I received the full game for free through the “beat BeatBeat” Promo where if you beat the level “do my thing” on suffer you where given a free copy of the game (though you can not get it for free anymore but I bileave there will be future promotions, join the discord for more info), and I have, and will continue to, thoroughly enjoy it.

This game is difficult and doesn’t scale to well between the Resolve to Suffer difficulties (hard and super-hard), so be prepared. There is currently a level creating system were you can use your own music, create a level, and share it to steam for others to play. The level editor currently is pretty decent but I have not tested it out since any updates.

This game is actually incredibly fun, I highly recommend buying this game and supporting the people behind this because I can easily see this becoming the next big rhythm game.

Evergate

An absolutely beautiful and amazing 2D Puzzle-Platformer that I highly recommend and will now explain why I think that way.

The Music in this game is gorgeous, it just hits you emotionally at all the right moments throughout the game and its sweet story. Complimented by the games vibrant art style even before we start talking about the gameplay it really is a great experience.

The gameplay is the main reason I enjoy any game and Evergate absolutely delivers. Whether you are a casual player looking to enjoy a mostly relaxing puzzle-platformer experience, making heavy use of the slowdown mechanic to take your time thinking and lining things up how you want to. Or you are an achievement hungry completionist looking for some interesting challenges, or maybe you love just seeing how fast you can beat each level, using the in-game time to be able to track your bests on each stage, Evergate’s open-ended puzzle design and optional collectables gives each of these playstyles something to enjoy.

Evergate was recommended to me as the newest indie platformer for people who enjoy games like Celeste and Hollow Knight. :-)

I really liked it and can definitely recommend it. The goal of the game is basically to connect a number of level “items” in the correct order and way to reach the goal. The “items” you activate with your beam will give your character varying abilities (e.g. they launch you up or give you a double jump) and the underlying mechanics are all interesting and feel satisfying to use. It is not only about solving the puzzles, but you also have to time and execute your solution in the right way. This is where the game becomes a platformer. I would say the platforming feels pretty well overall: it is relatively slow paced and allows you to even slow down time which fits the puzzle character of the game. This makes the gameplay feel pretty chill. You can chain moves pretty fast once you get good at the game, but it never feels like you’re in a rush. Both puzzle and platforming gameplay wise, the game provides a challenge, but is not super hard either.

Rise 2.0

Nice and simple game, great music and concept. It would be a very good game for its scale if it got some more polish in the way how the controls work and how the game communicates its concepts.

Some feedback for the developer(s):

To jump I drag my mouse pointer and that’s fine. What’s weird is that it seems like the game tracks not how I drag the pointer on the screen, but how it moves in the game world. Meaning that if i fall down my arrow starts pointing down and I have to cancel my attempt.

Weird and fun

I’ve tried all the songs in the game, it’s actually good.

Guitar solos are catchy , gameplay is quite solid.

Although the graphic is super low budget style, it looks Weird,

but I kinda like this.

Pintman:Escape the Lockdown

The pubs have closed, the kegs have run dry and the people are in despair. Guide Pintman on his journey , as he avoids monsters, the gards and a bit of d’aul covid as he searches for the fabled bottmless pint so that the pubs can be reopened, the pints will flow freely again and lockdown can be ended once and for all.

You wanna hurt yourself, play Little Cube Trip

Little cube trip is a hardcore platformer that will make you sweat. If you complete this game, it will not leave you indifferent. The plot develops in the world of program code, where the cube begins its journey. Will the little cube be able to defeat the enemies and reach the End?

Each level is filled with terrible monsters and traps that threaten the small cube with early death.
30 different levels that will not be easy for you, each one needs its own approach.
Nice player movement mechanics that will not leave you at the most important moment.
Beautiful voxel-cube graphics.
Unusual gameplay.

Be careful and vigilant, the game is more difficult than it seems.

Two Legs

Excellent hardcore platformer Two Legs. You play as a funny frog, and your main enemy is a perch, which controls robots and tries to kill you. Your task is to get to the teleport.

The game is still in Early Access and is still short. I want more hardcore.
