Song of Iron
A commendable effort from this solo dev…
First off, huge kudos to the solo dev for putting together this game alone. It’s impressive, and the fact that it’s only a solo dev behind the game should be taken into consideration when reading my review of the game. And ontop of that, the 2 BIGGEST issues that I have with this game, are completely fixable, so if the dev wants to, then they can certainly get a positive review from me once those are fixed.
Pros: #1. It looks very pretty
#2. The combat sounds and also music are on-point

An amazing and gorgeous product from a single-man production. Just take it for what it is and you’ll get a couple of enjoyable hours out of it.
- You can pick up different weapons (sword, axe, spear…) which apparently cause the same amount of damage. I just choose the one I liked the most and stayed with it until the end. Shields lose their usefulness in the second half of the game, or once you realize that offense is the best defense. They also break easily.
Bow, which is part of your initial equipment, is a welcome addition to the arsenal. It can be a powerful tool when aiming for those headshots! It’s always fun to pull on the string and drop the ones foolish enough to charge at you without a shield.

I had a lot of fun with this, a great little game with decent humour and some interesting ideas. A bargain at £0!
Look forward to more from this team.

IMPAVIDVM
Game is pretty good! It’s got a couple of bugs but that’s to be expected for early access. I am usually not very good at games like this, but as time went on I got more used to it. The puzzles are not obvious at all at first and remind me of Myst in terms of the complexity, but once you figure it out, then it ends up looking very obvious at that point forward.
Graphically, it’s very beautiful environment wise, and the character models are nice, although the facial expressions are a little odd, and some of the animations are a little flimsy but this is pretty minor in the grand scheme of things.

Another Sight - Hodge’s Journey
This was fun! The graphics were pleasing on Ultra. Not sure why my frames were capped at 62 FPS? V-Sync on or off did nothing, changing graphics from Ultra to Low did no difference, so that’s a bit odd. I found a glitch that allowed me to get outside of the map, sometimes exploring even more, it varies. You could only get to the edge of the map in spots and then fall off so nothing too over powered. Other than that, it was fun, very short but that’s the point. I’d recommend giving it a shot, fun little adventure overall. Played almost 2 hours just to speed run it once I beat it the first time.

Pros:
~Lovely menu UI;
~Nice background setting;
~Cute cat, reminds me of Garfield;
~It’s free.
Cons:
~Limited video & audio settings;
~Game automatically sets the video settings on “Epic”;
~Clunky controls;
~No way to turn off blur;
~In the second level (basement/lab) I couln’t even get on the higher ground (on the pipes that are at the beggining of the level).
That was the point where that was enough for me.
If you are going to design a platforming game or a game with platforming levels at least be sure that the platforms are actually reachable.

Dream Catcher: Prologue
[Free-to-Play] Note: this is a Prologue
I enjoy this game very much! The gameplay consist of rotating around to make the pieces fit in at a certain angle, and the background music is really soothing, I enjoy reading the short stories
This game is recommended if you like puzzle-theme games, this game focuses on spatial thinking

AR-K
I received this game as a part of some bundle I bought way back.
I want to like this game. I wish the development team the best. But unfortunately I cannot recommend it, not even for $8 USD.
There are good, or at least decent, things here. There is some humor, including physical humor, that works. The actual voice lines are mostly fine, and what faults there are there in this audio itself are much more likely on the VA director and/or scriptwriters. Barring one jarring segment of lines I noticed in the 2nd episode where something obviously went wrong in recording or compression or something, but the team decided to use it anyway, which… fits with some of my suspicions about how out-of-time/energy/money they were feeling at the time.

AR-K may be a study in how to have an okay story, okay graphics and good voice-acting and still come out with a bad game - soo manyy problems.
This title consists of the first two episodes of the game, “Gone with the Sphere” and “The Girl Who Wasn’t There”, and the second feels way better than the first. Still, we see a lot of beginner’s mistakes in the handiwork. Basically every aspect of the game is flawed in some way or another.
Note: Review was rewritten to fit Steam’s transparent character limit.

I loved the demo of this game and was HYPED to play the full version.
Without saying too much, I will say you should take your expectations of what you think the game is and throw them out the window and enjoy the ride! I fully enjoyed this very odd story. You can see the amount of love that went into this.
