Time Commando
Wow.
I was only 7 the last time I had ever touched this game, that was all the way back in 2009. I got frustrated with Time Commando because of how difficult it was, never being able to finish the game after already halfway through it and eventually gave up. I ended up losing the disc somehow and when I did decide to give it another try I never found it again nor could I find another copy anywhere else, so I gave up looking and eventually forgot the game even existed.
Then LO AND BEHOLD, 12 years later and I stumble across this game again on Steam. Words cannot express how absolutely THRILLED I was to be able to play Time Commando again!

if u want the DOSBox to be in windowed mode with higher resolution, you have to go to the steam folder you installed it, like “X:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\Time Commando”, find “TC.conf” and change the window resolution to something like “windowresolution=1280x960” then either “fullscreen=false” or just Alt+Enter when it opens

Fester Mudd: Curse of the Gold - Episode 1
A tribute to classic point and click adventure games!
Fester Mudd was a surprise, a great surprise. It really respects its antecessors and the genre, works as a nice throwback to those adventure games back in the day and oh boy, it delivered.
The story is interesting enough to keep you playing it, in fact, as the game goes on you are more and more invested in the plot thanks to its pretty good puzzles, all of them make sense, some served as a comedy value, some can be challenging.
Talking about comedy, it is filled with tons of funny dialogues and scenarios, which ones delivered even more entertaining to the game, there are some easter eggs and those are great.

I love this game. It feels so fresh and retro at the same time. The humor is wonderfully thought out and even the minor characters are memorable. The game keeps the Point & Click tradition of bizarre puzzle solutions so you may need a guide for specific parts, but that isn’t necessarily a bad thing considering the genre.
There are two reasons why I cannot reccommend this title at its current $10 price tag. First, for the amount of money you spend, you won’t get much replay value out of it. When you consider Steam sales dishing out titles like borderlands 1 & 2 for a $10 total, games like this become a less worthy investment. Plus, GOG.com has a few Point and Click adventures floating around their site for FREE. I think the game could stand more of a chance if it routinely went on sale.

Blood of Darkness
Initially I expected more, but considering the cost of the game - I can say for sure that this is a pretty good choice of indie games if you are a fan of this genre.
If you’re not a fan of the genre - you can’t understand the game, but you won’t be dissatisfied, that’s for sure.

Of course, there are some bugs with textures, something like this, but the game is new and I think that developers will do everything to avoid the appearance of bugs for their players. Moreover, please add multiplayer game mode - it will be much more funny to play this game with friends.
Talking about the game personally - As for 2D shooter this game is really excellent, specific atmosphere, big attention to all details, many options.
It’s a real HARDCORE, as the game is very dynamic, permanent enemies and fights.

Thief Town
Thief Town is a perfect example of a indie concept gone right. It is one of the funnest local multiplayer games for my PC. There are not that many, but Thief Town stands out. It becomes a real blast as you franticly find and kill your mates, and the other gamemodes are creative, and don’t dum-down the experience. As a nice fresh concept, it is only local multiplayer. I am fine with that, the four-kids-cramped-in-a-basement gaming sleepovers I have settle the need for others. Grab some friends, get some drinks, and start stabbing! Soundtrack not only fits, but is 8-bit dubstep. If you like getting your friends for monaco, or even a nintendo game like smash or mario party, you will LOVE this! I heard the app doesn’t work that well, but I have controllers.

This is godawfully bad and should be burned with fire. No, sorry. Fire is too good to deserve contact with this game, and frankly it’s done a lot for the human race.
It’s an 8-bit wanna be E.T. Atari cartridge ripoff. Except that the developer of E.T. had vision.
It’s 2016 and the developer thought it would be a good idea to try to recreate the early 1980’s level of video gaming. Realistically, nobody goes out and says, I want to do my job, but at a level that’s 36 years more terrible than the status quo. Apart from the developers of Thief Town!

Great little game for the price. Takes approximately 1 hour to finish and get all the achievements, depending on your playstyle and your OCD of getting all the stars. I enjoyed it. Now stop reading and go buy it!
