Angry Space Bees

Angry Space Bees

I LOVE IT! I love the classic graphics. I love the music for sure! It’s simple, elegant, and fun! My ONLY request would be to make the shooting button right-CTRL instead of left-CTRL. I can cross my arms up anyway, so it’s not a deal breaker. It’s definitely worth adding to your library.

Astro Joust

Update: I have found people to play with, and its honestly one of the most fun games on Steam. Its leaps and bounds better then the shit you see on this place. Its simple but hits right at the core of fun. The after death effects are almost more fun than trying to win. Its incredibly clever and the art is fantastic. I really hope the creator makes wallpapers available, otherwise if you screenshot the game during play it makes an instant wallpaper thats super beautiful.

While I really enjoyed the prior games by Mutant Entertainment, this one isn’t as enjoyable. I didn’t realize it was just local multiplayer until I got the game. Because of that, and lack of people to play with locally, I have been unable to even play the game until I find someone.

Astro Joust is simple and delightful. If you have an opportunity just to play some local multiplayer games, you really can’t go wrong with this. It’s not the most exciting or has super refined systems, but it’s a charming game and all elements of it are polished.

GAROU: MARK OF THE WOLVES

GAROU: MARK OF THE WOLVES

some suggestions:

key mapping A+B,A+C,A+D.. really necessary.

game’s fps has never reached 60,it should be fixed immediately.

network state,player nationality,replay,spectator mode.

when you’re in a match against someone,i want to see player ID in the game.

–——————————————————————————————————————-

☑ Garou : Mark of the Wolves, the legendary fighter finally on Steam

☑ DotEmu terrible Port with massive input lag/delay, screen freezes, audio glitches & more bugs

☑☑☑ Code Mystics remaking the port with GGPO rollback netcode and game running flawlessly stable

☑ Awesome sprites, fluid and beatiful animations

☑ Great combos & mechanics (T.O.P , feints , multiple supers for each) that aged perfectly fine

☑ Semi-Small (14 characters) but dreamlike roster

☑ Story mode , MP , Practice mode, Gallery, Leaderboards and working chievos

Was given for free. Not worth your time and money (i even forgot to close it and i got 1360 points lmao)

Move on!

Light Fighter is a Unity Asset flip from asset flippers, beans rolls. They’ve copy+pasted a Unity store asset and have put it on Steam to try to scam people into paying them for someone else’s work. This time it’s a basic minimalist 2D top down wave survival “brawler” demo, presumably to teach people how to make mobile apps or something. Resolution is locked, gameplay is laughably simple, less complex than Space Invaders, and yet here they are trying to get people’s money for this. This was dumped into DailyIndieGame bundles immediately at launch.

THE KING OF FIGHTERS XIII STEAM EDITION

THE KING OF FIGHTERS XIII STEAM EDITION

When it comes to fighting games in North America, Capcom has always been top banana. From Street Fighter to the VS series, it’s usually the Capcom games that get top billing. However, they’re definitely not the only developer with a rich history of making great fighting games. Enter SNK Playmore (formerly SNK), and the King of Fighters series. Building off their previous Fatal Fury and Art of Fighting series, KOF has a soon-to-be 20 year history, as it all started in ‘94. Does two decades of fighting game crafting experience add up to a great game, or is SNKP over the hill with their 13th entry?

Story - Fighting game/10

One of the most overlooked video games, The King of Fighters XIII is the latest entry in the now 20-years old series developed by SNK.

A complete overhaul of the 12th KoF game, KoF XIII is incredibly well-balanced (with the exception of some characters having mild advantages, like Robert or Kensou), has stunning 2D hand-drawn graphics and fantastic music (this being a staple of the series, even though it is not on par with masterpieces from ‘99 or ‘00), with a generic story, something not needed in a fighting game, unless you want to dig up this game’s tangled and confusing mess of a narrative. The in-game art is anime-y, but not “moe”, thus managing to look pleasant to the eye. Character illustrations and cutscenes are all skillfuly drawn, reminiscent of KoF XI’s in-game art.
