Wolfenstein 3D
Note: I strongly encourage following this guide to setup the ECWolf source port, which allows for full resolution support, including widescreen, automapping, and normal strafing controls. Additional mods can be introduced at that point, if desired.
An OG FPS classic, players should be warned that playing the vanilla game without a source port in the modern era is a harrowing experience with wonky controls and increasingly labyrinthine levels which are brutal to navigate due to there being no in game map. Basically, the vanilla experience has not aged well. However, if you run this with a source port like ECWolf you can enjoy it in all its glory and fully appreciate how much of a masterpiece of the genre it truly is.

I did not expect to love Wolfenstein 3D. I expected a game with nightmarish mazes full of hitscan enemies. And I was right. However, I was wrong when I thought that I would not like playing through it. It took me many hours of playing the game to actually understand why I enjoy it and don’t find it grossly outdated, despite its age.
Wolfenstein 3D game loop is straightforward: find the exit from a maze, find keys to access it, shoot anyone standing on your way. Manage your health and ammo to stay alive and be able to fight. After you have completed the first level, you have seen the whole game. There are six chapters, each containing nine levels and one secret level. In the end of every chapter, there is a boss.

Killing Sun / 抗日大刀队:日军总部
A few non-exclusive store bought assets here and there, but overall is a lot of fun! Loads of levels, secrets and enemy types. All weapons are fun to use and ammo tends to be quite plentiful.

Commandos: Behind Enemy Lines
Background:
Purchased as part of a bundle from Bundle Stars. I played the first two games in the series to death back when they came out.
Impressions:
Commandos stands tall among action strategy games. It was a simple formula: a set of men are dropped into a mission, each with a certain set of skills and using them in concert you dismantle the enemies defences and confound their long term goals.
While the games does lean heavily on the two most useful characters (Tiny and the Spy) the situations force you to think creatively and apart from a few small instances you are completely free to tackle the mission as you see fit.

Hey everyone and this is my review about the game!
This is a Strategy Stealth world war 2 game.
Interface/Menu/Settings
There are some Resolution sizes.
The sound volume has a slidebar.
There is a manual/introduction in the game.
There is a tutorial in the game. (for Each commando and basic)
Multiplayer requires IP and Port Forwarding. THIS STILL WORKS!
About the game.
You play with a couple of commandos and each commando has their own equipment and skills. The game is very difficult by itself and their is even a difficulty level settings too. Just if it is too easy. There are 20 mission/Maps and You have to complete each mission by fulfilling the subjective. Destroying things, to freeing, capturing and so go on. Enemy soldiers/vehicles has an eye of sight which is marked with Dark green and light green. Dark green means you have to crouch or otherwise the enemy unit will see you. Light green he spotted you and could fire on you. Your commandos are able to take hostage by enemy Sergeants (usually patrolling with units). There is a chance that they will rise alarm if they see you, if that happends. You might load game. Because things will get 10x harder if they have raised their alarm. Whenever a mission starts you will be told what you have to do and you get some hints too.

Short version: 83%
Beyond the Call of Duty is like an expert mode for Behind Enemy Lines. There are only a handful missions, but they are all incredibly long and incredibly difficult. If you want a great and challenging game, look no further.
Long version:
Commandos: Beyond the Call of Duty is a stand-alone expansion pack for the critically acclaimed classic isometric strategy/stealth game, Behind Enemy Lines.
Like the base game, it features a group of commandos in eight scenarios, who must complete a set of objectives– mostly sabotage– deep inside enemy territory. Although all missions are loosely based on historical events, there is no actual plot, only short briefings.

Time Commando
Wow.
I was only 7 the last time I had ever touched this game, that was all the way back in 2009. I got frustrated with Time Commando because of how difficult it was, never being able to finish the game after already halfway through it and eventually gave up. I ended up losing the disc somehow and when I did decide to give it another try I never found it again nor could I find another copy anywhere else, so I gave up looking and eventually forgot the game even existed.
Then LO AND BEHOLD, 12 years later and I stumble across this game again on Steam. Words cannot express how absolutely THRILLED I was to be able to play Time Commando again!

i own it on CDROM now I own it on SteamROM
if u want the DOSBox to be in windowed mode with higher resolution, you have to go to the steam folder you installed it, like “X:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\Time Commando”, find “TC.conf” and change the window resolution to something like “windowresolution=1280x960” then either “fullscreen=false” or just Alt+Enter when it opens

VR Museum
A tremendous power lies in VR. Anything you imagine, anywhere you dream, any time you envision - it can get you there.
Have you ever wondered what the Handley-Page 42 looked like in real life? Or what size was a Messerschmitt Me-323 Gigant? Or Nina, Pinta and Santa Maria? All of them are long since gone, but with the incredible power of virtual reality they can be brought back to life. And this is what the VR Museum was created for.
There are many great inventions that are only known from drawings and blurry photos. And many of them are already 3D-modelled and scattered around the net. The idea behind the VR Museum is to locate them, refurb if necessery, and show here for everyone to see. Starting from airplanes, the Museum’s collection will grow to become more interdisciplinary in the future.
Spear of Destiny
Spear of Destiny is a sequel to Wolfenstein 3D. A very close one. So close, that you could as well call it a stand-alone expansion pack. In nutshell, it only has new levels and new bosses, otherwise you are getting same Wolfenstein 3D experience. Steam also comes with two “lost episodes” or “mission packs”. They weren’t made by id software themselves, and are kinda… feel like unofficial mods that Publisher made official. So yes, the package of Spear of Destiny on Steam is quite complete.
Steam version of Spear of Destiny is quite true to original. Almost nothing was changed. Aside from in-game “Apogee” being changed into “Activision', even though by now it’s outdated and should be “Bethesda”, but no one cares anymore. It also completely removed help section out of game, most likely due to outdated ordering info. So no intro story to be found there.

Wolfenstein 3D: Spear of Destiny is a first-person shooter for PC by id Software. It is the follow-up to Wolfenstein 3D but the story is actually a prequel. Basically, this time around you’re on a mission to obtain the spear the was used in the crucifixion of Christ. It is believed to hold supernatural powers and you can’t just let that power fall into the hands of the Nazis. So you have to go gun them down and claim the spear from the clutches of evil. The gameplay is the same as the first game so I’ll assume you are familiar with that or my review of it before continuing. It just saves us a little time here. So once again you’re going through labyrinths, collecting stuff, looking for secrets, trying to find the elevators, and killin' even more Nazis! The Steam version includes the original Spear of Destiny with its twenty some levels plus two mission packs, Return to Danger and Ultimate Challenge, which each have a similar number of levels including secret levels. They are each split up into singular episodes of levels played straight through rather then the 9 floor split of the original.

Sands of Fire

You hear the rumbling drone of approaching enemy tanks returning from a dawn patrol. The hapless armored vehicles have wandered directly into your trap. Another battle has been won, but the war is far from over.
Take control of forty tons of pure armored destruction! World War II is raging, and the enemy is fighting hard for every inch of territory in North Africa. -
Discover Wunderwaffe secrets, new technologies, and stop Nazis from building an atomic bomb!
Disclaimer:
Nani Busters is a humores FPS retro game. In this project players WILL NOT see a realistic violence or drastic WWII scenes like Nazi work camps, executions, experiments on people, or getting advantage of the minorities. We are NOT using swastikas, SS or any of the Nazi propaganda symbols.
Tiny Toy Tanks
It may be simple, but boy, is it fun. Missions 1-12 are easy and get you accustomed to the mechanics. Then, with mission 13, the real challenge begins. By mission 34, you’re taking on up to a dozen tanks at once and trying to weave through the hail of bullets. After that, the difficulty drops off, disappointingly.
I died a total of 120 times. The hardest missions were 23, 27, and 34.
