to understand but others may take some time to actually click with your mind on what they do.

IN A WORD: COMPELLING

Dead Pixels is a side-scrolling survival/shooter with some lite-RPG elements set in a zombie apocalypse. You take control of a human survivor making their way to safety through undead filled streets of a city. The basic aim of the game depends on the game mode.

There are three game modes; The main mode is your standard Escape the hordes. Survival is an arena mode where by you have to survive countless waves of hordes. Timed attack is a variant of Survival where by you must last as long as you can. You need to either; get from one side of the street to the other until you reach the end or kill as many zombies as you can. The number of streets to traverse depends on the difficulty setting.

its fun if you like the way it plays out. every zombie you come across was not meant to be killed. as the ammo count shows. the decisions you make with your ammo and your upgrades are a major game changer. With little ammo you have to find ways to let that ammo help you get to the next store. for the first few streets you could easily just walk through, though this is a good thing as it lets you stock up and sell the loot for more money and prepare for the real issues like the faster zombies which chip away at your health and the hordes that spawn when the rats run past. the extremely fast zombie is one that may seem impossible to beat but remember its not about beating the zombies its about surviving. so its best to just throw down a firework and run as fast as possible to the next road when he spawns, so save your fireworks.

I really like this game… and what it makes it special for me.

What makes it extra special is that I have met the people behind the game.

This gives me total picture for the game and the people behind it.

Guns, Gore & Cannoli is a 2D zombie Shoot ‘Em Up indie game. As you might expect, it includes guns, gore and, you guessed it, cannoli. Vinnie, who has a mission in Thugtown, is one of the rare humans still in town. Zombies are all around it, but luckily, he gets a few guns to fight them. And man, was that a fun fight!

You want ups and downs, right? There you go:

Pros:

  • Despite its style, this game actually has a really good story. I don’t want to spoil it, but it exceeded my expectations. The story is evolving, more people are getting involved in the story …

Once Upon A Death

Once Upon A Death

Once upon a death is a necromancy themed resource management clicker.

The idea is innovative and I love the art style, but the gameplay is terrible, you’re essentially just idling as you create zombies and then smashing them into castle after castle.

I can’t tell if the game wants to be a clicker or an idler, but it does both terribly, the zombie summon rate is incredibly slow with no way to increase it, but it has no window mode and will pause if you minimize the game.

Upgrades to zombies take time, you can only upgrade one and a time, and there’s no queue system so you have to be watching it constantly. There’s no audio cue when a new batch of zombies are created so you need to check that regularly too. This means you are essentially clicking a few times, then waiting 10~20 seconds and repeating the process a few thousand times. Ridiculously repetitive as you will need at least 100 level 3 zombies for the final castle.

This game is okay, but has issues with balance, and is boring, anything past the second settlement and the fun goes down because it is very repetitive. I cannot recommend it currently.

Post Soviet Zombies

The discount price worth the gameplay and content…but is it any good? well, not really, there’s few Hero to choose from and they have their own traits, passives and active ability

But what this game seriously lack is the Inability to play different Hero in different save slots….so you need to stick to one dude until you finished the whole game….

4.5/10 on sale ( unless you want a 100% perfect game on the list )

So boring

Trust me, is hard to even persuade yourself to get 100% Achievements Completion on this game …also it don’t count as a “100% completion game if you got it on a sale…

Sarcophag

Sarcophag

Surprisingly not removed from Steam yet, Sarcophag is an achievement spam (5000 achievements for loading the game!) match-3 game/ripoff of Bejewelled.

This one is particularly bad, it doesn’t even have a working fullscreen mode, and features only very basic matching with no tricks or special blocks. You can play better match-3 games for free on mobile or in a web browser, so I can’t recommend anyone pays for this.

tldr; achievement spam bare-bones bejeweled type game. Will crash steam client and game a few times.

Similar to a bejeweled type of game, this bare-bones game is really just an achievement dump and trading card grab. There are so many achievements pinging at once, in fact, it crashed my steam client an temporarily froze the game. You’ll likely find yourself starting a new game once or twice if you’re on that achievement hunt because of this. Unlike similar achievement-spam type games, like Zup or Oik Memory, there really isn’t any reason to replay the game (there are better “just for quick funsies” type mindless games), so you’ll uninstall afterwards and never look back.

I simply love these games :)

And for this one in particular I could swear I played it also on Kongregate years ago but I can remember wrong..

Anyways, they always manage to amuse me a lot and keep me addicted with their mechanics and their upgrade systems!

Basically it’s a 2D shooter: you’re on the roof of a building in the very left side of the screen and from the right one there will be waves of zombies (not only zombies of course!) that you have to kill.

Each level can be completed with 3 stars, you earn money and points useful to upgrade in various ways you and your ally (with both the usual weapon upgrades - damage, reload time, fire rate and such - and also “broad” permanent upgrades: increase your chance to get critical hits, to earn more money, reduces cooldowns of your special abilities like the grenade and so on).

A nice time killer which came from mobiles.

Obviously, it was inspired by Kingdom Rush. Same menus, style, enemies and etc.. but it’s not a TD game. It’s an acrade game with the easiest gameplay ever.

Zombies attack city. You are the HERO. enemies come from right side of the screen and you stand on level side. Point by mouse and click for attack. Kill all zombies to pass the level.

Between level you can spend some diamonds to learn new skills and gold for improving your heroes. There are 3 heroes, 1 used manually and other attack automatically. Also, there are 3 active abilities. That’s all game.
