you want to play a randomly generated runner game? this one is the perfect fit. you gain abilities, based on how many levels you’ve beaten and how many coins you’ve collected, to be able to purchase better versions of your abilities. like more hover time, a doublejump recharging more quickly, a jetpack or being able to shoot more bullets in the shooting sections. progress feels great! and the 3 castles are HUGE. was very fun to explore and play through those, but be sure to have all the necessary upgrades for it, otherwise you won’t be able to complete them. you unlock abilities before you hit a dead end, usually these abilities allow you to clear the castles. sometimes i’d say it is better to upgrade these abilities a bit first, as that will make the castles much easier. so play until you hit the gate, before you do the castles. that worked very well for me.

CreatorCrate
This game has incredible movement with a super fun momentum based physics system and I absolutely love it. It has been incredibly satisfying to improve at this game and experiment with all the various items and techniques as well as game modes. The base game is not overly difficult so it’s fairly easy to get in to and there are quite a few compelling alternate game modes.
I give this game a huge recommend and I believe it deserves way more attention than what it has gotten. If you are into movement games, roguelites or platformers of any kind creatorcrate highly worth checking out.

Rise 2.0
Nice and simple game, great music and concept. It would be a very good game for its scale if it got some more polish in the way how the controls work and how the game communicates its concepts.
Some feedback for the developer(s):
- To jump I drag my mouse pointer and that’s fine. What’s weird is that it seems like the game tracks not how I drag the pointer on the screen, but how it moves in the game world. Meaning that if i fall down my arrow starts pointing down and I have to cancel my attempt.

Huckleberry Fields Forever
A priceless painting has been stolen, and the only ones who can find it are Huckleberry Fields and his friends. Huckleberry Fields Forever is a platformer mystery mashup: think platformers (Super Mario World, Sonic The Hedgehog, etc.) mixed with mystery exploration games (Where In The World Is Carmen Sandiego), all procedurally generated.
Chase thieves around the globe. 50+ real-world locations. Hundreds of levels.
Interview witnesses. Gather clues. Eliminate suspects.
Awesome co-op platforming action.
-
Mystery platformer: Classic 2D platforming action mixed with mystery and exploration. Was the thief bald? Did he wear glasses? He went boating on the Spree–where’s that? (If your geography is rusty, don’t worry, press pause and check the handy in-game reference.)
-
Travel the world: Catch a flight to anywhere on the globe open-world-style and visit hundreds of levels across over 50 real-world locations.
-
Procedurally generated: Each case is procedurally generated from meticulously handcrafted components, including the overworld maps, levels, and even the suspects.
-
Exploration: Secret exits, hidden rooms, invisible blocks, special items. Keep your eyes open because there’s a lot to find and discover in each and every level.
Hidden in each level are witnesses and clues. Find them to figure out what the thief looks like and where they went. Or get distracted earning coins to spend in shops, riding motorcycles, completing outdoor patches (sidequests), or even get a job. But don’t dally too long.
Huckleberry and friends have only 72 hours—about an hour in real time—to solve each case, which is perfect for a single play session. Play for an hour and actually accomplish something. Or binge your way through the whole multi-case story arc. That’s cool too.
Randomly generated cases and procedurally generated levels means no two cases will be the same. New suspects, new world maps, and new levels every case.
The world is packed with 100+ unique items to discover and collect over the course of your adventure. Upgradeable weapons, equippable shoes that provide new abilities, permanent skill upgrades, and even new characters and outfits are scattered throughout the world for you to find and play with.
Solve the case alone or with friends. Grab three of your closest buddies and work together to track down the thief. Or just hit each other with hammers and baseball bats in a frantic race to the level exit. Either way. It mostly depends on what kind of friends you have.
Into the Loop
A rather short, but incredibly charming, minimalist 2D platformer. A game that scratches that itch in my brain for simple, but challenging mechanics, with tight precision.
Like I said before though, the game is short, having little under 120 levels. This is only slightly remedy’d with Endless, and Speedrun mode if you’re into that sorta thing.
Overall however, it’s a good game made by one fella. The price is definitely worth it.

So about 10 minutes in, while i know isn’t much time, i can tell. this is gonna be like one of those games that is fun to watch almost like asmr, its a feel good or when you’re bored play this game. because its not action pact. its a chill, cool down game. my computer is a living toaster so it lags on it, but if i had a good PC i could play this way easier, though i dont think it needs a “lower” graphics setting. but after talking with the creator about the hand made levels and the endless mode, i think its safe to say that we can expect a lot from this game. so All in All i would say, really good job!

Kingdomonium
Kingdomonium is an indie medieval procedurally generated side-scrolling real time strategy game. Build up and command your medieval kingdom to explore and conquer the land. The game at its roots is a real time strategy game with the unique mechanic of playing as a side-scrolling 2D platformer. You play within a procedurally generated sandboxed open world environment which allows activities such as foraging, chopping, digging, mining, building, fishing, sailing, exploring, strategic combat and many more!
So what’s so special about this game?
Most traditional real time strategy games play from a top-down perspective. Kingdomonium plays as a side-scrolling 2D platformer. This combined with the fact that the world you play in is procedurally generated with aspects of destructible terrain makes for some very intriguing and enjoyable gameplay!
What can I do in this game and what is the end goal?
The game allows you to take command of a medieval kingdom. You give orders to various constituent units (some of which are mentiond below) to perform tasks such as foraging, chopping, digging, mining, building, fishing, sailing, exploring and tactical combat. There are many goals in the game but the main overarching one is to expand your kingdom and take over as much land as possible. Other goals include exploration, finding rare items, overcoming various obstacles and enemies and many more.
What commandable characters or units are in the game?
Below are some of the basic units planned in the game. Of course this is only a small sample. There will be many others and advanced versions of these below in the final game!
#### Villager
Villagers are the heartbeat of the kingdom. They perform a multitude of tasks such as wood-cutting, mining, building and crafting. Without them the kingdom cannot function
#### Swordsman
The short swordsman is a staple infantry unit. Although basic they are a formidable force to be reckoned with when commanded in groups for close range melee battle
#### Archer
The archer is another staple infantry unit. They are very effective for planning strategic range attacks and defending the kingdom from higher vantage points and gaurd towers
#### Knight
The knight is a more capable, experienced and equipped infantry unit. They possess a great amount of armour and durability as well as quicker attack times and greater hit-point damage
#### Cavalry
The cavalry are highly durable and effecient combat units. They possess a great amount of stamina and hit-point damage against any opposition as well as having the ability to traverse vast distances quickly
#### Priest
Priests can heal wounded units as well as cast spells against the enemy during battle. In addition to these they also possess further mystical powers yet to be revealed
#### Catapult
The catapult is a basic artillery combat unit. Highly advantageous for launching ranged attacks with large splash damage. Especially useful for destroying buildings and other structures
#### Transport Ship
The transport ship is essential for moving troops, equipment and supplies across sea to neighboring lands
Auto Mechanic
Poorly made asset flip.
– Real player with 0.1 hrs in game
Auto Mechanic is another GameMaker Studio asset flip from serial copy+paste infringers, GreatHopeStudio. All these guys do is rip off game templates and projects from the Yoyogames/GameMaker Studio store, change the name and a few cosmetic details, and try to scam people into paying for someone else’s work on Steam. They have run asset flip scams dozens of times, and this is no exception. It’s nothing but a cash grab.
This time they’ve ripped off a basic template for a 2D retro pixel action puzzle game where you must jump between various spinning wheels by choosing the right time to jump. GreatHopeStudio slapped a few badly done car themed assets onto the template. I’ve seen a number of games flipped from this Yoyogames tutorial/demo. Asset flips and other “Fake games” (as Valve calls them) are harmful to the industry, because they pollute the marketplace and reduce the visibility and exposure needed by genuine indie developers.

Cosmophage
Love this game. Does a great job of easing you into a chaotic bullet hell. The music makes it feel that much more intense which puts a unique and needed flare to the genre. Challenging, but rewarding!

Gunslugs 3:Rogue Tactics
Disclaimer: won this game in a competition, so I didn’t pay for it, but did not receive it in exchange for this review.
Excellent randomly generated shoot ‘em up. Has stealth elements which, while not a major part of the game, do make it much more interesting than just a simple shooter. Difficult, but definitely has the “just one more go” factor. Very simple to pick up with loads to discover as you continue to play through.
Has the 8-bit feel that we expect from this dev.
