ASTRA

ASTRA

A.S.T.R.A. - a game made in 2D hand-drawn graphics, which is a collection of various mini-games in different genres.

Do you like exciting arcade games, set a new record, and pain in your eyes? Then I suggest giving this game a try!

ASTRA - artificial intelligence that controls the system in the computer space, which was captured by the virus “B” , the purpose of which is complete destruction of the OS. From time to time he will get in touch and try to do something wrong. You take on the role of a simple user facing an infection. Your goal is clear - reset the system by destroying the virus. However, the virus encrypts all the data from your eyes and does not allow it to be done so easily, and in addition, it takes a fee for each action with an impromptu currency, which will have to be earned in games in various genres. Choose a game, buy it, wait for it to load and voila! It’s on your desktop. Everything is almost like in life.

Several mini-games are waiting for you, which will definitely not let you get bored, and will challenge you to a new record.

In Platform Hero you have to literally survive using a grappling hook and a firearm, clinging to platforms. But this will not last long: the hook does not hold up, and the platform keeps dropping. It’s time to catch on to another, but no matter how it is: the enemy is moving towards the hero. It’s time to use your weapon.

Another mini-game in the space network is Planetoids . The goal is the same - to get points, simultaneously destroying asteroids. Here you have complete control over the ship, and the asteroids themselves are split into pieces, which can be caught game over once again.

Dino Island - a runner in which you play as a dinosaur. You have to jump over stones and trees and periodically turn into a pterodactyl, also flying around obstacles.

Stint: Rift Apart

Stint: Rift Apart

Hey there! I am Stint, a connoisseur of vintage games. After another raid on a flea market, I returned with a wonderful loot - an unusual CD that caught my attention with it’s unusual cover. The monster, poorly drawn on paper, seemed to come to life for a moment while I was digging through the piles of junk. That’s interesting…

A platformer that promises action, shooting, lots of puzzles and unstoppable fun is a good choice for the night, according to the description. I had hardly ran the console, when the glitch appeared. It’s hard to say how many mistakes were made in the game’s code, but at some point i found myself inside the game’s world!

A challenging game, but that’s the point. Glad to see the dev is constantly working on improving the game.

I bought this game after finishing Another Warfare. The game is neither hard, nor easy. That is a really good thing for a platformer. I, personally, enjoyed, but the words made me feel like that I was trapped in a body that is under influence of people who are insulting him. And in the end we are, finally, able to set ourselves free. I kinda felt happy when I finished the game. But it could be much longer.

I think a level counter should be in game. Because if you don’t check your achievements, you can’t learn which level you are playing. The game is short, but that should have been added in the first place.

I really liked the concept of the game. I wanted to play more stages. With intriguing atmosphere and pleasant music, it is an easy game to learn and difficult to master. The aesthetics of the game evolves as the stage progresses, the experience was short but recommended.

Rad Rocket

Rad Rocket

Hear ye, hear ye! Hear the news… and despair! For the robots have acquired rockets!

This is very much a fun, although frustrating game! The style is pretty memorable and reminds me of Borderlands. Controls are somewhat tricky in the beginning though I picked ‘em up quickly enough. The collisions/mouse are sometimes a bit finicky still, though maybe this is more of a ‘git gud’ aspect than an actual complaint :P

I’m definitely failing/falling often, most of the times by attempting to grab the collectible hats (which are very cute!) but the smooth smooth soundtrack helps rein in the frustration… No, seriously, the jazz is smoother than a baby’s bottom. Each time I go up again, though, I get a little bit better, a little bit faster, so I’d say this game also has lots of speed run potential! All in all, a pretty great game for a solid price!

60 minute review (in-depth review will follow after 10 hours)!

This game! It’s funny, it’s frustrating but mostly it’s frustratingly funny!

First experience:

After 60 minutes all I can say is: “FFFFFFFFFFuuuuudge” since I dropped down again after a brutal climb where I eventualy panicked from making the right move/jump!

And what do you get for it as a reward? A hat and a 300 meter drop back to the start.

Silver lining: Atleast you will develop the needed skills for that first part pretty fast.

Game looked crisp. Big step up from Lion Quest graphically. Checkpoints more unforgiving than Lion Quest, albeit this is much shorter in total length. It’s free, give it a try. If you like it, then try Lion Quest while waiting for infinity. Looking forward to Lion Quest Infinity where hopefully we get some wild Jefferson infinity loop with like a Jefferson vortex and spinning Jeffersons everywhere. Hopefully the main game hub in infinity is a bit more user friendly than lion quest at least make it like a to z/left to right to access the levels

great game so far, movement really enters a new dimension of fun once you unlock some of the upgrades. art looks sick and the structure is great

Real player with 4.6 hrs in game

This game is really cool! Props to the developer for making such an interesting world to explore. The creepy/beautiful art is honestly a treat to look at. so much of the odd little art littering the game is fun to take in. some of the characters are cute(sleepy fox 3), some are pretty normal, and others straight up give me chills! the characters even react to your progress and move spots around the map to talk to each other, giving the world an alive feeling.

the backgrounds are really well done, especially beautiful later (lookin at you Spec). But wow! can you believe this is all hand drawn?
