Undead Menace
I bought the game on the very first day of release and did not regret it. Good game, time flies very quickly in it. I rarely play 2D platformers, but this game impressed me. The sounds and plot of the game are very pleasant. simple interface and cool optimization. I recommend buying!

Spooky Mahjong
Spooky Mahjong - A quirky Halloween-themed Mahjong, graphically well done plus a good soundtrack.
For those who have never played Mahjong, it will figure it out very quickly.

PIVO
Fun yet challenging game. Cheerful looking and easy to learn the controls. Have not finished it yet but I’m looking forward to see how it ends.

Very interesting and challenging spacial puzzle, with a good story line but using very minimal words. As previously mentioned, the controls are a bit hard to get used to, but not terrible. Puzzles are clever, and take some imagination to figure out what to do in order to achieve your objectives - either reaching the end of the level, or collecting all the coins first. Since the camera is fixed, sometimes the coins are well-hidden, but the level-select entrance tells you how many coins are available, so you can search for them if you are lacking some when you reach the end of the level. I would love to see another game with this same premise, it is interesting and not over-used (I can think of only The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds and Paper Mario, for example). Also, very reasonably priced for a short puzzle game (note that I bought it on sale 50% off); I’m not certain exactly how many levels there are, but I believe I am at least halfway, after an hour’s play time.

Leaper
Classic 2d arcade. Leapen is short and easy game with pixel graphics and 8bit music. There are 8 levels that are almost the same. This game trains your reaction, but there are other games that do it better.

A cool game to pass the time. I remembered Geometry dash in terms of the fact that only jumps can be controlled. The game is made in a pixel style, you need to collect all the apples for the door to the next level to appear. There are even very amusing levels in which you need to catch good timing. Quite good

The Legend of Bean
The Legend of Bean is a rather good RPG/adventure game on the RPGMaker format.
Not quite innovative, especially the storyline, but with a fair gameplay. At no point I felt lost like not knowing where to head to.
I appreciate that after the main quest is completed you can still travel through the whole game world in order to defeat other bosses and eventually get a 100% achievements.
I don’t care if the grammar isn’t perfect, I’m not expecting the same language level as in a book. Dialogues are perfectly understandable and that’s enough for that kind of games.

The Legend of Bean is a nice, short and funny little RPG-Maker game.
While the English tranlation is poor, it’s still understandable and quite funny. The game comes at a cheap price and is worth what it’s asking for.
You play with a group of three people, and the battle system is quite uniqe. It’s fast paced, so you can do the battles really quickly. It took me about 9 hours to finish the game. After clearing the main story, you can still keep on playing, fighting some newly spawned bosses, some of them a little challenging. The good thing is, you don’t need to grind a lot, there is a merchant that sells big bags of experience!

Rogues Adventure
Rogues Adventure (Tiny Adventure?) is one of literally thousands of 2D retro pixel platformers infesting Steam. This one has you jumping around maze-like 2D puzzle levels collecting coins etc. The usual.
They chose to use obsolete retro pixel “art” as a substitute for contemporary PC graphics. It’s unclear if this is due to lack of budget or talent, regardless, the overall visual quality of the game is extremely low as a result. Resolution and controls are locked. These flaws push this game far below minimum acceptable standards for PC.

Blood Drop
“Silent Pill City, Friday October 15, 1999. While Dr. Slaveman is working on an unknown virus in the laboratories of the Parasol Corporation, he accidentally finds himself infected. Blood Drop puts you in the shoes of a drop of tainted blood whose quest is to create an army to take over the world. Zombification seen from the inside!"
Blood Drop is a competitive, speedrun-focused 2D platformer with online leaderboards where only the fastest players can claim to be there. With a nervous gameplay set against a humorous universe, Blood Drop is currently in early access and active development on PC for the moment.
You will have to explore, collect the DNA items to unlock all the levels, and find the fastest paths to the end. A charming organic bestiary awaits you on your quest to zombify the world, and it’s not going to make it any easier for you. Sometimes you will come across small bacteria which will become your allies and which you can control in order to help you accomplish your task.
Crazy Archery
so easy .. i want more levels and dificulty

Crazy Archery is actually one of the funnest games I’ve played so far in 2019 and that’s no joke. There’s just something extremely satisfying about accidentally pegging someone in the neck with an arrow while you’re under a time limit and trying to solve a puzzle. Or pulling back the bow for one more attempt only to find out you’re out of arrows and have to start all over (but you just figured the puzzle out).
Also, the game is really cheap for what you get in return. Frankly, I haven’t enjoyed a puzzle game this much in a very long time and I hope more people find this wonderful little game.

In The Shadows
I saw this game at a student developer showing at a college in Montreal some time ago and was very impressed so when I saw it on Steam I had to try it out. The game is very good, the story, design and game play are very well thought out. I am a big fan of unique puzzle games, kind of tired of the same stuff so I look for more original designs and this one fits the bill with a nice light and shadow based game play that adds new concepts as you go through the levels to keep it interesting, even to the point where I would have liked to see even more levels with certain mechanics (like the movement of the sun or the shadow mirroring levels). Given this it must also be noted that there are some issues which I am sure could have been polished with more time. The controls are less responsive than ideal (mainly the jumping), there were some glitches where I had to restart the level as my shadow no longer jumped, the respawn points were often off leaving you in an area that forced a level restart plus a few other minor bugs. None of these really were much of an issue though, so I still really recommend trying it out.

In the Shadows is a little gem of an indie game!
I really enjoyed the pixel art and animation in this puzzle game.
Clearly a lot of time and effort was put into the visual aesthetic and soundtrack and it makes for a very atmospheric experience.
Most puzzles are a joy to figure out, but I did run into 2 or 3 that required too specific a timing and execution to complete for my taste.
Overall however the levels never outstay their welcome, on top of that all of them are nicely varied and beautifully detailed.
